Good understanding of requirements for gluten free, separate fryer for chips. Had salt & pepper squid w chips and salad, all delicious! Gets busy so be prepared to wait to order if arriving at peak times, once ordered though food arrived quickly.
Experience a vibrant atmosphere with perfectly cooked dishes and a diverse menu that caters to a variety of tastes and dietary needs.

This place is the best, and safe for Coeliac customers. The owner has a coeliac in the family, so the menu has a huge range of gluten free foods, and all deserts are gluten free. The service was incredible and the food is amazing! My fav place when I visit Tassie, knowing I’m in safe hands ❤️
Cocktails and top-tier service steal the show here, making every visit unforgettable and worth coming back for more!

This place has an extensive menu with multiple options including Mexican (all gluten free) pizza & Korean. It’s all outdoors & undercover with heating provided for the chilly evenings. The food was brought out quickly & was reasonably priced.
I loved the atmosphere & the decor. The food was delicious.

Templo exudes class and charm wrapped up in a cozy bow!
I dined here solo for lunch and was blown away by the entire experience. As a celiac I am always hesitant to try new venues but was immediately told no worries when I made the booking. Holy moly your gluten free pasta healed a hole in my gluten loving heart!
The woman who ran front of house was a delight. Professional but still friendly and approachable, incredible knowledge with the beverage options and happily answered all my questions without hesitation! She’s a rockstar!
Before writing this review I noticed an influx of complaints about price and size of the venue. Yes, it is a small venue which is advertised on their website and social media. Don’t like crowds or loud restaurants? Go in for lunch! or a later sitting! Think the $120 a head is “too expensive”? Go in for lunch as well! it’s allacarte at the moment. My portions were a very generous size with enough to take some home. I suggest before going to a restaurant have a look at their capacity, of course it’s going to be loud and crowded in the middle of dinner service. Instead of writing a negative review on a public platform and possibly damaging a small business’s reputation, do some research!
Thank you to the team for an incredible experience, very excited to come back for my birthday :)

One of the best dining experienced we have ever had.
The food was absolutely amazing. Everything that arrive at the table was phenomenal with fantastic tastes, even for members of our party who were vegan and gluten intolerant.
The staff were friendly, funny, and importantly were extremely knowledgeable about the food and wine.
If you are visiting Hobart, a visit to Aloft is a must.
This cozy spot impresses with beautiful presentations, ample seating options, and a creative menu that delights all tastes and occasions.

Extraordinarily rude - we came in excited to get some gluten free breakfast and the cashier told us to leave, or get outside and come back in when we knew what we wanted and order - difficult if you’ve never been there before…
There were open tables, but she told us to leave and come back when they were less busy - no wait list, no queue, no way to be called back.
A bit confusing - I guess they were overstretched or maybe they just didn’t want to serve us because we weren’t regulars? Confusing - maybe steer clear unless you’re into abuse.
Start your day with stunning beachfront views and top-notch breakfast options for everyone, making it a perfect spot for a morning hangout.

There’s nothing better than to start the day with a delicious breakfast!!!!, 4 of us are coeliac but this was not an issue at Harbour Lights Cafe, au contraire!!! There was a range of gluten free options, we ate what we wanted not what we could, the service was very good as well. Thank you all!!!!

First time I have been to a restaurant with a menu with only gluten free meals and desserts, Tesoro has become my favourite restaurant, as I have travelled to many places but I have never felt so privileged to choose any plate on the menu, also the personnel was so well educated, attentive and knowledgeable with coeliac condition. I would like to take this opportunity and congratulate this wonderful restaurant and their owners for going beyond and creating delicious gluten free dishes for coeliac customers!!! Thank you so much we had a lovely time and enjoyed the hospitality!!
Chill vibes with stylish decor, fantastic coffee, and a tasty menu make this spot a must-visit hidden gem.

Hidden gem! Such a fantastic restaurant - absolutely delicious food perfectly prepared and paired with the perfect wine.
Great for a coeliac too! Very knowledgeable about cross-contamination, and most of the menu is gluten free anyway (although some GFs on the menu would be helpful).
The only reason the atmosphere wasn’t perfect was because there was barely anyone in there, which surely won’t be the case for long because it was SO GOOD! The decor is lovely too, very well done.
A must-visit spot with delicious options, great cocktails during happy hour, and generous servings that keep everyone coming back for more!

Sincerely the best food we’ve had in Tassie, highest recommendations. A decent amount of celiac safe meals so be sure to ask the lovely and informed wait staff. Amazing cocktails and will be coming back for happy hour 4-5pm. Well priced and large servings. Happy and Full!

Tonight we wanted pizza and Sangria!!! And we found the best place to overcome our hunger and wishes, the gluten free Calabresse pizza was absolutely delicious, the sangrias were nice and fresh perfect accompaniment, and the service of high standards, we enjoyed our night out in Hobart. Tasmania has the best gluten free food!!! Thank you all!!!

I was really looking forward to trying a burger we came here as they do a celiac burger. When we went to order was told they had run out of gluten free buns so i could only have a pattie and salad. Fries weren't gluten free so i ended up buying sushi from across the road and watched everyone else enjoy their burger. Fries were ridiculously small for $6. So disappointed won't bother trying again
Enjoy stunning waterfront views at this beautifully decorated spot, where exceptional service meets a fantastic range of delectable options.

Absolutely sensation. I am gluten free and dairy free, and Restaurant Maria was able to adapt ALL dishes where I was served an excellent range of gluten free/dairy free choices. These dishes were exceptional. Service was incredible and the venue was gorgeous. Definitely try Maria.

The friendly staff were incredibly helpful of our dietary requirements. Gluten-free and fodmap restricted options were not a problem. The vibe is on point. Highly highly recommend 👌
Absolutely loved the food here.
Their Saigon Pancakes are incredibly delicious and a must have with your meal.
There was limited options for me as a Coeliac but definitely enough to choose from.
The cashew squid (pictured) was fantastic. The squid cooked to perfection.
Highly recommend dining here for authentic and extremely tasty Vietnamese food

Wine tasting paddle was excellent, showcasing a variety of delicious local wines. Paired well with charcuterie board (gluten free option!) and water views.
Not bad. I need gluten free and they were very helpful. A bit disappointing that they ran out of unbattered prawns and scallops but they threw in a couple of extra pieces of fish to compensate. The fish was tasty and fresh so that was nice. Good quick service too.

During a return holiday to Tassie I took my two teenagers to the Hadley's Orient Hotel for a high tea. Well, what a beautiful place and the high tea was fabulous. They also catered well for additional dietary needs with good gluten free options. Highly recommend this as part of your holiday or explorations while in Hobart.
First night staying at the Vibe hotel and we had breakfast there. Hands down the best breakfast burger I’ve ever had. Staff were lovely and were accommodating to making the burger gluten free.
Great food. Lots of gluten free options. Nice fire place in the bar area. We didn't book a table at the restaurant but they fitted us in at short notice. Good prices
A group of 24 ladies went to Drysdale Restaurant for lunch. Seating was well arranged, crisp white tablecloths covered the tables, no wrinkles. Small flasks contained dried Australian flora, lovely. Our drinks were served in spotless gleaming glasses. The meals were attractive, well cooked and not too large. All dietary wishes were considered, gluten free, dairy free on the menu. Student staff were delightful, unobtrusive and no mishaps. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

People who miss Taiwan can come here to relieve their homesickness. The braised pork rice is also a southern flavor. The beef noodles are half gluten and half meat. You must eat it. If you don’t eat it, you will regret it! The service is also super friendly, and I feel like I’m back in Taiwan with that human touch! Big recommendation!
Nice decore and great location, I think the outside space will be fab in summer to lounge with drinks; but definately hotel-bar vibes (as that is what it is!) Food wise, pretty average mains, pizza base bleh, my hubby's burger undercooked, haloumi over done. On the positive, my friend is gluten and dairy free and could order off the menu (so tick!), the deserts were interesting in presentation, vego options too. Hillariously the waiter brought our food on one of those trolleys you get when ordering room service!
I imagine they will lift their game as time goes on.
We were there with great company so enjoyed our evening! May give another visit in future.
Great place for dinner or drinks in Hobart! The bao were delicious, and they can make it coeliac friendly by using lettuce (praying for gf baos one day)

Had a lovely lunch. Staff were friendly and courteous. Restaurant was clean, tidy and toastie warm on a rainy day.
Can certainly recommend the Brick Burger with chips.
Worth a look when you are near Salamanca. Great options for burgers, pizzas and the usual snitzchel and pasta.
Also appeared to have vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options.
