I tried their unlimited tacos and cocktails last weekend, and it was such great value for money! It’s just $59 per person and even includes a starter. The tacos were so fresh, served on soft corn tortillas with delicious, flavourful fillings. There were beef, chicken, prawn, and vegetarian options available. I also love that they cater to various dietary requirements, including gluten-free and coeliac.

Great breakfast place in Richmond. Many gluten free options including hot cakes that taste amazing and many other GF options. A good selection of freshly squeezed juices are also available. Will be back again!

Mostly staff are v good. Atmosphere is good if not noisy, location great- the food is its weakest point-lack lustre options that are basic which is OK IF it's superb here it's not- pretty sure pasta was packet and not the good packet type came with a sauce and tiny amount of bacon so blah I can't even recall it other than it was intensely salted and blah.. have eaten 7-8 times(someone else's pick) we work just round the corner. Gluten free pizza is store bought and they charge premium for it. Good service on Friday 5/7 1pm It is if nothing else consistently below average in a competitive industry in a busy suburb ya might wanna do better- just sayin'

I am a Coeliac and the manager Johnny was so accomodating and helpful in informing me of the possible coeliac options, he even cooked the quesadillas in foil so there wasn’t cross-contamination! I felt very safe eating here and I am quite anxious about eating out!! The food was absolutely delicious!! So highly recommend!!! Would definitely go back!!! Thank you Johnny and all of your staff for the excellent service!!!

We recently celebrated our 30th birthday at The National in Richmond, and it was beyond perfect! From the moment we arrived, Sasha and Mario went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to every detail of our event with such care and professionalism. The food was absolutely delicious—everyone couldn’t stop raving about it! The gluten-free and vegan options were especially impressive, which was such a relief with the dietary needs of our group. The whole experience was seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or more attentive staff. Thank you, The National, for making our celebration unforgettable!

BEST COFFEE/ CAFE IN MELBOURNE!!! AMAZING COFFEE, FOOD AND SERVICE!! What else could you ask for!! If you’re in Richmond this is your GO TO SPOT!! Daniel and the team go above and beyond and even order my favourite almond milk in for me. They also have a great menu for breakfast and lunch!! They carter for dairy and gluten intolerance. Oh there gluten free bread to die for! The food is delicious 🤤 If you haven’t tried it already it’s a must!!

Had a wonderful dinner last night at New Quarter. The venue is refined and elegant. My partner is celiac and one of our friends is vegetarian, our waiter Jason straight away took the time to run us through what dishes on the menu would be suitable for us. It was very reassuring having Jason with his knowledge of the menu guiding us through with ordering. Standout dishes - Cured kingfish with its gentle push of spice - Summer Vegetable Green Curry is crucial. - Flank Steak was above and beyond my expectation. Wonderful Venue and big Cheers to Jason and the rest of the New Quarter staff for being so accomodating and bringing a lovely vibe to our dining experience

Let me tell you… Being coeliac it’s still hard and if you are child it’s even worse, therefore when we found this restaurant my grandson was over the moon, we bought his favourite gluten free mud chocolate cake and gluten free ginger bread man!!!! Both sweets were delicious and my little one ate it with so much happiness. The cafe it’s small but big in service and with a variety of gluten free options. Thank you!!!

Great modern Japanese spot that has highly delicious unique offerings. Also extensive and well-rounded drinks list, and a lot of the menu caters well to dietary requirements of gluten-free, dairy free, vegetarian or vegan. Dishes that were highlights for us: - tea smoked salmon tartare - eye fillet tataki - pork doughnuts - roasted kabocha pumpkin (we were mopping up the miso cream) - salmon fillet (we ordered 2 and one had many fish bones, almost like it got missed, the other was a winner. Was perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented) Only downside was having the hibachi grill as part of their offering, the room we were sat in as a group got smoked out. Just needs better ventilation.

I was really looking forward to our reservation at Agapi especially being gluten free and the menu being 99% gluten free on the website… whilst the staff were very lovely, we felt completely rushed. Our reservation was for 7pm and we were already onto dessert by 7:35pm. We had only just ordered entrees and were asked about mains as soon as our entrees came out… the mains were then put on the table the second our entree plate was taken … no chance for a breather in between and to just sit back and relax and enjoy our time there. I was underwhelmed with the food, whilst it was nice I wouldn’t say it was great or amazing and wouldn’t rush back or really recommend it. Being “99% gluten free” I would have expected a nicer pita than a tough dry one… Again, lovely staff just not a place I’d go back to any time soon 😊

Amazing... We live in Richmond and have wanted to try this place for a while as one of our sons is coeliac. When we arrived we asked for a table out the front as the weather is finally getting warmer here in Melbourne. I looked at the host and could not remember where I knew him from. After ordering entrees and some cocktails and beers we finally figured out the connection from a previous restaurant these guys also operated and we were super excited now to try the food as their past restaurant had been fantastic. We were blown away with fast speed and efficient service we received. What topped off our experience was when our served spoke and understood also that my son was not just gluten free he was a coeliac; this made us feel very comfortable. Great food, cold beer and great cocktails! My wife loved the Pina Colada. We will be back and so happy we finally got to experience Ladyboy

Dining at Oster was an absolute highlight of our trip to Melbourne. The welcoming warmth and excellent service by the brilliant Adriana really made the experience memorable. She went out of her way to accommodate my gluten intolerance with such graciousness - knowledgeable, professional and approachable, I really appreciate her attentiveness to my friends and I. The menu was delightfully different and very elegant, with a great filled pasta for those who cannot have gluten! I attended last night with a friend of mine for dinner, the food was delicious and the staff fantastic, they were welcoming with smiles and friendly attitude. They cater for gluten free, beautiful selection of dishes at affordable prices. I highly recommend. On a side note: While waiting for my friend an Uber delivery driver picked up an order and proceeded to verbally abuse the staff who had asked him to confirm the order for them on his phone. He continued to refuse to do this becoming aggressive. The staff handled themselves very well, they were respectful and polite even when he was nothing but rude. Myself and another customer stepped in challenging this man, he backed down and the matter was resolved. It all happened fast and I want to say, I hope this doesn't happen to you again, but you handled yourself very professionally. Well done, I will definitely be returning and recommending you to all.

Had lunch in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. Newly opened & the chef was from d’Elephant in Chadstone, which closed. Super yummy & delicious food. Fast & affordable to satisfy your Thai food cravings. Great friendly service from the staff. They gave us free cut up watermelon for dessert and a little lucky elephant to bring home. A good local Thai place in Richmond. Bonus: the friend I went with is gluten-free and there’s quite a few options available for this too!

More than just a pasta bar, it's a dedication to passion and love for all things Italian. It's a like a Subway for pizza and pasta and I really dig their vibe!! After speaking to the owners at length, I found out that they make their own hot sauce, breadcrumb, ravioli, gnocchi and pizza bases. They are also really proud to promote gluten-free and calorie conscious options, as they should be! Wow. I have never had a Reuben sandwich until today and it will not be my last. The sandwich was superb and every bite was carefully balanced to give me the ultimate experience 😀.. Didn’t have a booking, decided to have dinner on the way to the footy ( just two of us ) Staff were very accomodating ( place was pretty full ) . I had the Roast of the Day which was superb and great value @$28. It was a beef brisket roast that was melt in your mouth. The roasted veggies were awesome and it was presented with a hidden surprise of stuffing with them. It was nearly as good as Mums. My wife had the steak, cooked perfectly, medium rare with Red Wine Jus and salad, perfect gluten free meal. Nice work RS, we’ll be back.
