What a pleasant experience with Teresa for lunch today. I was looking to order the scallop ceviche but because of my gluten allergy I was not able to. Instead, Teresa recommended I’d opt for the yellowfin tuna salad as she explained the flavour profiles would reflect a similar one to the ceviche. And boy was she on point with that recommendation, I did not have tk miss out on that ceviche! Thanks Joey team and Teresa… will be back for sure

The burritos, gluten free burritos and the chicken quesadillas are always a go to for midnight cravings The manager is also friendly and will do his best to make sure customers have a good experience. Have been going here consistently for 4 years, will always recommend especially to ryerson students

My wife and I came here on a Saturday morning as they opened at 9.30. It was great, had a special coffee and two breakfasts. My wife is gluten free, and found something that worked for her, although we didn't get into details with the server. Food was great, highly recommended. Atmosphere was great, it's cozy and good inside. Better than a diner like Fran's, which is down the road!

Came on a date night and was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem in the heart of downtown. Service was amazing! Staff was helpful choosing menu items that were authentic, met our preferences and were safe for dietary restrictions (gluten-free). Would highly recommend!

Ordered a "vegan fried rice" for delivery and it had egg. I called to speak with the store and they explained that you can get "vegan rice with egg or without egg" and that it needs to be specified as it automatically comes with egg. Despite numerous attempts to explain what vegan means, they could not comprehend it. So essentially putting customers at risk who have dietary restrictions and allergies. This is the second time they did not understand a dietary restriction request, but this time was much more serious. I had to end the call because the manager could not understand the severity of the issue. This was a serious mistake and involved a lack of understanding/awareness of what allergies are from the people running a restaurant. There should be a basic understanding of allergies and dietary restrictions if you work in a restaurant, especially one that claims to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten, halal, etc). Please be extra mindful and cautious about going here if you have allergies.

Dined here for dinner on a Tuesday and it was busy! Fairly loud, but I enjoy that atmosphere. Our server Olivia was attentive and thoughtful, offering me a bag to carry my leftovers in. I ordered the gluten-free crust Canadian pizza and it was one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve had in a while.

A terrific place to eat if you are looking for a whole food plant based meal. I had one of their excellent bowls/ salads with added tofu. The ingredients were super fresh and the Siracha dressing was zingy. Here you will find vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. You can get salads, grain boxes, wraps, non alcoholic drinks and coffee. It's a pleasant and well lit space, in a former back building. Has soaring ceilings where you can see the former bank's architectural details. Friendly service too. I had take out. Highly recommended.

Tasty salads and great portions! Highly recommend Salus. I’m usually not a fan of salads but after having a box from Salus, I’m a huge fan! The dressings are made in house and everything is fresh. Great variety vegetables to choose from. The staff is also really friendly and super helpful! I also love the fact that they offer gluten free and vegan options as I have an extremely sensitive stomach and used to taking TUMS when eating out.

We order from z-teca every couple of months when we are staying in Toronto. This little gem is conveniently located on the lower level of College Park. The service is friendly and efficient and the food is delicious. Really appreciate that they have gluten-friendly options.
