Absolutely delightful! Healthy, wholesome and such good value for the quality and variety of ingredients. We went back twice whilst in Medellin. They have a different menu del día each day with 5 or 6 options (including meat and fish)all with different accompaniments and also have an extensive menu of raw, vegan, gluten free food as well. The miso soup was especially delicious! The shop was full of lovely products to goggle at whilst waiting for food too. Thank you Saludpan! (They do charge for takeaway containers as do many places in South America which I personally feel is the way it should be unlike in the UK where you pay less but end up causing more waste…)

Very good burgers, large and at a good price. They also have a gluten-free option (bread made by them that is very spongy and delicious). Another plus point is that the potatoes are NOT frozen. Also gluten-free desserts, they are more expensive in relation to the food but they are large in size, very delicious. The only thing I would change would be the color of the pistachio ice cream, which seems to contain coloring and feels more artificial despite being artisanal. Very friendly staff. You can pay by card although they report a possible surcharge from the bank.

Place with clearly identified gluten-free options (something that is difficult to find in Colombia). They have a separate menu with gluten-free options marked (and dishes suitable for other allergies). The place is not cheap. But the waiter was aware of what things he could consume or not, the service was excellent and the food exquisite. I recommend booking. You can pay by card.

Super delicious food, great service and gluten-free waffles😍 I have celiac disease myself and a strong reaction to gluten. Never had any problems here (waffles are made from cassava and tapioca starch) - cross-contamination wasn't a problem either. Big recommendation!🙌

So cheap and so good! Arepas made with 100% maiz so suitable for coeliacs/gluten free people. Two veggie options (very cheese heavy though!). Takes a little while to get your food but so worth it as hot and fresh.

Marco our main waiter was careful and considerate when I mentioned I was gluten free (coeliac) and ensured that my food was safe to eat. This place was the best we had tried in Cartagena and the staff made our experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place, especially to people with allergies.

I really like this place, which has a different and healthier offering than the "normal" crepes & waffles places. The décor is also fresher and a little more luxurious. The food is very delicious, for example gluten-free and beet crepes. They still have the most delicious ice cream and a salad bar.

There is something that I really like about the site, and that is that in its exterior decoration the plants are the protagonists, as they help a lot to isolate the site from the street, and that is valuable. I always ordered addresses from them, so this time I decided to come to the site and I was not disappointed either. They have various breakfast options, salads 🥗, bowls and wraps among others. All the pastries are in almond flour, and the wraps are in rice flour. I wish the pancakes 🥞 and the toasts were gluten free too. It would be a very cute detail for those who cannot consume wheat flour. The girls who attended us were very friendly, and also the service was very fast.

We ate at this restaurant multiple times and always had an excellent experience. The fish, pasta, quinoa, and chicken dishes were all delicious, and the iced coffee and chocolate mousse are not to be missed. The location is peaceful, slightly breezy due to its higher elevation, with a stunning view over the beach. They are very knowledgeable about food preferences and allergies, offering great vegan and gluten free options. The manager, who is vegan herself, understands the challenges of finding good, healthy food, and is incredibly kind and helpful. Glutenfree meals are carefully prepared on a separate side of the kitchen, ensuring attention to detail. I felt much better after eating here!

This place was mind blowingly good. If you are Finlandia, be sure to eat here. The food is AMAZING and the view is spectacular. My partner could not stop raving about the hummus dish for the entire day (it was THAT good) we also enjoyed the vegan nachos, the Frida virgin drink, and their drink special. It helps to make a reservation in advance so you can get a table with a view. Definitely come and enjoy the cuisine, it’s the best part of Finlandia :) They don’t have an extensive vegan/ veg menu, but there are several options, gluten-free as well.

Nice place although too loaded with inputs. Extremely loud music and people dressed up with no sense whatsoever (more like carnival in Brazil). The service is pretentious and has the air of a star, even though they exceed many limits and "cut" quite a bit. In the toilet it seems like you are with a guard, and he forces you to do what he says... The food leaves a lot to be desired. Especially because of the expectation they generate. Also, despite asking to avoid gluten, they put noodles in the rabbit rice. Extremely overrated ❌.

A very interesting food restaurant, all healthy, gluten-free and with options for everyone, vegan and non-vegan. While it is true that the food is delicious, the portions are not very large and it seems quite expensive for what they offer, on average between 40 and 50 thousand per person for breakfast.

We really enjoyed our visit to the restaurant. The Keller:innen were very friendly and were very helpful. They explained to me very patiently and in English what gluten free options I had and there were a few. Ceviche, cauliflower curry and two other starters tasted delicious and they try to make everything as regional and sustainable as possible. I felt very comfortable with my celiac disease.
