The food was amazing. Parking lot at the mall was pretty full but we only had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The services was great. There were multiple gluten free options and I got a gluten free pasts. My girlfriend got the fried chicken Cobb salad. We both of course has cheesecake. I got a gluten free chocolate cheesecake and it was heavenly. Our server Tyan was very friendly and helped with my gluten free needs. We will return again soon. Hats off to Chef Chad. My grandson is Celiac and becomes very ill if gluten is in his food either directly or through cross contamination. We spoke with Chef Chad who was very knowledgeable. He took the time to speak to my 9 year old grandson and prepared and personally delivered his safe meal. He made him feel special which was much appreciated. We were at Universal for 3 days and had lunch at Finnigans twice. We are Canadian and will spread the word on how amazing our experience was at Finnigans.

Without a doubt the best dining experience we have had at a theme park and our new favorite restaurant at the parks. My wife had the roasted chicken which features a Moroccan inspired flavor profile. It is served on a potato cake with root vegetables. Each element was cooked perfectly. The menu did not indicate it was gluten free but the chef was kind enough to assure us that it was (so either the menu had not been updated with the new item or it was modified). I had the seared tuna noodle bowl. It is served cool and has a higher spiciness so maybe not for everyone. This was truly an elevated meal that we would have been happy with at any restaurant. We honestly felt that the meal was a bargain for its quality and portion. How often can you say that about a restaurant inside a theme park? Don't sleep on Confisco.

Crispy potato’s with cheese and more. What could be wrong with that. We ordered way too much food. The portion sizes are big. We could have easily shared a Rosti. Worth stopping in. Also appreciated that they have gluten-friendly items on the menu. Ana Julia was very friendly and attentive.

We have been going to this location for many years. This has been our go-to restaurant for an easy dinner out. Their menu offers a large selection, so everyone can get something different. We have 2 kids with celiac disease and they are able to eat safely here. It’s a great place for a large group. We have seen different managers and servers over the years. Some meals are better than other, but for the most part the food is consistent and the servers are good. We went on Saturday and it wasn’t a very good experience. Our food wasn’t great. My wedge salad was more brown lettuce than green. My husband’s burger was covered in cilantro (not mentioned on the menu) and he had to remove all of the toppings to eat it. The server was great and on it, but the whole experience wasn’t pleasant. I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. We’ll give it another try later on, but right now it doesn’t seem to be in good condition. We’ll give it a while before we go back. Not sure what’s going on. Maybe they are understaffed coming out of Covid?

Great burger. The veggies are fresh, the flavor is amazing, and they do gluten free! I told the chef I have celiac and he cooked my burger separately. They have gluten free buns, the cheese sauce is gluten free, and they have tater tots for us gluten free folks! Would highly recommend. It was an experience.

Great place to eat and great experience. Food was delicious and came to our table fast. I especially love the care and attention they took with my food as I have Celiac Disease and needed all my food gluten free with no cross contamination. Chef came out to take my order, she prepared my food to ensure safety and brought it to my table herself covered. I greatly appreciate when I can eat somewhere and know that my food is safe to eat and won’t make me sick. No reaction at all and it was delicious! I had the chicken with roasted potatoes, corn on the cob and lemonade for the drink. Husband had the chicken and ribs and said it was delicious as well. We both loved it!

The food is hot & fresh! This is not fast food and a fresh breath of air. I'll never need nor return to fast food after finding this delightful place to dine. You can order at the table and they take it to you. The veggie burger, gluten free bun, grilled chicken sandwich and soft serve ice cream are fantastic! I didn't care for the older music but the food is worth it.

We just got milkshakes. Wife has to have Gluten free milkshakes. We watched the server Abbey prepare two of the milkshakes and then she replaced her gloves with new gloves and made wife her gluten free milkshake. It's hard to find a company that cares and actually takes care of there customers the way Abbey did. Thanks

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

Sadly disappointed by this restaurant. We went out of our way to come here as I had heard it was very accommodating for gluten free individuals. Our server was terrible and not accommodating at all. He made us feel as though we weren’t wanted and he didn’t want to be there which I can understand having worked in food and bev but a good waiter never show that, especially at a restaurant at this price point. The gluten free empanadas were excellent but make sure to ask that it goes to the gluten free fryer. The mocktails were also very yummy as was the soup but don’t get the chicken wings. They are overpriced and mediocre in flavor. While food was decent with service this bad we won’t be back.

Calvin the waiter was extraordinary--he gave excellent service the best we have had our entire stay here at the Lowe's, Portofino, or in Universal Park. He went above and beyond even offered to steam the almond milk for my coffee. The restaurant itself has beautiful classic Italian decor. The food quality is solid, but Calvin the waiter was extra special to my daughter with her gluten allergy and made menu recommendations and was so helpful. Highly recommend and if you need an excellent waiter request Calvin💕💕💕

I sat down here with my five friends. My food came out and tasted good, but my poor friends did NOT have the same experience. The cookie did not even taste like cookie. The seating is horrible, it’s strange and unlike any other place. My friend with celiac got a massive amount of tater tots. She didn’t eat them because she didn’t know if they were safe. She paid tons of money for an L rizz meal… her grilled cheese was bad too. The cookie from earlier? Oh yeah, RAW. Might as well run behind the counter and munch on a handful of raw cookie dough. My other friend didn’t even GET her food. Very homophobic. Smh. Not the mention, the waitresses had negative aura points for not even giving good service. Do NOT munch here.

This review is based on a legit seafood restaurant sitting inside a theme park truly a hidden gem imo! step out of the busy people filled street in Florida heat into a upscale, chilled spot with a beautiful saltwater aquarium placed right in the middle of the downstairs seating. If it were not in a theme park I’d probably do 4 star. But it’s not so here’s to 5 stars! -indoor and outdoor -upstairs and down stairs -cleanest bathrooms in the park -gluten free options -don’t forget we’re talking about a restaurant in a theme park! -tuna app is fantastic -cappuccino slaps if you need one -never had a bad waiter or waitress -never had a bad meal here -never visited universal and not eaten here -located across from Dagon Alley so you can hit ice cream or butter beer right after This place will let you escape the park life just long enough to yearn for more. Whoever decided to put this in the park, BRAVO!

We only stopped for a drink waiting for the rain to pass and ended up here for two hours eating, drinking and having a brilliant time! Our server was excellent, well versed on gluten free options, the drinks were tasty and the service was outstanding. The pulled beef with coconut rice is my new firm favourite!!

Very good Breakfast here. Eggs Benny and a waffle too. Both locations did great with Celiac customers. Could add an indicator on the plate that it is a gluten free or allergy meal so they don't get mixed up. Customers have more confidence that something was done and adhered too.

Every time I have come to this Five Guys, it’s been a great experience. I go to the one on Millenia Blvd by the Costco. I have a gluten allergy and they are very nice about. They have always taken it seriously and handle my food with care which I appreciate tremendously!

My wife and I were visiting on our anniversary. She ordered the Reggae Jamaican Jerk Chicken, which is advertised as "gluten senitive" i.e. for people with gluten intolerance. When the dish arrived it contained nothing mentioned in the description. After our inquiry we were told that certain items contained gluten. While that may be true, that still did not explain why the dish is advertised as such. The result was a small piece of chichen and half a plantain. Not even the "half chicken" as advertised, but two small chicken thighs. We even went as far as to explain to our server that the items left off the dish (rice) do not contain gluten and are safe, which is also why they are included in the dish stamped "gluten sensitive"!! Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. We paid for our meal and left. The entire experience just felt wrong. We never complain and understand that mistakes happen, but we both left feeling foolish and duped. We both simply hoped that our server or the restaurant would do the right thing, however, not even an apology for the miscommunication or misunderstanding or whatever it was that happened was given. It was business as usual and we were just another table being turned over. If you do visit this place, I can say that the atmosphere is nice, they usually have a band playing and the place feels lively. But warning to those who order anything and have dietary restrictions to please speak up and advocate for yourselves if something is not right, but do not expect them to address it nor do anything about it, because they will not. This was our second time visiting Universal in two years and given the occassion for the night it left an extra bit of sting in an otherwise good vacation.

Lots of snack options, even a good amount of gluten free options including gelato with a gluten free cone. They will scoop from a new batch with a clean scoop. They have really good coffee but everything is very overpriced, which is expected for a hotel shop like this.

Outback is always a hit in my book. They have great food, service, and not worry about my gluten free allergy no matter where it is in the United states. I also love the chocolate lava cake I can actually eat. The struggle is real for use and eating out.

Very very happy that we ate here! The chicken is delicious. I’m a huge fan of tostones and yuca fries. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be modified for a gluten intolerance. The fresh fruit juices are no joke, Mango was my choice and I was blown away.

Came here with my girlfriend because we wanted to try something different while in the area and we were not disappointed. Almost all of the options are gluten free! We both built our own bowls and the selection of toppings was extensive. Both of our bowls were really tasty and they load up on the servings of each item. It can be a little expensive since the proteins are extra, but the amount of food you get is worth it in our opinions. We would both come back in the future, it was that good. As a note, this is located inside the Mall at Millennia.

Stumbled across this spot before heading to the mall. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by so many people which was so inviting. The owners were so incredibly sweet and accommodation. I’m gluten free and they made me feel so comfortable with everything I was ordering. The food was bomb and so full of flavor. The prices were super great along with the amount of food given. All in all great experience and will absolutely be back!

Not the best BBQ joint around, but it was very good and tasty. Their pulled pirk is one of my favourites ever with a great Smokey taste. Thier spicy sauces are weak. The he portions abd prices are greet. With lactose and gluten food sensitives, we were able to manage the menu well and the cashier even helped us modify our order to get a grester value for less money. I'd go back.
