In a world where customer service skills are severely lacking, Half Baked is a breath of fresh air. It doesn't matter how busy or slow they happen to be, the customer service is always superb. I come here almost once a week because of the gluten free options they have for my daughter. The workers always seem annoyed and like they don’t even want to speak you. Place is unkept. Maybe nobody cares. At least the pizza has always been good.

Called the night before a birthday party and ordered 20 gluten free cupcakes!!! Thought no way they were going to take the order but they did!! Was so surprised and thankful!! Juan was very nice and attentive. I have celiac so gluten free isn't a preference, it's a health concern. He made sure to double check with the kitchen about our order and even when there was a mix up, he came out to let us know and give us a few options so we could continue enjoying our meal here. Very much enjoy our time here every time we come. Never disappoints
