A 'store' with these types of tight opening hours/days cannot be called a real store. People with celiac disease or gluten intolerance also like to eat fresh products. Little to no competition seems to lead to this kind of arbitrariness.
This cozy spot boasts a unique menu catering to various dietary preferences, making it ideal for a quick stop or a leisurely breakfast.

Tasty food, and the service was very accommodating. They modified a couple of dishes to make them gluten free, and I really appreciated when they turned down the music for 10 seconds during our meal prayer (we did not ask them to do that)

As they say in the previous comments, if you order gluten-free they will never tell you that they charge you three euros more. The frozen dough pizza and no flavor in either the ham or the tomato. Like the pasta carbonara made of cream and bacon and of course three avecrem pastilles. Overall, the pre-cooked Mercadona sauce is surely better.
I don't recommend going. On top of that, Julio Iglesias keeps playing the same three songs. Horrible and if they sit you next to the door that is always left open you will die of cold!
This cozy waterfront spot offers an intimate atmosphere with a carefully crafted small menu showcasing organic, delicious dishes.

Was really good experience to come here (both having gluten and lactose allergy) to not have to ask what we can eat or not. The staff is really friendly and the food was amazing!
In a lively spot near the station, enjoy oversized Dutch pancakes with various toppings and games to play while you wait.

Bar located near the central station and Chinatown.
The menu features many varieties of pancakes, including Dutch ones, both sweet and savory.
I appreciate the possibility of gluten and lactose free options.
The pancakes, the one with apples and the one with chocolate chips, are very good and generous in size.
Unfortunately, despite being young, the staff is not friendly, never a smile and when I asked if there were vegan options I was told by a girl to look on the menu even if there was nothing written on the menu, I solved it by talking to the male waiter who was able to point out options not listed on the menu.
We spent €10.70 per person for two pancakes.
A cozy spot with a warm atmosphere, offering a variety of delicious options and outstanding service that keeps visitors coming back.

We had lunch almost by chance, guided by the good online reviews, and the choice has never been more right for this small place. In addition to a pleasant place, we found a team of very courteous and patient waiters, quality food with spectacular variations, excellent fries and prices in line with northern European prices, which for us Italians are a little higher than ours at home. But this happens all over Holland. If you are in the area at lunchtime, stop for a special dish or even a sandwich at the typical flea market, all with gluten-free bread options.
Experience a cozy spot with a chilled Brazilian vibe, tasty açai bowls, and unique tapioca flatbreads that everyone loves!

Delicious sandwiches & thoughtful staff. Some of the best gluten free bread I’ve had that they make in-house. Pamela was very helpful in making sure everything was to my liking! Their fresh smoothies are amazing as well. Definitely recommend!

5 stars for the delicious marrowbones and goat legs! This reminded me of the old days when I was still allowed to eat gluten. They are delicious! Can't wait for the next gluten free market to buy them again!

Amazing staff and owner ;)! Fast service and the food is amazing! There is also gluten free and vegan options. Would totally recommend as they switch their menu every season, so there are always dishes and drinks wich matches the weather. Also their staff is amazing in English, so no langue barrier as you have questions about anything!
Expect a vibrant atmosphere every Friday coupled with dazzling fireworks. Reviewers rave about excellently priced meals and world-beating iced coffee.

The waitress snappy asking us if we had a reservation without a proper hello, should have been a warning. We just wanted to have a drink and some cheese. It took at least 10 minutes before another rude waitress came to see if we wanted to drink something (while at least 3 where hanging around doing nothing), when we asked for a menu she roled her end left. A third waitress came to bring the menu and pointedat a qr-code for the drink menu. When I asked if they had wifi so I could access the url, she also was unpleasant in het responce that I could obviously connect to their guest network.
Next to the drink menu there was also an allergy menu. Handy as my wife is gluten intolerant. We double checked the cheese and it was glutenfree. We got our drink and after a bit of waiting another waitress came with our cheese. It seemed covered with bread slices, when I made sure this was glutenfree, see lied that it was. After insisting she'd douple check she found out it was not.
Another waitress came to double check what was the problem with an attitute.
It turned out they had two cheese orders on the menu, but as half on paper and half behind a qr code that was very unclear. She was plain rude, but took the cheese back.
We finished our drink and left. We will never come back and already warned people to stay away from this place.
You better spend your money elsewhere.

We went on Friday when the pop-up sushi was on. Staff were very friendly and most importantly for me the chef was knowledgeable about coeliac and took precautions with my gluten free food upon request. Very chill atmosphere. We will be returning. :)

As American tourists it was wonderful that the host spoke English. Delicious food and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.
The gluten free surcharge wasn’t bad either.
Location Hilversum is the best! The staff is nice, especially the friendly Saskia, Lieve Iman and hilarious Patrick. I honestly always feel so happy when I come to this branch.
In addition, they always manage to put 'extra chicken' on my small (gluten-free) sandwich and perhaps most importantly: it is well wrapped without you having to keep chewing on paper or losing half of your sandwich.
Recommended.
Super service, when ordering a gluten-free sub, everything was tidy, cleaned and free of crumbs, clean gloves on, separately in the oven. Most restaurants could learn something from this!
It's a pity that the people behind us then complain that it all takes so long (because he tried so hard for us) at least you will get a positive review from us!
Charming beachside spot renowned for stellar service, unbeatable price-value ratio, and the most lauded poffertjes, with an irresistible view.

If you have a gluten-free diet, this is not recommended for lunch. You get 2 tiny caps of dry bread. If you kindly ask for an extra slice with a little topping (because you got a slice with cheese and ham that you can't stand), they politely say: I will bring a new dish (at 9 euros). A tip is to go to Woest in Callantsoog, which has delicious gluten-free buns. Or to Hargen aan Zee with delicious gluten-free buns.
