I was so excited to try Burtons with their huge gluten free menu, but I was really disappointed. I ordered an appetizer of the bread and it was so tough and dry. Still, I was excited for my entree. I ordered a warm lobster roll with fries. The fries were AMAZING. I actually have a hard time finding good GF fries but theirs were fantastic—which is why I gave 2 stars. The lobster was okay but the bun was pretty gross. The whole thing was just dry and not flavorful at all. The service was not good either :( I got 1 refill after eating most of my meal without a drink (except the table water), and we sat there for 30 minutes waiting to pay. Hopefully today was just an off day for them but based on my experience today, I don’t recommend it.

I loved that they had gluten free toast & pancakes. Our guy Tyrone was amazing and attentive. Bringing hot maple syrup for the pancakes was a great touch.

We are so thankful for Sunflour Bakery! For the past 4 years, we’ve ordered a gluten free, vegan cake due to wheat and egg allergies for our daughter, and they always turn out so delicious and beautiful. This year was our favorite! Having a local shop able to accommodate this request is SO amazing to us!

I try to eat at Sixty Vines every time I visit Nashville, you can never go wrong! Most recently I got a gluten-free pizza and devoured the entire thing!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Advertise the Udi's gluten free bread, but when asked the girl behind the counter tells my teenage (celiac) daughter she should just eat the white bread and says they don't feel like doing gluten-free bread today, with a huge grin on her face. Not sure what the girl's problem is, but obviously customer service and understanding others' medical needs is greatly lacking. Maybe Jersey Mike's needs to close this location until they can hire employees who understand they get paid for their customer service. This was all after a 20 min wait sit to be laughed at by some smug girl who doesn't understand why she got out of bed this morning. Unfortunately, Jersey Mike's will probably lose my 17-year-old, who eats in at least one location weekly, as well as the rest of the family for life.

I saw online that Jersey Mike’s has gluten free bread, so I had to try it. Extra special THANK YOU to Kevin who, not only asked if I’m gluten free for preference or allergic because he would’ve wiped everything down and got a new knife if I needed. He also went so far as to make me a custom sandwich *I’m gatekeeping the sandwich 😁* I really appreciate the, above and beyond service! ❤️I also love the gluten free snickerdoodle cookie!

The food here is amazing. I went in January for my birthday! The Ube Pancakes did not disappoint & the short rib hash was sooo good. My friend who has celiac got the oreo pancakes and my other friend got the shrimp and grits. We were all in love and full! I do think they need more space, I felt cramped and like I was in the staff’s way even though I was seated. Besides that, I want to go back soon bc it’s just that good!

D and Darryl really are the type of employees needed at this location. They have great attitudes and they made my visit the best ever!! My sandwiches were made to perfection. We discussed how to keep my son from eating my sandwiches while they were in the refrigerator. The tuna on gluten free bread idea worked like a charm. He didn't even think to touch them. I will definitely be back.

I don't typically write reviews but if this helps someone else, that's my goal. I have Celiac Disease and we usually love coming to this place because they have a lot of GF options. However, every single time I ordered something gluten free and add that it's an allergy, they have messed up the order. Despite me making it very clear to the staff, i have gotten sick from this place because they don't take the allergies seriously. If you have a serious allergy, I would avoid this place. If you don't, you'll probably enjoy it.

Delicious sandwiches and bread that doesn’t fall apart. They make it in a separate space and take precaution. They serve breakfast and lunch. Best part…the frose. Don’t walk, run !
