Man listen! These Fuel Balls are amazing! I definitely feel energized. Even my headache went away. The smoothies are good. The gluten free bread is actually tasty. It’s a bit on the pricy side.
With a cozy vibe and fresh decor, this spot offers a variety of tasty options, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done.

Food : They have a few vegan options and at least one naturally gluten-free option. Their coffee was really good. I had a red velvet latte with oat milk. The hash browns I got (and reason I gave them 4 stars) were greasy and a bit undercooked on the inside.
Atmosphere: It is cute and comfy inside. My friend and I were able to hear each other talk with no trouble. The music was just loud enough to be distracting, maybe because I liked the music.
I can see this place being a good place to go and work and just to hang out with friends.
No stars would be the more accurate assessment of this location. I hadn't been to Jersey Mike's for awhile and ordered here as part of a take out family dinner. I have an allergy to gluten and ordered a "bowl" as listed on the menu, instead of a sandwich. I hadn't had this before but went from the picture which showed a bowl filled with food. I assumed (my bad) that the sandwich filling (portobello, swiss, green pepper) as on top of something in the bowl. Nope. When I got the bowl there was quite literally less that 1/2 cup of filling in the bowl. The food was dwarfed by the empty bowl. My husband and I planned to split this. We each got about 2 tablespoons of food. No lettuce (which is what I expected) nothing at all except the meager serving of sandwich filling. This goes beyond terrible service. This is fraud. Had I been there in person I would have refused and demanded a refund. Who gives customers a practically empty bowl and pretends it is worth the $10 I paid for it. .
I don't know if we had a bad experience or what, but the food was not good. The place got great reviews, so my whole family and I went to check it out. Everyone's food came out cold. My sister ordered a gluten free bun, and they brought it out with a regular bun, luckily she noticed. They took it to the back and it was another 15min before they brought it back out. Then when they did, they brought it out with tots, not fries. Not only that, but I paid $20 for a burger and fries. I'm okay paying that at a gourmet burger place, but not a bar.
The restaurant is attached to a brewery, but the brewery doesn't do flights and they won't let you sample the beer. Overall it definitely wasn't worth it. The food wasn't good, and the beer didn't save the day. Unfortunately, I won't be back. There are way better spots in Durham.
Expect speedy service and tasty sandwiches that won’t break the bank, plus a surprisingly excellent toasted roll option!

Speedy service, tasty sandwiches and surprisingly excellent gluten-free roll (especially when you request they toast it because ordinarily they don’t toast it for some reason, even when the sandwich calls for it 🤷♀️). Anyway, great sandwich at a great price!

Very clean and staff was friendly, smiled and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door and they even knew regular customers as well! Gluten free #8 sub was delicious!
I eat at this Jersey Mike's location often. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. This is by and far my favorite Jersey Mikes location, and I have eaten at all of the ones in the Triangle and many more in other areas. I believe other people agree with me too, because there is often a line out the door at lunch time. The staff was happy to work with me on options for my dietary restrictions and have never judged me for them, as often happens at other restaurants. Speaking of which, every Jersey Mike's has a great gluten free option: the "sub in a tub." You can get any sub made as a salad (except meatball and chicken parm, which have bread crumbs). Overall, a great option for a quick and tasty meal! I also recommend joining the Shore Points club to earn free sandwiches and the email list, which sends out 1 or 2 coupons per month!
