Very interesting purchasing principle. You order your dish directly at a counter from one of the chefs who prepares the food right in front of you. Special features of the food, i.e. whether it is vegan, lactose-free or gluten-free, are clearly marked on the menu and can be selected for many dishes. There are also certain configuration options (e.g. which pasta you would like) for many dishes. At the end of the visit, you show an employee at the exit your card on which your orders are saved and you pay. We even got a small gift in the form of a Haribo bag. At least there was gluten-free pinsa (from Schär?).
Otherwise there is no service, ordering terminals like McD's, drinks and food have to be picked up at the respective counters. When you're alone with two small children, it quickly becomes very tiring.
It was only after a lot of questions that I finally got my gluten-free Pinsa. There were no gluten-free dishes to be found on the ordering terminal. Local contacts were few and far between, and there were also various language barriers.
Overall, the food was ok (although I can also put Schär's gluten-free Pinsa in the oven at home), the tables were pretty unhygienic upon closer inspection, and the service was non-existent.

I ordered a gluten-free carrot cake for my birthday party. Unfortunately it was totally dry and the carrots were a very small part. It was more of a sand cake with some carrot decoration. I embarrassed myself in front of my guests because the cake was almost impossible to get out of the packaging; it literally crumbled.
My complaint was responded to with information that the recipe would be reconsidered. When I asked again whether I would be reimbursed for the costs (after all, it is an online shop), I received no answer. A voucher for my next loaves of bread would have made me happy, but so...
I would have bought a piece from the bakery and it wouldn't be good, ok you can live with it, you just won't buy it again... but of course you have to buy a whole cake online, which is very annoying at €30.
