I ate a gluten-free pizza for celiac patients after 6 months of abstinence due to food problems. Fantastic pizza, very good. I annoyed the staff more than once with my requests and information about the pizzas, and, even though the place was full, they responded with kindness, courtesy and professionalism in giving me explanations, accompanied by a disarming smile... There were such helpful and kind people in catering in general... I highly recommend it to everyone.... Keep going guys, the path to success is the right one..... 110 cum laude with academic kiss ...
A charming spot with an inviting vibe, featuring a menu that caters to dietary needs and a playful area for kids—perfect for family outings!

Since I have celiac disease, the best pizza I have ever eaten was undoubtedly the one from La Rusticana!! Incredibly good.. not to mention the fried food.. delicious. Unfortunately I'm not very close but as soon as I have the opportunity I'll go! A lot of attention also towards children... which is not to be taken for granted!

Fixed monthly stop also for attention to gluten-free. Fresh and good fish. I love the mugnaie clams and ferfellone. The gluten-free pizza is delicious (they don't use industrial bases). Maybe it's better not to go on Sunday for lunch because there could be confusion (but this applies to all restaurants)

But what a beautiful place!
Arriving from Benevento, we were greeted by the friendliness of the owner (empathetic from the first phone calls): The stable is a welcoming, large place, surrounded by lots of greenery, a place to breathe and enjoy, among others, an excellent pizza gluten-free, light and fragrant.
With us Nina, our little dog happy to run around among trees and rides.
We will definitely be back! Antonella.

Kind and friendly cheerful staff, excellent products for intolerants, from gluten-free to vegan. Excellent, it's a shame that there are only 2 points of sale in the whole of Italy. Number 1 congratulations.
With a lovely ambiance and attentive service, this spot offers a delightful variety that's worth visiting repeatedly.

I have celiac disease and I must say that it is the best gourmet restaurant even for gluten intolerants. Excellent food and masterfully plated. I would give 10 stars but I can only give 5. Of course, everything is extraordinarily good even for non-celiacs.

Approved vegetarian restaurant, good, light and tasty. A pleasant discovery. The allergen list and the presence of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes on the menu were also appreciated. Friendly staff. Bronte is familiar and welcoming. First and second course with water 28 euros. I'll be back for sure

More than positive experience. We tasted typical traditional Abruzzo dishes, in particular sagne and chickpeas, screppelle 'mbusse. The rabbit and the sublime fittatina are also excellent. There is a wide choice of desserts, including traditional ones. The cake 58 and the dark chocolate mousse are superb. The staff were very friendly and attentive to customer needs. They paid special attention to my celiac daughter.

Too bad you can't give 10 stars to everything.
Characteristic typically Abruzzo restaurant.
Typical strong local cuisine.
The staff is always the same (welcoming and super helpful), an indication that the people who run the restaurant treat their employees well.
What can I say, it's a perfect combination to stay in a nice place and eat like God.
PS, no less important is the fact that they also have many gluten-free dishes.
It's the restaurant of my heart

Anonymous food. But the service was 6 stars: table games for children, well-protected and clean playroom for children. Continuous checks by the waiters that everything is going well, excellent assistance for specific needs (gluten free). High prices if you don't take advantage of the promotions, otherwise the prices are also good. Highly recommended for families.

Hotel with slightly vintage but very clean and comfortable furnishings in which I slept well and in absolute tranquility. Central and convenient location as a starting point for trekking in the Majella and the surrounding villages. The room is excellently managed by the very kind staff and the owners who delighted us with a sumptuous and tasty dinner. As vegetarians, we can say that we had a huge variety of choices: excellent cheeses, delicious homemade pasta (spaghetti alla guitar) and pasta with beans, splendid desserts. Breakfast also amazed us with its great variety, ranging from a range of homemade cakes (at least 10), to croissants with multiple flavors, to the selection of honeys (even gentian and truffle), to the continental breakfast. Great sensitivity in choosing a small stand for celiacs. Highly recommended for the quality of the meals and the courtesy!
