I ate a gluten-free pizza for celiac patients after 6 months of abstinence due to food problems. Fantastic pizza, very good. I annoyed the staff more than once with my requests and information about the pizzas, and, even though the place was full, they responded with kindness, courtesy and professionalism in giving me explanations, accompanied by a disarming smile... There were such helpful and kind people in catering in general... I highly recommend it to everyone.... Keep going guys, the path to success is the right one..... 110 cum laude with academic kiss ...

Wonderful discovery: for me, who am celiac and lactose intolerant, having the opportunity to eat excellent artisanal piadinas with genuine ingredients, both savory and sweet, without risk of contamination, in Piazza Duomo, in the center of L'Aquila, was wonderful! I wish there were more Piadì in all of Italy!!!

Fixed monthly stop also for attention to gluten-free. Fresh and good fish. I love the mugnaie clams and ferfellone. The gluten-free pizza is delicious (they don't use industrial bases). Maybe it's better not to go on Sunday for lunch because there could be confusion (but this applies to all restaurants)
This spot offers top-notch pizzas with a range of unique toppings and great homemade desserts, all in a charming central location.

I went here with 2 of my friends, the environment inspired us and it was the only gluten-free pizzeria in the vast area. We had to book at 10pm because the other times were fully booked, and that's not a problem. It took them 1 hour, 37 minutes and 30 seconds before serving the first gluten-free pizza, and 15 minutes later the other two arrived. Due to the celiac disease problem, we asked to change cutlery and glasses due to contamination, but, unfortunately, we received a rude response and it was not possible to make the change, so we had to drink from the bottles of the requested drink and were unable to use the cutlery. The service was very slow, in fact, although we requested a waiter or waitress several times, the shortest time it took them to arrive was 5 minutes and 47 seconds; to the waiter's request we received some not very nice gestures in response from the owner, Enzo. The bill was brought after some time, 3 euros were added for gluten-free and 6 euros for the mozzarella change. The equipment is highly incorrect and does not follow the etiquette rule according to which hands must not be crossed at the table: the napkin was placed on the right, when (since it must be able to be taken even while eating) it would go to the left, same thing for the fork, the glass, however, was placed on the left, despite its correct position being on the right. The food is not of the highest quality and the value for money is questionable. I'm giving 1 star because it's impossible to give 0. The only saving grace is the environment: delicate, elegant and welcoming, very nice and appreciated.
This spot impresses with its skillfully crafted dishes, warm ambiance, and a menu brimming with fresh flavors and thoughtful preparation.

We went to this restaurant on our way back from Rome, although we arrived late we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. I particularly appreciated the ambience and the tables and chairs which are not the small and narrow ones usually found around but quite large and comfortable, we ate well but nothing that remained in our hearts (apart from the tagliatelle) we had a starter, 2 first courses (tagliatelle made by them, a little thicker and tougher - very good on the receipt they are ravioli because it was a off the menu) and a dessert. Overall we had a good time, they also have a menu for celiacs.
A charming eatery with a cozy vibe, offering a diverse menu and a commitment to quality that makes every visit special.

As a native of Alba, it's been a long time since I've been to Wolf's. My partner and I left very satisfied.
Very good pizzas, perhaps a little excess flavor that makes itself felt later, but it is a detail that should not make you remain skeptical about trying their pizzas.
The menu is very broad, on the one hand it satisfies all palates (even "gluten free"), on the other it could be confusing.
Very fast and courteous service, Valentina is a true matron who knows how to combine the seriousness that her role requires with moments of cordiality with customers. The welcome aperitif and the bitters at the end of the meal are two small touches that pamper customers.
At Wolf you can also find one of the most beautiful toilets in the world which reflects the environment in general and leaves no empty space between scarves, posters and advertising posters.
The idea of contests with prizes up for grabs based on the number of likes is really cute.
They don't accept reservations, you have to show up at the entrance and wait.
Absolutely worth considering for a meal with friends.

In an unexpected alley we find a small sign and these lights that attract our attention. Improvised evening with friends: we unexpectedly find a place despite it being a Saturday night. Quick service and attentive to our needs, highly digestible pizza with 72 hours of leavening and organic products. Great prices! Furthermore, pizzas and dishes for celiacs are available. We will definitely be back 👌🏻

But what a beautiful place!
Arriving from Benevento, we were greeted by the friendliness of the owner (empathetic from the first phone calls): The stable is a welcoming, large place, surrounded by lots of greenery, a place to breathe and enjoy, among others, an excellent pizza gluten-free, light and fragrant.
With us Nina, our little dog happy to run around among trees and rides.
We will definitely be back! Antonella.

If you are looking for a pizzeria that combines quality, variety and extraordinary attention to detail, then this is the perfect place for you! Every time I go back, I'm always surprised by the wide selection of flavors they have. The menu offers combinations of original ingredients and classic flavours, all made with the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
A strong point is certainly the variety of doughs: whether you prefer classic dough, wholemeal dough, cereal dough or even gluten-free dough, here you will find the perfect option for you. Each dough is leavened to perfection, guaranteeing a light, fragrant and highly digestible pizza. I have tried both the traditional and cereal dough, and I must say that the result has always been extraordinary.
The staff is very kind and always ready to recommend combinations, explain the ingredients, and accommodate every need. The service is fast but never rushed, and makes you feel like a welcome guest, not just a passing customer. The environment is also welcoming and relaxing, perfect both for an evening with friends and for an intimate dinner.
In short, this pizzeria is heaven for pizza lovers: taste, quality and an impressive choice of variations make every visit unique. Highly recommended!

We had dinner for two consecutive evenings in this small restaurant in the center of Pescasseroli.
Both the first and second courses are really well cooked and tasty (the ravioli both with tomato and with mushroom sauce are super recommended!!), just as the pizza is good and light. The mixed fried food and the polenta with mushrooms are appetizing.
A big applause for the possibility of ordering gluten-free pasta (various formats available), which is anything but trivial and obvious.
Kind and attentive staff; really quick service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Rocco restaurant in Fossacesia and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered, I felt the warm and familiar welcome of the staff, who showed particular care in meeting my dietary needs, given that I am gluten and lactose intolerant.
I ordered the kebabs and a focaccia, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. The kebabs were cooked to perfection, tender and tasty, with that touch of authenticity that only traditional cuisine can offer. The focaccia, despite being gluten-free, was light and crunchy, a real delight for the palate.
Every detail has been carefully taken care of: from the detailed explanations on the gluten- and lactose-free dishes, to the impeccable presentation of the dishes. I felt safe and at ease, knowing that all my intolerances had been taken into consideration with the utmost seriousness.
In conclusion, my experience at the Zio Rocco restaurant was extremely positive. I ate very well and was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality cuisine with an eye for food intolerances.
I can not wait to come back!

Timeless restaurant and breathtaking location. We are welcomed by Mr. Angelo who to my joy tells me that even for me as a celiac there are different options. He makes us sit on a panoramic balcony with a breathtaking view, at sunset and with a unique choreography of swallow flights. The conditions for a beautiful evening are all there. The very kind staff explains the menu to us and we order some grilled vegetables, for me some gnocchi with saffron cream, pecorino and gluten-free almonds, some porcini and truffle civitelle, some kebabs and 2 desserts. The beer is also excellent. All of excellent quality, and a fair price. I had the impression that it was an inclusive restaurant and I recommend it for quality, kindness, location and price. I will definitely be back!

The gluten-free pizza is good even if it has a ready-made base. There are no chips or gluten-free appetizers but only bruschetta ("if the kitchen hasn't run out of bread"). It's disconcerting in 2023 when staff ask you what level of intolerance you have when it comes to celiac disease...

I had dinner twice at the Lo Sgabello restaurant during my stay in Scanno. The restaurant is located near a public car park (blue lines). It has several seats, I recommend calling to find out availability as it is always crowded. The restaurant offers various local cuisine at medium prices. Of note is the possibility of requesting gluten-free first courses, however they do not have gluten-free bread. The service is quick and courteous.

In another review I gave the service 3 stars but I find myself forced to give only 1 this time. Unfortunately, every time I went (and I go at least once a month given the passion my children have for this place) we had some problems with the service. Let me start by saying that we are forced to take 3 gluten-free menus and 1 normal one. Once the gluten free ones arrived first and after exactly half an hour the normal ones arrived, another time the opposite with a quarter of an hour wait (I'll let the children imagine the wait). I understand that the cooking is separate but don't tell me that the timing is different. If the order is for the same table the dishes MUST arrive together, especially if there are children. A sad point is that every time, even though dessert is included in the children's menu, if you don't ask for it and ask for it several times, they won't bring it to you. It doesn't seem very cute to me. For the rest, environment and food, I can't say anything, on the contrary...
But improve the service...

I had lunch in this lovely restaurant in Roccascalegna in the province of Chieti and I was truly deeply impressed and happily satisfied.
The food was truly excellent, starting from the appetizers, with the cacio e ova pallotte reigning supreme, but also many quality cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by local honeys and jams.
The first one I ordered with mushrooms and truffles was also excellent, as were the drinks. There is also a wide range of vegan and gluten free options.
Prices are also really super, as is the wonderful welcome and friendliness of Nicola and Valentina.
Civico 20 is not a simple restaurant: Nicola and Valentina like to call it a Risto Art Gallery, where you can find photography exhibitions displayed within the walls of the restaurant and where cooking workshops, themed literary and food and wine events are periodically organised.
Highly recommended.

Simple and informal environment. The typical menu of Abruzzo and Teramo cuisine in particular is excellent. A special mention for the homemade pasta, even for celiacs. The assortment of cold cuts and cheeses in the starter is good, as is the quality of the second course meats. Last but not least, the homemade dessert.
Overall, a pleasant gastronomic experience also marked by punctual and very courteous service, at the right value for money.

Disappointing, we won't be back.
Last night, after a long time, we decided to try the pizza in this place. I had booked a week in advance, but upon our arrival (there were 6 of us) they gave us a table for 5 because the one for 6 was not available. Not exactly the best organisation.
We were placed in a small room of about 10 m2, without air conditioning, with a truly unbearable temperature.
We ordered some appetizers and, while waiting, also a gluten-free pizza. The pizzas arrived: the classic one was good, but the gluten-free one was nothing special, despite the price of 13.50 euros plus a 2 euro supplement. Furthermore, the pizza with gluten had buffalo mozzarella, the one without did not (by choice of the diner), but the price remained the same, in addition to the supplement.
The final bill also included 13 euros for two cans of gluten-free beer. Honestly, overkill.
I understand the difficulties in preparing for celiacs, but a supplement of 3 euros and such inflated prices are not justifiable. A celiac is not a different customer.
Disorganization, suffocating heat, excessive extra costs: shame, but we won't be back.
Since I can't reply, I edited the message so that I can reply.
THANK YOU for the reply in the meantime
The first point is that we asked to move since, AMONG OTHERWISE, A larger table had become available and they told us it wasn't possible. Then in my opinion that table is for 5 and not for six, then if one is willing to sacrifice it can also become for 8......but it must be a choice of the client.
According to the gluten-free pizza which was the one with friarelli and sausage and buffalo mozzarella, she asked for it without buffalo mozzarella but was made to pay with .......
For the rest, everyone manages their own prices.
And in any case your pizza with gluten is exceptional, nothing to say.
Good work

Friendly service, nice food and a lovely garden outlook atmosphere.
They were able to cater for our gluten free friend which was great, and she said she enjoyed her meal.
