I ate a gluten-free pizza for celiac patients after 6 months of abstinence due to food problems. Fantastic pizza, very good. I annoyed the staff more than once with my requests and information about the pizzas, and, even though the place was full, they responded with kindness, courtesy and professionalism in giving me explanations, accompanied by a disarming smile... There were such helpful and kind people in catering in general... I highly recommend it to everyone.... Fixed monthly stop also for attention to gluten-free. Fresh and good fish. I love the mugnaie clams and ferfellone. The gluten-free pizza is delicious (they don't use industrial bases). Maybe it's better not to go on Sunday for lunch because there could be confusion (but this applies to all restaurants)

I went here with 2 of my friends, the environment inspired us and it was the only gluten-free pizzeria in the vast area. We had to book at 10pm because the other times were fully booked, and that's not a problem. It took them 1 hour, 37 minutes and 30 seconds before serving the first gluten-free pizza, and 15 minutes later the other two arrived. Due to the celiac disease problem, we asked to change cutlery and glasses due to contamination, but, unfortunately, we received a rude response and it was not possible to make the change, so we had to drink from the bottles of the requested drink and were unable to use the cutlery. The service was very slow, in fact, although we requested a waiter or waitress several times, the shortest time it took them to arrive was 5 minutes and 47 seconds; to the waiter's request we received some not very nice gestures in response from the owner, Enzo. The bill was brought after some time, 3 euros were added for gluten-free and 6 euros for the mozzarella change. The equipment is highly incorrect and does not follow the etiquette rule according to which hands must not be crossed at the table: the napkin was placed on the right, when (since it must be able to be taken even while eating) it would go to the left, same thing for the fork, the glass, however, was placed on the left, despite its correct position being on the right. The food is not of the highest quality and the value for money is questionable. I'm giving 1 star because it's impossible to give 0. The only saving grace is the environment: delicate, elegant and welcoming, very nice and appreciated.

Arriving from Benevento, we were greeted by the friendliness of the owner (empathetic from the first phone calls): The stable is a welcoming, large place, surrounded by lots of greenery, a place to breathe and enjoy, among others, an excellent pizza gluten-free, light and fragrant. We had dinner for two consecutive evenings in this small restaurant in the center of Pescasseroli. Both the first and second courses are really well cooked and tasty (the ravioli both with tomato and with mushroom sauce are super recommended!!), just as the pizza is good and light. The mixed fried food and the polenta with mushrooms are appetizing. A big applause for the possibility of ordering gluten-free pasta (various formats available), which is anything but trivial and obvious. Kind and attentive staff; really quick service. Very small place with few seats and clean.

The gluten-free pizza is good even if it has a ready-made base. There are no chips or gluten-free appetizers but only bruschetta ("if the kitchen hasn't run out of bread"). It's disconcerting in 2023 when staff ask you what level of intolerance you have when it comes to celiac disease...

Disappointing, we won't be back. Last night, after a long time, we decided to try the pizza in this place. I had booked a week in advance, but upon our arrival (there were 6 of us) they gave us a table for 5 because the one for 6 was not available. Not exactly the best organisation. We were placed in a small room of about 10 m2, without air conditioning, with a truly unbearable temperature. We ordered some appetizers and, while waiting, also a gluten-free pizza. The pizzas arrived: the classic one was good, but the gluten-free one was nothing special, despite the price of 13.50 euros plus a 2 euro supplement. Furthermore, the pizza with gluten had buffalo mozzarella, the one without did not (by choice of the diner), but the price remained the same, in addition to the supplement. The final bill also included 13 euros for two cans of gluten-free beer. Honestly, overkill. I understand the difficulties in preparing for celiacs, but a supplement of 3 euros and such inflated prices are not justifiable. A celiac is not a different customer. Disorganization, suffocating heat, excessive extra costs: shame, but we won't be back. Since I can't reply, I edited the message so that I can reply. THANK YOU for the reply in the meantime The first point is that we asked to move since, AMONG OTHERWISE, A larger table had become available and they told us it wasn't possible. Then in my opinion that table is for 5 and not for six, then if one is willing to sacrifice it can also become for 8......but it must be a choice of the client. According to the gluten-free pizza which was the one with friarelli and sausage and buffalo mozzarella, she asked for it without buffalo mozzarella but was made to pay with ....... For the rest, everyone manages their own prices. And in any case your pizza with gluten is exceptional, nothing to say. Good work

Very good pizzeria, also included in the Gambero Rosso guide, in fact you can see the recommended pizzas on the menu. The choice is very wide, perhaps too much so. Reading the menu takes a really long time, especially for people like me who are in this place for the first time, so the time required to order becomes considerable. I therefore allow myself to give some advice to the owners, namely the inclusion of photos under each proposal: it could make the choice more immediate, it would certainly have helped me! I tried three different pizzas and I can say that there is something for all tastes, from the simplest to the most sophisticated. The attention that the restaurant has for all intolerances is notable: they have lactose-free mozzarella and prepare gluten-free pizzas for the added price of €3!

Hotel with slightly vintage but very clean and comfortable furnishings in which I slept well and in absolute tranquility. Central and convenient location as a starting point for trekking in the Majella and the surrounding villages. The room is excellently managed by the very kind staff and the owners who delighted us with a sumptuous and tasty dinner. As vegetarians, we can say that we had a huge variety of choices: excellent cheeses, delicious homemade pasta (spaghetti alla guitar) and pasta with beans, splendid desserts. Breakfast also amazed us with its great variety, ranging from a range of homemade cakes (at least 10), to croissants with multiple flavors, to the selection of honeys (even gentian and truffle), to the continental breakfast. Great sensitivity in choosing a small stand for celiacs. Highly recommended for the quality of the meals and the courtesy!
