100% FOR Celiacs! We ate at the movies. All gluten-free fried foods, delicious seafood and very good quality. The homemade cheesecake is delicious too. The attention is impeccable, they control the gluten issue perfectly. They offer gluten-free bread and beer. A much better restaurant than the surrounding ones in terms of hygiene and comfort, without a doubt, and at the same price. I leave you the ticket. As someone who can’t tolerate gluten I was delighted to see that this was provided as an option which is quite rare at a fish and chip shop. It’s also great to see a number code system listed with the food to show all possible allergens. I had cod and chips and it was simply delicious. No grease in sight, the batter was perfection and the home made tartare sauce was divine. The rest of my family also loved their meals and no doubt this is the best fish and chips we have had in Spain. Great idea to have the meal deals which includes a side dish and hot or cold drink. The Coffee was lovely. Beautifully clean including the toilets. Superb service and located seconds away from the front. There is nothing to fault at Smyths. Will be back with no hesitation x

Both nights we were in Calpe, we had dinner here both nights. The first night there were tremendous pastas (the carbonara was very good) and the next day, pizzas. The staff was super attentive, the second night Ana herself took care of us (as if your own grandmother were taking care of you) and we enjoyed a beautiful night on the terrace. Very important: it has both pizza and pasta GLUTEN FREE and the price is VERY VERY REASONABLE. We will recommend to everyone who comes.

The place is great, but as a celiac person I want to suggest that they change the supplier of the pizza dough. It completely ruins the flavor and the dish, it is the worst dough I have ever tasted and it is the second time they have put it on me (year difference). If you change it you would be a 10.

We went to eat with my celiac son, which is quite complicated, Angela, the girl who served us, went out of her way to adapt the food to my son, they even brought him a bowl of fruit for dessert, very grateful for everything. I only have words of gratitude to the waiter, a man from Bilbao, whose name he did not want to tell us because he said that all the achievements were not achieved by him, but by all of his colleagues. Without a doubt, we need people with that love for their profession. As for the food, we ordered turbot, sea bass in salt and Indian chicken, as well as fried fish and tuna tartare. This does not look like a place that would have great food but it does! It is just next to the beach so it is perfect for either lunch or dinner: the food quality and taste are on a very high level. Gluten- free options are numerous, including gluten- free burger ( I love the one with liver pate and blue cheese), octopod, paella, gluten- free bread baked in non-contaminated manner, gluten- free beer and many more. I have visited this place many times over many years and the food remains consistently great.

Quality of service deserves more stars, it's that good. Friendly and convivial from day 1 (more than a year ago). The coffee is the best in Calpe by some margin! Always excellent. The staff are justifiably proud of the quality of their input, from the fresh ingredients to the presentation at your table. Excellent poke bowls, juices and incredible smoothies each tailored to particular needs. Energizer's, detox, cardio and immune system targeted to mention just a few. Highly recommended. The gluten-free banana cake is also incredible 😊

The service was amazing and they made fantastic wine and dessert recommendations. All of the food was incredible and not one person had a bad meal.
