We booked for lunch as The Cosy Club offers a good variety of gluten-free food and a couple of tasty vegan dishes. I have Coeliac disease and my friend eats a vegan diet. Very good understanding of cross contamination, and the food and service was excellent.

Always go the cod pot for our fish and chips! My husband has a gluten intolerance however the chef is able to cater for us all! Has a wide range of gluten free opions and does kids boxes that the children love! Will be coming back every week as always!

Prefect! Great food, Great Prices and Great Selection. Plus, they also sell GLUTEN FREE on Friday's and Monday's! (PHONE THEM to tell them you want gluten free). Celiac's will know Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats... are useless when it comes to trying to find Gluten Free takeout, BUT, you can easily Call The Chip Shop to tell them you world like Gluten Free and Your Order Number, and they'll sort it out for you! Whenever we need to add a gluten free part to our order, we place the order through one of the delivery companies, then, as soon as the payment is conformed, we immediately telephone them, letting them know what parts of the order we need as gluten free, plus our order number, and they do it without any problems. The times we've place mixed orders (both normal and gluten free), they wrap the gluten free completely separate to everything else, with Gluten Free clearly written on the gluten free packages - they send fish and chips out in big rectangular food boxes, and add one of the traditional brown paper chip shop bags over the gluten free boxes, with gluten free written on it. I've put a lot about the gluten free because I know it's a nightmare trying to find gluten free takeout, especially chip shop stuff! But, they have a huge selection of both normal and gluten free foods. The portion sizes are good and the food really nice! Definitely recommended and we use them regularly!

My partner is celiac and this is the only Chinese place that has done gluten free food making it able for her to enjoy a Chinese but for some strange reason they have suddenly stopped the gluten free menu which is extremely disappointing as eating Chinese food is no longer an option for a takeaway treat, we had birthday plans tonight with some family and was going to place a large order but suddenly found out they no longer do gluten free food which made things rather difficult. Such a shame as I always spoke highly of this restaurant but unfortunately this is a huge disappointment.

Although they say they can’t guarantee 100% free of cross contamination, most Indian curries are naturally gluten free, so as long as you stick to those, you shouldn’t have any problems. They have gluten free options on their menu and if you tell them you’re coeliac, they will let the chef know and make sure to take extra care with prep.

Easy to book on line .confirmed by restaurant plus reminders during the week .Arrived on time seated on time our waiter was Ryan who looked after us throughout. We ate at Bill's today, the menu caters for gluten free and vegetarian. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. We sat outside in the sun and the atmosphere was chilled. It was quite noisy inside I noticed, but that maybe just the volume of people in the place. Food was lovely and so was the drink (peach and mint iced tea). Staff were attentive and answered any questions we had. Paying is simple and you can split the bill by scanning the QR code which I thought was a great idea. Would definately return again 👍

Had such a good time!! Staff were lovely, really friendly and welcoming, food was delicious, wide selection and very inclusive with a vegan and gluten free menu. The cocktail menu had lots of options and the drinks were equally as delicious as the food. It's a really nice size venue and the toilets are accessible and well maintained.

Visited Coffee Tales in the Jewellery Quarter yesterday while visiting Birmingham. We had the gluten free hazelnut cake and a jacket potato with cheese and beans. We have been in the UK for 3 weeks now and this was the best jacket potato I have had since visiting! SOO good! The gluten free hazelnut cake was amazing, I really liked the Nutella frosting! Plus the portions are huge, definitely good value for your money!

We visited here Friday 14th around 1pm. The food was amazing, the drinks were great and the service was 5star. We were served by Jack and he was super attentive and friendly, he made us feel extremly welcome and as if we were the only people he was serving. He took my Moms allergies to gluten super seriously and explained everything they would do to cater to her allergies, which is great as she is always dubious eating out due to lack of care, which had made her ill, in the past. The service industry is hard, I work in it in a different sector. What really makes the difference is not perfection but how minor issues are resolved. We went to the Cosy Club Brindley Place yesterday for a treat, I have coeliac disease and the cosy club chain always feels safe which is huge for me. There was a small mix up with the order which was noticed almost as soon as the first dish was laid down before we even had to ask and then fixed as fast as they could. We felt that the care Sophia took looking after us was absolutely brilliant. Having coeliac disease it's fairly common to feel like an imposition and we avoid eating out because of that. Yet Sophia couldn't do enough to help us feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks Cosy club we will be back and thank you Sophia - if there were more of you in the world, life would be so much more sunny.

It was great to find a nice restaurant like this open before 5 because we had to travel and getting sat at 4pm was fantastic! Convenient parking meant it was a 5 minutes walk from the carpark to the restaurant which was even better because we were starving. It was quite empty when we arrived and they sat us straight away. The atmosphere was so nice, but I've dropped a star because there was a heavy smell in the air that was reminiscent of incense. It might have been the candles burning on every table, but with zero airflow it was massively overpowering. BUT everywhere was so clean and tidy, the decor is wonderful, the toilets were clean and they had a disability toilet downstairs. The plates and chopsticks and little hand towels were so cute. I loved the effort they put into it all. The servers were attentive and so polite. Really high level of hospitality and they checked in on us throughout. Some of the best service I've had in a restaurant before. They cater to gluten free with their own gf menu, which was fantastic! There weren't a great deal to choose from but honestly I think the variety was still really good. I chose the spring rolls which were crunchy and hot, and the special pho which looked amazing when it came out. Unfortunately it was jam packed with coriander which was very over powering, but that's more a personal preference and it was really fresh and crunchy. It was also quite under seasoned. I had to add some salt to the broth to bring out the flavours. There were also a lot of small chicken bones in it. Small enough to swallow but it was still a little off putting. My partner had the slow cooked lemongrass beef that was slathered in ginger. Hes Filipino and even he said it blew his head off. But it was super tender and came with fresh and crunchy salad, so it wasn't a heavy dish. For the price I'd have expected it to be a little better in flavour and a greater portion size. Especially with the starter as 3 tiny spring rolls shouldn't cost £7.50 But it was still an exciting experience after a long and tiring day!

I had dinner with colleagues at this restaurant. What can I say, as an Italian, reviewing an Italian restaurant abroad in a positive way is really complex but I had a great time here. Starting from the very vast menu in Italian (with many vegan and gluten-free options), the exceptional service: the Italian waitress was perfect with our table, and the taste of the dishes was well balanced! I'm really happy and can't wait to go back.
