My daughter had found this fish and chip shop to go to on Our visit to Skegness on Easter Sunday the main reason being because saying it was because one member of out group is gluten free said they done gluten free fish and chips on the website perfect we thought
We was in the Queue for 30 minutes to be told they don’t do gluten free we said it states on your website that you do and that is why we have come here she said we haven’t done gluten free for 3 years which really shocked us that it was still stated on the website they did she was saying something about they didn’t know the PIN code to change it the person walked out in disgrace after waiting that amount of time
We did get our fish and chips and mushy which were actually very nice
Just a shame they hadn’t put a notice up to to let customers know that they DO NOT DO ANYTHING GLUTEN FREE.
Unfortunately we won’t be going back to this fish and chip shop when on a day trip to Skegness .
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS IF ANY MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP ARE GLUTEN FREE SO DISSAPPOINTING
Freshly made donuts with various flavors and tasty gluten free options make this spot a must-visit for any dessert lover!

At the age of 11 my son started having an intolerance to gluten this year which made him really really poorly. Although he isnt coeliac he has to stay gluten free and be challenged again when he is older. He is absolutely gutted that he has to cut out some of his favourite foods including donuts 🍩. A few of my friends told me about the rock shop so when we last visited skegness we went and checked it out. Staff were fantastic with him. He had a mixed bag of chocolate and normal gf donuts and some gl churros. He was a very happy little boy and he loved all of them. He has asked if you could please practise doing some donuts with coloured icing drizzled over them. Lol. Fab place, lovely staff. Thank you so much.
A charming spot with a welcoming vibe, known for its accommodating menu and ample options for various dietary preferences—definitely worth a visit!

Food was delicious, had a steak and cheese baguette with chips and my partner had a gluten free Tuna baguette with chips. The service was pretty slow, food took nearly 30 minutes for 2 baguettes! But they were worth the wait
Located on the sea front with generous portions, it's perfect for families, especially with an inviting kids' menu and a vibrant atmosphere.

This is in a great location attached to the premier inn. We had an evening meal in here. As soon as we entered they asked if we had any allergies of which I informed I was a coeliac. I was offered a book containing all ingredients as well as a separate gluten free menu.
I opted for the steak, my order was taken first to ensure they had it all correct and brought out last to ensure hands could be sanitised between. The steak was lovely and cooked perfectly with a good portion.
Enjoy a customizable experience with fresh, top-quality meals and plenty of options to cater to various dietary needs; definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic meal and amazing service from our waitress. Great options for food and they do many gluten free options. Everything gluten free is cooked separately for peace of mind. I would highly recommend 👌 👍
Home-cooked meals shine here, with standout dishes like braising steak and a lovely apple crumble that impress guests.

Food good.
Presented nicely.
Waitress, not much PR about her! No smiles, interaction, not friendly or helpful, as 1 customer gluten free.
Hubby's pudding of apple crumble and custard, looked and tasted amazing. The pudding saved the day!
Experience a cozy vibe with a charming appearance and scenic views, perfect for gatherings or a relaxing drink by the fire.

I have a Mother-in-law that dissects every dish she orders, a celiac wife and an autistic daughter that will only eat a limited diet. Well done the Windmill, you did a marvellous job. All the meals were excellent and the puddings were delicious.
All the staff were superb. The orders were taken and the food brought out in a very reasonable time.
With a spacious kids' play area and entertaining options, this spot is perfect for families, but ordering could be a tad more convenient.

Most of our meals were lovely, besides the chicken curry as the chicken was too dry. However the children's meals, the steaks and the hunters chicken were perfect.
Unfortunately one meal arrived missing onion rings, however this was quickly rectified. The gluten free meal was plentiful and again, very tasty (I also had the steak), and the menu was also clear on which meals were gluten free, dairy free or both. Again with the vegetarian/vegan menu, it was clear to read and several options available.
The free soft play and outdoor playground were loved by our children, and the entertainment was very good.
The downsides are that you have to order your food from one till, but then need to queue up again to order drinks as they will not allow you to order them with your meal.
Further, one of the entertainment staff was rather short with us when we attempted to speak to them. We simply wanted to ask if they could say happy birthday to my daughter, and we did not approach them whilst they were busy or performing etc, however she was very short and dismissive. Even a polite "no" would have been acceptable.
Overall, we would gladly visit again if we were to be in Ingoldmells.
This spot shines with late-night availability and a diverse menu that keeps diners coming back for more delicious options.

Firstly, it was still open at 10pm on a Sunday after a late arrival in Skegness. Service was fast, friendly and efficient.
Goats cheese starter was tasty and generous as was thevRigatoni Meatballs which they made with gluten free pasta no problem.
Great value.
Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a delicious menu that caters to every need, making it a perfect spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

My mother and I came here for a quick lunch following an appointment.
It was a pleasant place to eat. Food was delicious. A very big bonus is that literally all their menu can be gluten free upon request...😊
