A very cozy place with an ordering counter and a sit-down dining room if you're sticking around. Despite the counter service, the staff was lovely, welcoming, and attentive. They brought fresh bread to the table, unfortunately with a small to-go cup with a small drizzle of olive oil and another of pre-grated parm. A slightly more generous cup of olive oil would have been nice. The carbonara pasta would have been good off the bat if they had properly seasoned it, but some of the extra parm and a generous dose of black pepper got it there in the end. The pizza was the star of the night. Chewy dough with really good gluten development, very nice sauce that was balanced and a nice contrast to the cheese, and quality toppings that weren't too much or too little. Was very tempted by the cannoli in the case, but I will leave it to others to try as I was stuffed. Could be a great place but needs to tighten it up a bit. Would try again though if just for pizza and to try that cannoli.

Absolutely delicious burgers! Service was impeccable. We did have a small issue with using our SaveAround mobile coupon, but it was resolved after a discussion with the manager. That is my only reason for giving 4/5 stars. Very nice ambiance as well. I really enjoyed the variety of sides with sandwiches also and very accommodating for gluten issues and even my low carb requests. Well done.

Everytime I go here I have a great time. The selection of drinks available is quite a lot for a non-alcoholic bar and they have all been wonderful. I have a gluten allergy, so I can't eat much, but from what I have been able to has been great. The service is top notch. The atmosphere is always inviting for everyone and anyone.

A must go to when in Springfield. You can feel the history as you eat the very solid food. We just had pizza; both regular and gluten free. Good gluten free pizza too. Upset I didn’t take a photo, sorry!
Both food and atmosphere were outstanding. Romantic atmosphere. My filet was perfect. I loved the house salad. Even the coffee was good. The waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I was impressed and can't wait to go back again next time I visit Springfield.
