Delightful lattes and breakfast at Vertex Cafe! This was my first time but definitely won't be my last. The latte's were on point in both taste and appearance 🤩 the food did not dissapoint with EVERYTHING being gluten-free and tons of vegan options. The only thing I longed for was a cozier spot to sit while sipping my latte with a good friend but overall definite 5 🌟 experience for me!

We came in on a slow Tuesday afternoon as we both had off from work and wanted some pizza. It seemed very slow, and we got the pizza buffet. They told us that the pizza needed to be redone, and offered us whatever types we wanted! Travis was an excellent manager and our service was spectacular. Side note- it’s hard to find a decent gluten free pizza but they did not disappoint! You have definitely made us happy and we will be back again very soon! Wonderful service!

They do the best job of letting you know if something is gluten free and/or vegan which is almost everything on the menu! I haven’t found a place with a wider selection of food that’s friendly for people with sensitivities!

Highly recommend! As someone who is vegetarian, lactose intolerant, and sensitive to gluten, it is amazing to go somewhere to eat and have so many options available. The service was fast & friendly, the space was very clean, & the prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to other vegan restaurants. Most of all, the food was amazing! I got the vegan, gluten free chili coney dog and it was so good. The tots were great as well. I am so excited to go back asap.

What an amazing restaurant, the atmosphere is incredible, the food was hot delicious fast and huge portions. We had a bus of 22 people at lunch time and they got us in and out really quick. They do have impossible burger and gluten-free buns available.

Excellent. Three of us needed gluten free. The gluten free pancakes here are absolutely delicious! The 2x2x2 is my favorite. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes (I had gluten free pancakes). My husband and grandson's favorite is the "thick & fluffy" french toast.

If you have an issue with gluten, talk to your server, don't go based off the menu. Tots share a fryer with onion rings and are not marked gluten-free, but the elote and spinach are marked GF but are served with tortilla chips that share the same fryer. I'm thankful my server cared enough to tell me these details

Delicious pizza! The crust was very soft and chewy. Gluten free crust options. Staff was super kind and helpful, they allowed me to put meat on the side. The spicy cheese curds were delicious with the boom boom sauce. Huge menu.

Small but good tap list, big bottle list. Overall I think Wurst bar is a decent place to get a beer or a whiskey. If vegan or gluten free then not many options for food but a few. A side of tots is cheap and hits the spot while downing a beer. I just wish they had a patio.

Had their gluten-free, vegan chocolate chip cookies for the first time tonight. They were delightful - cooked just right, warm, gooey and chocolaty. We couldn't have asked for better! (Just wish they weren't so expensive. $11 for 6 or $2.20 each)

This place is a serious gem in Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. Great service and amazing food and drinks, there is never an off-night. This farm-to-table approach means that the menu rotates frequently, so the food never gets boring. The fare is mostly southern/gulf coast with fun and unusual iterations with flavors from around the world with vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options. Their takeout sandwiches are also the best Po'boys ever, so every meal is a true treat.

The food is delicious. I'd like to see more vegetables and at least a few vegetarian options that don't involve noodles as I can't tolerate gluten. I understand noodles are one of the bases of the cuisine.

Even as a non-drinker, I really like this place! I come here often with my boyfriend who is a mug club member, and they have a great food menu with a good variety of vegetarian/vegan options. I really wish they had a gluten-free bun option -- that would open up a lot of menu items to GF folks! They do have a gluten-free pizza crust but it's sometimes out of stock. I also love the atmosphere of the beer garden, which you can sit in pretty much year-round now with the igloos and heaters. Thanks for being an awesome place!!

Ordered half cheese/half pep gluten-free pizza and a small 2 topping pizza. Got a small and a large regular pizza. They took back the correct small pizza and the large pizza. Had to wait about 20 minutes to make another gf pizza. When I picked it up, they one gave back the gf and small pizza they were keeping warm. I'm surprised they didn't just give us the incorrect pizza I opened. I'm sure it just went in the trash.. .or they ate it. What happened to good customer service. A good manager would have just let us keep it for the inconvenience and their error.

WOW!!!!! Obsessed!!!! All 3 pizzas we tried were amazing! I am so so happy they had gluten free crust because I cannot bear missing out on their amazing pizza options!! After trying the first bite we were all planning our next visit. We’ve decided we need to try every single menu item. Their speciality pizza toppings are perfect. The pizza dough is so so so soft and tastes light and airy. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh and the owners love making delicious food. The staff working was incredible - efficient and kind. I got lucky to get the fresh batch of their cookies - the cookies were so soft I’ve been craving them since having them haha. I can’t wait to be back!

The guy who answered the phone was the most polite person. The driver was also very nice. The pizza was awesome! We had a gluten free pizza and a regular crust blt pizza. Both were well cooked and still very warm when they arrived. This was from the store on Ecorse.

When I drove by this place I wasn't convinced that anything good would come out of there but I couldn't have been more wrong. After one of my co-workers assured me this was the place to get pizza nearby, I took them at their word and ordered a gluten-free chicken alfredo pizza and was blown away by how amazing it was. They have an endless selection of toppings and I was able to make my perfect gluten-free pizza and I was thrilled to learn that their bone and wings are also gluten-free. The consistency of this place has proven to be excellent and I can't wait to order again.

I've been coming to bb since they opened last year. It's absolutely worth the hype~ I'm sensitive to gluten, dairy, and tree nuts and can consistently eat here with no issues! The staff is wonderful, friendly and informative. If you need something ~ just ask! The music and atmosphere are lovely, especially the cute paintings hung all over the restaurant! Many things are or can be made gluten free, vegetarian/vegan, no spice or as spicy as you can handle Go for mild+ if you want a little spice without being overwhelming. The papaya salad is insanely good. Ask for it with a scoop of the peanut sauce ;) Try the rotating rainbow of curries, especially the red curry and masaman curry (the combo of peanuts and potatoes with the sauce is *chef kiss*) Pad Thai is delicious with the mixed veggies and chicken The mango sticky rice is phenomenal ~ little sweet, little salty, tangy mango, creamy coconut and nutty sesame seeds~what more could you want in a dessert?
