It takes a while (about 20 mins) to get your pizza so I’d recommend using their site to order ahead. We ordered at the window cuz it was our first time. They do have a 10” gluten free crust and vegan cheese so if you’re dairy and gluten free like me, you can get pizza here. My husband got his meat lovers and he liked it. The GF crust was one of the better ones ive had and tasted pretty good. They have a lot of toppings and options to customize your pizza the way you want it. Runs a little more expensive - we paid $30 for two small pizzas. But it’s kind of like a mellow mushroom and the only place we could find GF/DF options in the OBX.

Despite being listed as celiac-friendly, this place is absolutely not safe for people with celiac disease. When I asked for a glove change, the staff told me there was “no point” due to cross-contamination on the counters and made no effort to accommodate. There is no dedicated appliance (toaster/panini press), and their attitude toward basic safety measures was dismissive at best. It’s very clear they do not understand or respect the precautions necessary for someone with celiac. Disappointed and would not recommend for anyone needing a medically gluten-free meal. Very disappointing, it was my favorite before becoming diagnosed.

Vegan and gluten free friendly (with vegan cheese and THREE gluten free vegan crust options to choose from), and Scott went so far above and beyond for us. He was especially kind to our eight year old son, Isaiah. It's always so refreshing when people in the restaurant business are delighted by the presence of children. My husband said the regular crust is one of the best he's ever had. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Village Pizza in Nags Head, OBX.

Great spot for getting good scooped ice cream and shaved ice! They're also very versed in Gluten allergies which makes it a safe spot for celiacs!!

Our favorite restaurant in Nags Head! The menu has so many options for gluten free/dairy free and so many tasty options for my allergy-free husband. This restaurant has it all - absolutely delicious, flavorful, allergy/diet preference food and excellent servers! Our waitress was patient and friendly, provided great recommendations and substitutions. Our food came out quickly and was so well prepared. Portions are satisfying without being too much. I got the veggie fresh rolls with miso soup and my husband has the pork dumplings and general tso chicken. There’s so many more dishes we want to try and we will definitely be back. The ambiance is fun and casual but clean and sophisticated. The decor is tasteful. It’s a great date night or afternoon lunch.

My first Jersey Mike’s sub was yesterday at the shop just over Wright Memorial Bridge in Kitty Hawk. It was a portobello and Swiss on a gluten-free bun. So good! Very friendly employees as well. 👍👍

We had a great experience. Our waitress Kellye took the time to ensure all food allergies were accounted for, and personally put forth the effort to ensure what we were getting didn’t contain anything each individual was allergic to. She had to account for gluten sensitivity, nut and shellfish allergies. Then the manager took the time to aide in entertaining my toddler twin nieces by bringing things out to keep them busy. The food was amazing, and the staff was exceptional.

Dog friendly and amazing food. They had gluten free options for me and a menu for our pup. Her chicken and rice was served on a frisbee she gets to take home. The Mulligan burger was amazing and the obx crush. So good! Service was amazing! Joe and Denise are wonderful. We had such a great time. Will be back when we are in the area!

The prices are a little steep, but the food and service are great! I was happy to see gluten free options because most places don't recognize this. Our waiter, Mike, was on point, very knowledgeable and most courteous. The view was amazing as we were seated by the window overlooking the sound. However, the room was VERY loud; there were many large parties in a little room and the acoustics lacked a lot to be desired. For the size room, less large party tables would have been better, but I'm sure they accommodate groups based on need. Overall, it was a good experience, but I don't think the Waterfront Style Scallops was worth the money. My husband had the 1/2 lb steamed crab; 1/2 lb steamed shrimp and the shrimp could have used a little more time in the steamer.

We made reservations with a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. They were extremely cordial and flexible and had very good gluten free options available. The food was excellent and our server made sure everyone had full glasses and exactly what we needed. We will visit next time we are headed to OBX
