Visited some friends out here who highly recommended this place and they were Right! Amazing food with gluten free options! I haven't had a crab cake in forever due to celiac and theirs were GREAT!! Even had one of the cheese dip appetizers that was gluten free as well! Wife really enjoyed her catch of the day tacos too. Live band was playing and the cool sea air blowing thru the open windows really made for an outstanding evening. Would give 10 stars if possible!!

We were thankful to be able to grab seats at the bar during a very busy Monday lunch service as the bar was first come first serve and some folks were just leaving as we got in. We had a delicious gluten free and celiac safe lunch as we made our way north. Ben was our bartender and server. He was friendly and especially knowledgeable about the gluten free options. We got the shrimp and grits and he suggested we get the house special, the lobster bisque, which we did. The bisque was delicious with developed lobster flavor, hints of sherry, and huge chunks of lobster! Ben’s service was excellent! He is well liked and has number of regulars which also stopped in for lunch! I highly recommend you stop by, especially if you’re gluten free and looking for some delicious lobster bisque and shrimp and grits!

This little cookie shop is so precious. The ladies were so kind and helped us make our selection! Our kids can’t have dairy, and everything there is vegan and gluten free! You couldn’t even tell- everything was so delicious! The flavor was incredible and the texture was so soft and moist! The most normal vegan/GF cookie I’ve ever tasted! I’m so impressed. If you’re in the area, definitely give them a try- food allergies or not! 🩷

GLUTEN FREE options! Our family visited Fishy Fishy for dinner and gave it mixed reviews. Most of the table had fish and chips. I had the gf Korean Glazed Salmon and enjoyed it. Nothing exceptional to write about, but nothing bad either. The views of the water were nice.

GLUTEN FREE items indicated on the menu and more than simply a salad. I enjoyed the Shrimp & Grits with grilled shrimp and served without gravy to make it GF. It’s a pretty busy place and you should anticipate a wait. Food, atmosphere, and service were great!

I’ve loved Joseph’s even before getting celiac. I’m so thankful that they offer GF pasta! This is a really nice Italian restaurant on the water. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They only take reservations for 8 or more people.

We love eating here! I have celiac disease and I have to be extremely careful when I eat out. I have never had a problem. We love our waitress, Michelle. She always double checks with the cooks that my food is Gluten Free. Then she personally checks it before she hands it to me. Marco does a great job of cooking my pancakes! We try to visit at least once a week. ❤️

They always have a small amount of GF treats on-hand. The GF blueberry muffins are amazing! You can order GF cupcakes ahead of time for pickup! They have a lot of regular pastries, so if you have a family that can eat both gluten and gluten free this place is a nice option!

We were visiting from out of town & stopped in to have lunch at Blue Cow Grille. We were drawn here from reading other reviews & because they had gluten-free options & I have an allergy. We were extremely pleased! I got the Henny Penny on a gluten-free bun & it was delicious! It had a great flavor & the chicken was really tender. The other three people in our party each got cheeseburgers with french fries & chips & liked those a lot. Our waitress was very attentive & nice. We dined outside. We will definitely come back next time we are in town!

This is a great dinner spot!! Make reservations!! They do note GF options on the menu, but the chef can customize so many meals. They want you to get what you want and will make it happen!! Their tomato caper sauce is amazing!!
