Wasn’t super impressed. Came for breakfast, my boyfriend and I both got the breakfast crepe, mine was gluten free. The crepes themselves, both regular and gf, weren’t super flavorful, and the ingredients inside didn’t integrate to create anything special. Hollandaise was a good move, but they just provided a random, undressed side of mixed greens on the side of the plate which mixed with the holly, and besides the crepe, that was it.
Service was sweet, place was busy, and food came out fast.
Couldn’t seem to find wifi which may have been on us, but worth mentioning.
All in all, we weren’t super impressed, but didn’t necessarily have the worst time.
This spot combines Thai and Vietnamese flavors with fresh, vibrant dishes that hikers rave about—definitely a must-visit!

Amazing food! We have to order gluten free (celiac), and they have tons of items and we had no issues. They are a mix of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, we ordered Bun and a few appetizers and it was delicious. If you are gluten free this is a great place to go in Springdale.
Just a short stroll from the Zion entrance, this chill spot offers unique ambiance, great coffee, and lovely natural candles in stylish pots.

Absolutely horrible! My husband and I went here for lunch. We are gluten free and vegetarian. We ordered GLUTEN FREE avocado toast and the vegetarian quiche….he gave me the GLUTEN BREAD & my husband the meat quiche. All we were given was an I’m sorry.
That’s absolutely not OKAY! DO NOT GO. NOT GOOD FOR GLUTEN FREE OR VEGETARIANS/VEGAN.
A cozy spot featuring great vibes and a fantastic menu, perfect for pizza lovers and groups seeking a memorable dining experience.

So good! The cheddar cheese they put on all their pizza was ridiculous. The angel fire sticks were incredible too. Great gluten free pizzas for my friend. Thank you Cara for the great service for this equally great meal.

Had the half chicken dinner and it was an absolute knock-out. Perfectly roasted and that chimichurri, radish and roasted potato medley on the bottom was superb. Can’t expect much more from a place just outside of a national park. It’s hard to find good healthy food a lot of times and this absolutely hit the mark. My wife is celiac and had no issues ordering with the gluten free bun option! Highly recommend.
Charming and cozy spot boasting creative drinks, a comfy vibe, plus a great mix of indoor and outdoor seating for a perfect hangout.

When you walk in, the sweetest hostess great you and takes you to your table. The place looks and feels hip. Music, local art on the walls that you can buy and other interior details are colorful and sets the tone right.
We had breakfast there two days in the row. First day out server Cecilia was a gem. Sweet, helpful and kind, personable. Second day the server we had didn’t introduce herself. She didn’t bring waters, was rushing us and felt like she doesn’t want to be there. Which is ok, but ma’am, that is not our problem 😅 Definitely felt like we are troubling her just by being there. Didn’t pay attention, didn’t check in on us at all. We needed try catching her, since it felt she’s ignoring us. Mind you, the restaurant wasn’t too busy, plenty of tables were open.
I am celiac, and I did let her know. When the food was served, half of the portion was - glutenous potatoes. Staff (servers and kitchen) seems very unknowable of their own menu and ingredients, which is odd giving the fact Zion national park is very popular and I doubt I am the first one with celiac’s that came to eat here. If you are celiac’s, or have any allergies, or intolerances, definitely need to ask about every single item, and how you want it prepared, since preparation is not mentioned on the menu and staff either can’t put 2+2 together, or just genuinely don’t care about your health. The wheels are not spinning there, if you know what I mean. The server from the second day didn’t feel an interest of making it right for us. At the end of the experience I heard her talk about us in laughing off manner, which is just sad. If you do not have capacity to be a server- please don’t be one. It’s not only “I bring you food- you give me money, and don’t forget the tip”, it’s so much more. I understand my dietary restrictions can be difficult (it really isn’t though), but believe me I’m not loving it either.
That being said, I was still able to find food to eat, however did have bad stomach cramps, nausea and indigestion for the next few days, assuming there is a high possibility of cross contamination and lack of professionalism. However, they are open to substitutions and they have GF bread. Just be very clear of your conditions, since it feels they are overlooking things. The food that I could consume- an omelette, was tasty. They have dairy free milk too!
Overall:
Ambience and hostess-great!
Food quality, taste and presentation- great!
Food selection and options for dietary restrictions- manageable, but not great;
Service- depending on the server. 2/5
Most likely not coming back on our next visit to Springdale.

I’ve eaten at the restaurant and have ordered take out and everything has been excellent! The salmon tacos and gluten free Cajun Pasta are amazing! The take out is packaged very well and stays surprisingly warm. The portion sizes are very good and filling.
Amazing spot with stunning views, creative cocktails, and an impressive menu full of options for various dietary preferences—definitely a must-visit!

Amazing location with scenic views, amazing food and drinks. On a whim, we stopped here after hiking Zion. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains. We ordered various flavors of margaritas - all were amazing. My husband ordered the pork chop and it was one of the best I've ever had. Thick and flavorful. I'm gluten free and had the salmon with coconut rice. Delicious! My son and daughter in law had the wild thyme pasta with chicken and shrimp. We had a great time and highly recommend it to anyone who will be in the Zion area.
