Without a doubt the BEST restaurant in Cardigan hands down! The staff are friendly and helpful, both the upper & lower floors are beautifully decorated but the real gem is the food. Not only is it amazing authentic Italian food but they also cater wonderfully to gluten intolerant customers ❤️ I adore Italian food but most of it has gluten so I can't enjoy it (not without being very poorly & regretting my decisions for the next 3 days!!). Finding an Italian restaurant that not only makes amazing food, but also has a FULL gluten free menu too - all I can say is BOOK HERE, you will not be disappointed!!!!
Enjoy a vibrant riverside vibe with fantastic pizza that's perfect for families, but better to book ahead as it can get super busy.

Fantastic pizza in a glorious setting next to the river. We went with x4 adults and x4 kids and felt at home. One of the party was coeliac and another gluten-intolerant and whilst they cannot guarantee totally gluten-free, they made us feel very comfortable they were taking all the precautions they could, which we really appreciated. This resulted in no side-effects for either. 100% recommend if you are on the rea, but book as they get v busy.
A great spot with a diverse menu, welcoming atmosphere, and plenty of options for dog lovers, perfect for a delightful outing.

A fantastic place, my wife is a coeliac and for once, all menu options were gluten free! Very friendly for dogs, staff were very chatty and welcoming and the food was excellent, fresh, flavourful and plentiful! Thank you!

Cafe with nicely spaced tables, table service and friendly attentive staff. We each got a latte (which was really nice) and their cooked breakfast which was good quality (especially the butcher's bacon). The best thing for me was the gluten free options for toast and sausages!

Great food. They did me my own separate menu, as I have a dairy and gluten allergy, which just made the experience so lovely. The food was great quality and I would definitely recommend.
Vanilla latte and gluten free cake for me late Saturday afternoon. Efficient service considering they had been busy all day and I had last cake. Read a free paper with cake recipes and enjoyed a glass of tap water to wash down the calorific drink. Staff friendly and comfy place and welcoming surroundings. Like old style furnishing and fact you can take your time. No rush or pushing you out.
