Do not eat here if you have celiac disease! I ate here and they served me a gluten bread bun with my burger, even though I specifically stated I have celiac disease. I was then ill for days and contacted the restaurant which they then looked through CCTV and admitted fault.

We absolutely love this place. We go to Caister every year for our holiday and we so look forward to visiting The Castle Carvery. As we are a family that require gluten free options we often have limited options. This establishment has many options and the staff went out of their way to help us. It's such a lovely place to sit and relax. It has a really pleasant vibe and even has an indoor and outdoor play area for children. It's so well ran this place with high standards. Even when it is exceptionally busy the staff go above and beyond and the food is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone and we can't wait to visit next year.

Just had Nippy Chippy’s Gluten Free Cod and chip! So so so good! As someone with a gluten intolerance finding takeaway food is hard and when you do it can be so disappointing as it doesn’t taste as good as gluten food. This was amazing and tastes great and to my tastes better than the gluten versions! The staff really cared about my gluten free request and took every care not to cross contaminate! Five stars isn’t enough! THANK YOU NIPPY CHIPPY!!!

Third or fourth visit here. I love this place! Helpful polite staff, great food, lovely views of the sea outside, and comfy seats inside. There is parking if you give the restaurant your car reg and great disabled access If on a budget the prices do range from £4.99 upwards for meals, but the quality is superb! I was impressed that they have gluten free options as well as vegan and vegetarian. Today visiting with a friend with visual impairment, they had a braille menu too. I had the soup of the day and a chocolate bomb desert. As a local I thouraghly reccomend #vegan #glutenfree #vegetarian #disability #accessable

We decided to try Quayside Plaza solely because they have the best gluten free menu we've seen. We weren't disappointed. Quite an extensive menu with something for everyone. The wine is reasonably priced (which makes a change). We went for an evening meal, but they are open during the day for coffee/lunch etc. The food was delicious. And plenty of it. Magda is a charm. The perfect hostess. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Great little place that we recommend you check out when in Yarmouth. Will most definitely be returning.

Wow what can I say what a lovely place went to day and a few day ago fish and chips was amazing and then today I had the chicken ( better than kfc) and the staff went up and above as had a gluten free meal chip✔️ and even fish ✔️ well priced too well done to the team keep up the good work
