I recently returned to Connecticut and discovered a fantastic spot in Greenwich called Island Fin Poke. I was pleasantly surprised to find ample parking available for the weekend. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Jessica. As a newcomer who had heard about this place from a friend, she inquired about my origin, and we had a brief chat.
Jessica’s exceptional communication skills and hospitality truly impressed me. She provided detailed explanations about the menu, including gluten-free options and the food preparation process. I also expressed my interest in their soda machine and ice cream. To top it off, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner.
I wholeheartedly give this place a perfect 10-star rating for its parking convenience, hospitality, friendliness, knowledgeability, cleanliness, and, most importantly, the delicious food! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I can’t wait to return!

Great place!!! My Family and I ate there the other day for first time and was super impressed with the food. We had a bunch of the appetizers and main courses and they were all excellent. The food was simple and fresh tasting. They had plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options which is always welcomed. They had gluten free falafel which I rarely see and was such a nice change of pace to be able to enjoy this even though I am gluten free. You would think now-a-days everyone would have gluten free falafel but I have never seen it on a menu before. The waitress was super nice and attentive. It was a slow paced meal but in a good way; The place isn't too big so there is more attention to the food and what is going out. Located slightly off the main drag which is nice cause its peaceful when eating outside which we did. This place is great for families or low key date nights. Highly recommend.

I was jonesing for a delicious grilled fish taco and thrilled to learn that Happy Monkey was highly rated on the Find Me Gluten Free app. The menu was small but gave no clue that they offered gluten free. When I asked the server, though, she said they could do anything on the menu gluten free. She explained the fish taco would be grilled separately so that’s what I ordered. It was not traditional, not what I expected, but was still quite tasty. With the blue corn shell, vinegar, spice, and mint, it reminded me more of an Asian taco. Good but not what I was looking for. Plus, at $22 for 2 tacos, there was not even a garnish to make it feel a good value. The decor was fun. The host was friendly. The service was abrupt but efficient.

What a fantastic spot. Justin was our server and he was simply exceptional. Great beer selection and the food came out piping hot. Gluten free buns available and eggplant fries were gluten free.
Great gluten and dairy free grab and go smoothies, salad, wraps, and pastries. I was too eager to eat everything that I didn’t take a photo. Very tasty!

I love everything here so much - crepes, salads, soups, and juices. The staff are so nice and they run a very efficient operation. Great vegetarian and gluten free options as well!
Incredibly fresh and delicious food and amazing value! My family and I order out from here multiple times a week. I highly recommend their harissa (if you like spicy) and any and all of their vegetables. You can easily make a gluten-free bowl here, too!

Spectacular food and service! Every dish we are was delicious and flavorful -- each tasted very distinct, which is a depressingly rare trait in Indian restaurants in America. Highly recommend the baby eggplant curry in particular, but I don't think you could go wrong with anything! The waiter and chef were also extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to meet our dietary restrictions -- gluten free and dairy free -- even making us a fresh batch of rice and letting us take it all home with us afterwards :) We will be back very frequently... this is a gem of a restaurant!

I would like to underline outstanding staff working here. Our daughter is celiac and the staff went out of their way to make sure that everything on her plate is gluten free.
Food is high quality and very delicious. Their mashed potatoes bring me France. Everything was very juicy and full of flavor.

Excellent gluten free menu items. Some of my favorite items are gluten free, and safe for my daughter, who has Celiac. She has never suffered a reaction after eating here, she loves this place and I have taken her multiple times. Food and atmosphere great. Highly recommend.

Good, fat sandwiches and great service. The turkey was very fresh and tasty. Also, I had ordered a gluten free sandwich online and they called to confirm that it was an allergy as to prevent cross contamination. I sincerely appreciated this gesture.
They have an incredible gluten free pizza here! You can choose any of the pizzas and select “gluten free allergy” for crust when ordering online, but I prefer to call in and note “gluten free” directly. So far my favorite pizza in the Greenwich area. The Firecracker pizza is VERY spicy, but delicious, and the Margherita is fantastic.
Great pizza and great service. I had a variety of pizzas and one odd pizza request. They took the time to confirm that it was what I wanted and then made it. The gluten free options were delicious, Nonna's was excellent, and the meat lovers was loaded!

Incredible. Fine dining deli-style. Everything from the service to the food was great. We ordered Chef David’s pastrami which he carved table-side and it was the best pastrami we’ve ever had. Smoked pastrami donuts were also an unexpected, delicious starter. Lots of gluten free options (including gluten free schnitzel upon request). Looking forward to going back soon!

Supr food caters to all dietary restrictions including dairy free, gluten free and vegan while having options for those that do not have food allergies. Everything tastes delicious!!! I have used the catering for office lunches and everytime the staff raves about how good the food was! Check this spot out if you haven’t already.
Finally—a pizza place is back in Byram! These guys make a great, standard-issue slice as well as gluten-free options that are hard to find, plus a few unique pies that no one else offers.

The best word to describe this experience is scrumptious. We started off with the chop salad. Then I had a burger without bread, medium rare, of course and this came very much to my liking. Moist places over cook the medium rare and then it’s no fun to eat. My friend had the Bronzino, which I had a little bite of, and it was melt in your mouth good. we had broccoli rab and sautéed mushrooms for sides. Both dishes I had a heavy amount of garlic, which we liked, but just be aware of in case you don’t. The service was excellent and they were very knowledgeable of their gluten-free options. That’s important to us because my partner in crime and eating is totally gluten-free.
This is a great breakfast spot! I also love ordering out for a quick burger and fries or salad here because they offer quick and easy delivery! Their Mini Turkey Burgers come without a bun so a great gluten-free option! In the mornings at breakfast they always come and ask if you need more coffee which reminds me of being at diners as a kid and I absolutely love it.
Chill vibes with a unique sourdough crust and a lively atmosphere make this spot worth the trip for a delicious pizza experience.

I usually avoid eating dairy and gluten, but this pizza was worth breaking the rules for. Amazing soft and crispy crust, flavorful meats, and legit mozzarella with herbs and fresh Parmesan. Every topping costs extra, so keep it simple and it’s still delicious. Chill vibes (Stone Temple Pilots playing and Bob Ross on the TV). Limited seating, but super efficient kitchen.
Went in for 1 green curry, walked out with 6 of em!!! Highly recommend!!! Staff is super nice!!! And not to mention that this place is pretty much gluten free and low sodium!! Thanks again guys!!🫶🏼

This was our first time at Bianca. They opened about a month ago. I wasn’t sure at first because there had been so many other restaurants that opened and closed in this spot. And let me say that I was happily surprised. We’ll go back again and again to try the rest of the menu. Lots of options for gluten free as well. The cheese cake was really good. Try the artichoke salad. It’s a great experience but make a reservation because it fills up fast.

On our most recent trip, we took advantage of their Uconn6 promotion (March Madness win).
In addition, they offer gluten free wraps, nugget breading and fries!
Love the Singapore Rice Noodle Veggie and Grilled Free Range Chicken with Bok Choy. They will make these choices Gluten Free if you ask. Probably the only place on Greenwich Ave with great food at a reasonable price. Live nearby and come her once a week.

The food is definitely above average pricing but they did such a good job with everything and the ingredients were so fresh, that it's worth the extra money. The oysters tasted like they were caught that day, the fish is fantastic, I decided to be adventurous and order gluten free pasta and NOTHING you can buy at a store will ever compare.
The staff were also very attentive and service was expedient, it also helps that the bar tender makes a swift Gatsby. I highly recommend this as an ideal "special occasion" restaurant in the area.
