Really tough time trying out Clancy’s tonight. Overall, the food was expensive but reasonable (large portions, flavorful), but we had one of the genuinely worst service experiences of my entire life here tonight.
From the start, our waiter Lery made our party extremely uncomfortable. One of our friends is celiac and has a very serious gluten allergy. When she inquired if there was a separate fryer for the gluten-free food (a typical question to avoid cross-contamination), he was extremely rude and said, “Doesn’t it say gluten free on the menu? Obviously it is.” When our food came out, he specifically called her out and said, “Wait for yours, make sure you don’t even look at anyone else’s, because yours is coming out RIGHT NOW”, in a joking tone, to continue to make fun of her dietary restriction. When she tried to clarify that this was a severe allergy and not a preference, he said, “Wow, she must be the mom, okay boss, okay boss”.
After a series of other uncomfortable exchanges, another one of our friends asked if she could please get a Maitai. He looked at her and laughed and said, “You’re not old enough, no”. He continued to tell her she looked like a child, even though we were all adults in the room. He also asked if our other friend was okay, all because he had ordered two drinks in a two hour dinner period. After he said he was fine, Lery said, “Well I know I’ll be having four later tonight!”
The last situation occurred at the very end of the evening. After these weird exchanges and targeted remarks, we were all very ready to leave. When he was bringing up the bill, he pointed at me directly and asked twice, “Where are you from?”. I should say that I was the only person of color in our table. After I told him, he said back, “I can tell YOU are not from around here”. When I asked why, he said that people on the Cape “look alike” and it was evident that I was different.
All in all, such a disappointing experience when just trying to enjoy a nice dinner at what seemed to be an excellent restaurant. Extremely sad for our party to have received such unfortunate, unprofessional, and inappropriate treatment from a member of this wait staff. What an ugly ending to a beautiful night at a restaurant with a stunning sunset view.
Vibrant atmosphere with live music, a welcoming vibe for families, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy games while soaking in the fun.

Very chill, local vibes spot with a vast menu of options for everyone. Everything that I have ordered is great…loaded fries with bacon, deep fried pickles, crab cakes, baked cod, mozzarella sticks, pulled pork tacos, all good! Probably the best Gluten Free meals that I have eaten on the mid Cape! Plus for all you non drinkers, like me, they have top notch zero proof mock-tails. Service is outstanding and the food is always consistently good. Just go. Hang out, order a lot. Enjoy!

I was really disappointed with my recent purchase of gluten-free donuts from Captain Baker. I bought five different donuts ($5-$6 each) to share with my family, but when I received them, they were frozen. While I understand that freezing can help maintain freshness, it was frustrating not to be able to try them before ordering several.
Unfortunately, the donuts did not live up to expectations. We all agreed they had a distinctly unpleasant, chemically aftertaste, which overshadowed any potential enjoyment. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with using too much baking soda or something else, but it made for a very disappointing experience.

My second visit and love it even more than my first one. This time it was a cold, windy, November afternoon and I needed a cappuccino to warm me up. No DD for me, I want a real coffee from a real coffee shop. I was pleasantly surprised to see it was very busy when I arrived. It’s such a great place to spend a cold afternoon with friends and a warm cup of joe. It wasn’t busy in the sense that you had to wait to order but a lot of the tables, high tops and couches were occupied.
I ordered my cappuccino and saw they had GF muffins. I don’t have Celiac Disease but I find the less wheat I eat the better I feel so i try and eat GF foods as
often as I can. I’ll be the first to admit
that some GF items don’t taste as
good as the regular ones, but if I didn’t know it I would have never known my blueberry muffin was GF. It was moist, flavorful,
tasty and fresh. I couldn’t have been more pleased with it. My cappuccino was
spot on and i enjoyed them both at a high top in the back of the shop. It’s a real
working coffee shop as there are huge bags of coffee beans all around.
This is the kind of coffee shop where people linger with friends, do work on a laptop or
read a book(there’s a small free library too). It’s kind of like Starbucks only without the pretense. If you get your coffee to stay you get in a large real coffee cup, unlike DD or Starbucks. That alone is worth points in my book. It has a warm, cozy, friendly atmosphere, unlike a corporate laid out DD or Starbucks.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. They are open year round and are a great addition to my area. I look forward to many more warm, inviting days at Three Fins this winter.

Big meals at a reasonable price, gluten friendly. Service was great, waitress was on point and somehow managed to keep my coffee mug full. Everything tastes great and they had a nice flower garden in bloom in the front.

Ring Bros is my favorite store, yes they’re a bit pricey, but it’s very easy for me to find what I need (gluten free options in their own sections!). It’s like a little Whole Foods, but you’ll find better options than you will at the store across the street. Plus the Smoothie Bar is AMAZING! You can order your drink, get your shopping done then grab your smoothie and go! You can also order everything online! Groceries, smoothies, pizza, wings, burritos … very convenient and all of the staff is super friendly and helpful. I walk down for smoothies while my car is getting inspected too!
Enjoy a striking ocean view from the patio along with inventive cocktails and a creative menu, perfect for date night!

What an awesome place. Views were amazing, especially the sunset view. Dinner was exceptional. We had apps of both crab cake and brussels sprouts. Dinner was the sea bass and cioppino. Dessert was the creme brulee. Many gluten free options to select from.
I have been coming to Sundae School since you opened and your ice cream is excellent, top notch! Can you please consider offering gluten-free cones so my whole family can enjoy the full experience.

We recently planned a Bachelorette dinner out at the Pheasant.
The restaurant was beautiful. Moody vibes, exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere was warm and cozy on a rainy Saturday night on the cape. The exact feel we wanted. There was a lovely hum to the restaurant filled with happy people deep in conversations.
The food was straight out of a magazine.
We were encouraged to try plates and eat family style by sharing the plates from the center of the table. The food was so good, we enjoyed each bite. It was truly the exact foody experience we wanted for our Bride to be. For me the food was very delicious and bursting with flavor, probably one of the fanciest meals I have ever had.
The menu of offerings gets larger as you read down the menu. So you could decide to order separate plates from the offerings towards the bottom.
One of the major reasons we picked this particular restaurant was because it could accomodate our group's diverse dietary needs.
The Pheasant was able to answer our questions ahead of time for Gluten Free and Vegan options. Sometimes one in the same and sometimes not. Something that is gluten free may not be vegan. The restaurant was able to accommodate us.
We had a lovely experience.

This is one of my son's favorite restaurants, and I can see why! It's extremely kid-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes families feel right at home. As someone who is gluten-free, I really appreciated the menu options that met my dietary needs without compromising on taste. The service was excellent—very friendly and incredibly accommodating. We always leave happy and full. Highly recommend for families!
I can’t stop going here! The coffee is excellent and the sandwiches are ammaaaazinggg! This is an excellent gluten-friendly place and their gluten free bread is SO GOOD! Do yourself a favor and try the gluten free muffins… so good!
They have oat milk as well! The staff is always friendly and the upstairs area is great! Plenty of room outside to sit and enjoy your drinks/food as well. Love the Merc!

Stopped in after a beach day at Chapin for some dinner out on the patio. It was buggy, but nothing the restaurant can do about that.
3 out of 4 in our family are gluten free (allergy), and heard they were very accommodating here, so we wanted to see for ourselves.
2 of us got the smash burger 🍔 on a GF bun. We both enjoyed tremendously! Little guy got a kids GF pasta with butter.
My fault for not paying attention as I looked over the bill and paid, but with the GF upcharge, that kids bowl of pasta was $17. Dining on the cape is never cheap, but this was certainly more than what was noted on the menu, and was definitely not a home-made pasta.
Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth on the meal (literally, as I ate the pasta for a leftover lunch), although overall a positive experience.
Drinks were good all around, super friendly staff, and cute vibe.

I had the most delicious Gluten Free BLT on good bread with Gluten Free sweet potato fries and their exceptional Cole slaw (not floating in sauce yet with a truly delicious slaw flavor throughout!). Our waiter was exceptional and knew about Gluten issues! I am so impressed by Seven Days…fresh, delicious food in a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with great tableware and flowers on a sunny fall day. One of the very best restaurants in our area. What a delight!!

I had my first pie at Unami. I have driven by here so many times and saw a sign for "thin crust" so pulled in. Luckily they do a wood fire which I love. There are many vegan and gluten free options. The pie was pretty good. The crust was the star. The sauce was good. I prefer much less cheese so will address that next time. I also had a tasty ginger cookie that was to die for. The indoor seating is quite nice. I will be back.

Great gluten free FRIED seafood (finally...)! Tastes like the real thing, this place totally crushes it. 10/10 would recommend especially for big groups. Their large indoor-outdoor dining space provided a lot of available seating and accommodated our party of 12 no problem... on a busy Sunday evening dinner rush. Down the cape in June? That's unheard of! Friendly staff, great menu options. Check them out, they rock.

Most creative lattes on Cape Cod! Vegan DF/GF options too?! Yes please👏 This coffee bar is a hidden gem located at the Dennis- Yarmouth line next door to the paddle/kayak rentals. The atmosphere gives Cape Cod summer vibes. Very harbor life, by the seashore. I’m so relaxed right now in the middle of a hectic day~ They just opened in June, and business is booming! They made my latte as I ordered and it came out a second after I paid. Plenty of vegan options, select vegan pastries too! I’m allergic to dairy (usually have to drive out to hyannis 😬) Harbor Fox is close to lower Cape, and had the dairy free and gluten free options I’ve been searching for! Finally a place to enjoy my coffee and a pastry in the morning💕
Pros:
Quick Service
Vegan Pastries
Gluten Free/Dairy Free options
Super kind staff
Indoor/Outdoor seating
Cons:
It’s a small space, but literally a beautiful view of the boatyard
No complaints really, their coffee slaps ☕️

Have ordered multiple times. Always delicious, hot and fresh, bar style pizza. Now see that they have gluten free option…
definitely a plus for those in our family with celiac. Also, prices are very reasonable. Will be frequent flyers!
I have a dairy and gluten allergy, this was the BEST dairy free ice cream I’ve ever had. It was incredibly creamy and had the most perfect ice cream texture. The vegan coconut GF Oreo is incredible.

The food and milkshakes were great, my wife loved the chicken pieces and I loved the salmon bowl! Really appreciated the care when it came to creating gluten free options for us too.

This is every kids favorite place! If you are a hotdog fan, this is great . Lots of different types of hotdogs. Personally not my favorite as there were no gluten free options for rolls. I had the veggie burger and fries were okay.

Old fashioned breakfast room, love the decor, staff etc. Food has been good so far with one exception, thus the 4 star instead of 5. The home fries are an extra charge. As long as I’ve been going out to breakfast (70 years), I’ve never seen an extra charge for home fries. On top of the extra charge the home fries were loaded with pepper which is not to my liking. I ended up paying extra for something I didn’t even eat. I will go back but will skip the home fries. On another note they do have gluten free waffles and pancakes. This is a big plus for my family as 4 of us eat gluten free.
We love this place. I'm gluten free & they are very accomodating. The gluten free lobster bisque was so tasty with chunks of lobster. Everything we ordered was great.
Love this place so much! Every time I come to the cape I make sure I come to. Is amazing restaurant. They can make so many things gluten free for me. I’ve never gotten glutened from this place because they are so careful.

Good service, server was friendly and checked in often. Had a mid size group and sat outside.
Busy place with a great vibe.
Parking is ‘valet’ in a small parking lot.
Gluten free options - and super accommodating. Make sure you over communicate allergy and severity.
$30 lobster roll with fries and slaw. Buttery toast bun and with good portion of lobster meat.
Fish sandwich was extra crispy and delicious
Friendly bar and staff.
Bar is open till 11:30, kitchen till 10. Live music, outside Raw bar, fresh drinks and a great menu. Items marked on menu for Gluten free.
A great restaurant with all locally sourced ingredients. Service was wonderful, I have a gluten allergy that the servers and kitchen took very seriously.

Was pretty good. Nothing marked GLUTEN FREE but did have some options. the Margarita was very good. Oysters where good and scallops where cooked correctly. Little pricey but have 1/2 priced menu at certain times
Great candy shop. They carry almost everything and have some sugar free and gluten free options. Pre-wrapped candy boxes, chocolate covered fruits, free samples and much more!
Called ahead to ask if they have gluten free options and they said yes and also have gluten free bread. We get there and waitress say they don't have gluten free bread. Food was not that good.
