People with food allergies PROCEED WITH CAUTION. I’ve been to this restaurant on and off with my family for many years at this point. I’ve always enjoyed the food at the Westwood Pub because I can have gluten free options. On August 26th, 2023 during the early afternoon, my husband and I got the bourbon tip salad for our lunch. Like normal, I specifically said I needed it gluten free. The food came out and I asked again if mine was gluten free to make sure since my husband got the same thing. The hostess thought they were both made gluten free. We both nodded, she walked away and we both started eating. After several bites, the hostess came running back and asked if I ate any of my food yet. I said yes. She told me the bourbon sauce used in my dish was NOT gluten free. I sat in silence and was absolutely fuming. Eating gluten means I will have stomach pain and discomfort for at least a couple of days. I sat in silence while my husband got his lunch put into a to-go box. They took the meals off our bill, but the damage was already done and we quietly left. I don’t know what happened this time that they made such a huge mistake, but I’m sharing this story because I want other people who have allergy issues like myself to be aware that this has happened.

Nice place, owner is down to earth and she does a lot with hosting community events. Food is good and they're accommodating to allergies. One kid can't have dairy, eggs, and nuts and the other gluten. Both were able to get good choices and the waitstaff was attentive to their needs.

I love the hot table! Having celiac and being gluten free, eating at restaurants can be a risk. But I know that every time I visit the Westfield hot table I am ensured I have a safe meal. Once I order gluten free bread and say that it is an allergen the employees automatically change out their gloves, wash their hands and disinfectant the area. May I also add that they do it with a smile on their face and I never feel judged. This may seem like a small tasks to do, but many other places I do not receive the same response as I do at the hot table. The customer service is awesome and my panini is always amazing!!

We hosted a welcome party the night before our wedding at Skyline, and we and our guests were so happy (and full) with both the food, beer, and service! They have a large catering menu to pick from which covers every brewery snack you could think of - pizza, chips & dip, pretzels, wings, sweets, and more. We had asked for a few gluten-free options and when we arrived, the chef was just as enthusiastic about all the gluten free options as he was the rest of the food. Everything was delicious! The beer is also fantastic. The bar staff even named their two slushies on tap after the two of us and made them signature drinks - it was such a nice touch. The whole staff was wonderful, the space itself is beautiful, and the food and drinks are absolutely delicious. Whether you’re stopping by for a cold beer after a hot air show (which I had done a few months prior!) or looking to have a get together, I can’t recommend Skyline enough! I’d also like to give a huge shoutout to Lisa, who was our point of contact during the planning process. She was great to work with, even through a bunch of changes and questions we had prior to our event.

Menu showed gluten free bread for subs, but they don’t actually have gluten free bread- just a gluten free pizza crust. The crust was pretty good for being gluten free. Pizza sauce was sweet, and pizza was good!

I go on dates with my partner here and the wait staff are always really nice and the food is really good. I have a gluten allergy and they always are good about listening to my concerns and dealing with my double checking of the food. The only reason I wouldn't put 5 stars is the fact that there is a language barrier and I've had to go through 2 people to communicate what a gluten allergy was a couple times with a waitress but over all the cooks are really good about it.

North Elm Butcher Block saved our wedding day in Sept. 2023. The delivery driver we hired was a no-show and despite them being overwhelmed with several weddings that day, Alexis and Dan gave me a call and told me they felt terrible for what had happened and were going to take care of the delivery for us. From start to end, North Elm has been professional, kind and went above and beyond to take care of us. On top of this, the food is so delicious! Our guests were ranting and raving about the catering which included: mac & cheese (this went very fast), pulled pork, brisket, a variety of cold salads and more. So much of the food I ordered was gluten free which was great for multiple people with food allergies. I will definitely be going back for all our events.

Food was just average. Nothing super special. Very bland. They did have gluten free bread for toast but it wasn't great. Food was at least affordable but again, not that good. Staff was kind. It was clean.

Lovely small business in downtown Westfield. Friendly and accommodating staff. I am gluten free and can always find something to eat here. Their bubble tea is the best I’ve ever had hands down. I love the atmosphere they are fostering here with the couches and board games.

Staff is always so Friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Highly recommend them. My daughter has celiac disease and gets there goodies all the time and has never gotten sick. While they can’t guarantee no cross contamination id say they do a good job of doing things safely. Recently ordered a cake for her graduation and it came out beautiful, and you’d never know it was gluten free. It was delicious
