Delightful lattes and breakfast at Vertex Cafe! This was my first time but definitely won't be my last. The latte's were on point in both taste and appearance 🤩 the food did not dissapoint with EVERYTHING being gluten-free and tons of vegan options. Highly recommend! As someone who is vegetarian, lactose intolerant, and sensitive to gluten, it is amazing to go somewhere to eat and have so many options available. The service was fast & friendly, the space was very clean, & the prices were surprisingly reasonable compared to other vegan restaurants. Most of all, the food was amazing! I can already tell this is going to be a mainstay in our house. The unusual pizzas are amazing! And way more like comfort food than you would expect. Mashed potato and hot honey! Pickles and jalapeño! So good. The place doesn't look like much, but the owner gave us samples of masala dosa and cheesy garlic bread and the service was excellent. 5 stars over and over!
