Definitely some of the best pho I’ve had in Minneapolis. I ordered the chicken pho last time and it was phenomenal. Their broth is top tier.
It can be hard to communicate needing a fork for us chopstick-challenged people, especially if it’s busy, but eventually you will get one. The food comes out pretty fast though!
Weekends can be super busy, but it’s mellow during the week at lunch time.
Another perk is it’s not very expensive, which is really nice. And MOST of their pho is gluten free, which is a need for me. 😊
Experience a beloved spot with over 30 years of tradition, where great service meets a welcoming atmosphere and delicious Greek dishes.

Great service, great atmosphere, very helpful wait staff. Me being a professional in the restaurant industry. I really appreciated the effort and professionalism that the staff had to handle a group of 25 people. The event planning was great with the person offering several solutions for gluten free and dairy free options. I truly recommend this restaurant for any family gathering.

Been going to this place for years, a staple in uptown that has a great menu, with great rotating options as well as fantastic gluten free and vegan choices. Service has always been exceptional, Kieran was very helpful last time I was in, ensuring I got a bowl that fit my dietary restrictions. Highly recommend.

It is always a good day when I ask a restaurant if they have a dedicated GF fryer and the answer is "YES"! I was so pleasantly surprised to hear that I was able to eat the french fries. The server also went out of her way to inform me that the malt vinegar aioli is not gluten free so she substituted it for the herb aioli. The fries were delicious and so crunchy. I also ordered the house white wine which was pretty good for $7 and an extra dirty martini. I didn't like the martini but that's on me because it was my first time ever having one! I cannot wait to go back to try more. The atmosphere is great as well and our server was so kind. The fries came out so quickly!
Chill vibes in a cute space with super fast service, perfect for a relaxed outing with games and drinks.

Didn't even know there was a Centro over here! The food was good. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon which was nice for a quiet environment and service was real fast. Overall pricing is reasonable. I really like their queso too!
Plenty of Gluten Free options (not sure if it's celiac friendly, but perfect for a gluten sensitivity!)
Unique dishes like kimchi deviled eggs and sweet potato cakes paired with a fantastic Flamenco show make for an unforgettable night out!

Absolutely, delightful. We tried this fusion hot pot and each got a different soup that suited our taste preferences. Each was delicious and filling. We got one extra item and an appetizer, but thats all we needed for three people. Would come back soon! Great with gluten free information too.

Expect flavorful dishes with unique twists, like bacon-flavored hollandaise, in a cozy spot that's worth a return visit for more.

I chose this of the many breakfast options in Minneapolis because I was desperate for hollandaise sauce, which is naturally gluten-free but not gluten-free in many restaurants because the commercialy produced kind uses wheat as a thickener. I ended up getting the pork belly skillet because it had everything I wanted (though I considered subbing poached eggs, which I love). My dining companion got the copper benedict, which was beautiful and delicious. My hollandaise was flavored with bacon, which made it quite salty. Somewhat ironically, my dining companion thought her sauce was bland, while mine was just right for her. This is a reflection of our preferences, not the quality of the sauces, which were both excellent.
We just got regular coffee even though they sell a lot of delicious-looking coffee beverages such as lattes. The plain coffee was very good
Our server, Dominique, was lovely and kind.
My only complaint is that the pork belly was rather tough - i'm used to it being a bit more melt in your mouth. That is a minor issue, and I would certainly return to try more dishes.
Vibrant atmosphere and amazing drinks create a lively spot, though some dishes may not hit the mark as perfectly as others.

Broccolini was great, jam drinks were great, atmosphere was great. Burger buns were kind of dense and stiff, but maybe we had a bad batch. We both ended up taking the bottom bun off because it had no give, reminded me of gluten free buns I've had. Everything else we got was amazing. The spicy mustard that came with the French fries was so good.
Some of the best Chinese food I have ever had! Build your own soup if one of my favorites and enough food for 2 meals as well as the gluten free calamari that melts in your mouth. For even more flavor try it with a side of sweet and sour sauce.
The staff is friendly, knowledgable and don't be surprised if Tammy, the owner, pays your table a visit to make sure that you are having a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
I really enjoyed Bambu! We picked it up one night after searching for "Gluten Free Pho" in the Twin Cities. They actually make their own stock for the gluten and take great care in preparing food especially when you have a sensitivity. They have a great selection on the menu as well.
The Pho was delicious and so were the mango spring rolls. My husband has gotten the sushi and has said it's also very good!
