Eat here all the time, fantastic. The Dapan Niu is killer and lots of great vegan gluten free etc options. Sometimes the teas are a little inconsistent but never bad.

Went for lunch. Cute place with nice vibe, had to wait a little to get seats at a very wobbly table. Staff was nice and friendly. Part of the reason we came was because we knew they had a gluten free menu, as one of our family members has celiac. He wanted to order the schnitzel, which was listed as GF on the menu, but we double checked it, and it actually wasn't! So he got the salmon salad. He said the salmon was very dry. I ordered falafels - which were very good, and the shakshuka, which I didn't really care for. It was covered in green olives and feta, and I had to dig to find the eggs. The tomato sauce was overly spicy and I left most of it over. The chicken shawarma was too bland, and the fluffy potato chips were ok. Overall, not sure if we will be back, or maybe only to buy something from the cute shop that is in the front area that sells jewelry bags and scarves. Disappointed

Still remains an excellent cookie on the west side, I had to get some and I also tried their amazing donuts. They also have gluten free cookies.

We order for delivery. It arrived on time and with an excellent presentation. We ordered 2 impossible ones, one with gluten free bun and the other normal. And some jerk fries that turned out to be extremely spicy and nowhere did they clarify that fact. The burgers were delicious.

i ordered a gluten free pizza here and it made me sick. stomach started twisting about 30 min after eating a few slices. cheese tasted horrible, dough was extremely dry. worst gluten free pizza i’ve ever had.

I can't believe I haven't been here a million times. They have a specific gluten free menu (which I need as I have an allergy to Gluten). Included so much - had the deviled eggs (yum!) and the shrimp and grits (the best!). I want to go back for the fried cat fish (cornmeal fried). Amazing service and good cocktails rounded out the experience.

Delicious and authentic homemade pasta and sauces. Gluten free pasta and baked goods are incredible. Best espresso in the city. Lovely Italian pasta bar for any occasion! Love having it in the neighborhood :)

Our meal here was delightful. We had the veggie platter and added a lamb dish. I ordered the gluten free injeera and it was definitely worth it. When I come back to New York I will eat at Benyam. The food and service could not have been better. The place is clean but not fancy. It is basically my kind of restaurant with great food and an unpretentious atmosphere.

One of my favorite restaurants in Harlem and in NYC. Very accommodating if you have a gluten intolerance or other food allergies (gluten free pasta available!). Their outdoor dining set up is wonderful as well. Love it here!

Delicious sandwiches in the Harlem neighborhood. Gluten-free bread is also available for celiacs 😍 I don't think they are very attentive to contamination but it's like this throughout New York unfortunately. The staff is very kind. You can serve yourself and you can refill your carbonated drinks.

I like this place so much! The location is great, the service is great. They have space and all these small social gatherings and you can study and read here. However, on a little bit of a serious matter, just for others who can only eat GF (Gluten Free) - the three dip kombo is marked as GF but is then served with bread with gluten. I am glad I asked beforehand. They offered some vegetable sticks once they realized I chose the dish due to it being marked GF :)

Should you wish to be disappointed, don’t go to Bo’s. Because you shall not. It’s fresh, everytime. It’s New York to a crisp. Do NOT sleep on the lunch opportunities - an everything bagel with their unbelievable tuna is… baker’s chef’s kiss. Which is a chef’s kiss with gluten. I love Bo’s.
