10 out of 5 stars! I was a guest this weekend at a baby shower and Spuntino in Garden City and it was amazing! The hospitality was over the top and the food was incredible. The staff worked with someone at my table that had a gluten allergy and made sure she was included in every aspect of the menu. Jeff our server was so thoughtful and attentive. I can’t wait to come back! Ask for Jeff, he’s the best!

My daughter had the most perfect sweet 16 you could ever ask for. Erin the Catering Sales Manager and the rest of the staff didn't not skip a beat from booking the most beautiful overnight rooms to the most beautiful Catering room for my daughters sweet. It was stress free and the most professional people I have ever met to handle my daughter's sweet 16. I am going to definitely book my younger daughter's sweet in the near future as well as other events in the future. The staff ran everything so smoothly. The food is out of this world delicious. They did an amazing Catering to vegan and gluten free and anyone with allergies. My family and I had the most amazing experience at the Viana. From the bartender, the security guard, front desk, catering and all staff did an amazing job
Huge portions and unique chicken dishes make for a satisfying experience, though the cheesy pasta might be a bit much for some.

We got pasta, which was good. We got chicken parm and chicken gluten free penne with spinach and mozzarella. The chicken parm wasn't very crispy but the flavor was good. The other pasta dish was good too, but had too much mozzarella to finish very much of (I'm lactose sensitive). I couldn't tell a difference between their gluten free penne and normal pasta. The portions are huge! We ended up getting the red sauce to use with our own pasta as well.
Enjoy a fun hot pot experience with a variety of tasty broth options and plenty of vegetarian choices, perfect for groups and cozy gatherings.

Sophia H was wonderful!! Our group had dietary restrictions (gluten free) and she was very knowledgeable about ingredients (broth options and marinated meat) and accommodations (gluten-free soy sauce and changed the grill after cooking each batch of meat).
I like the variety of burgers offered there and that they will leave the bun out and make any of them a bowl. It's great for folks on a gluten free diet!
This spot boasts a vibrant ambiance and a diverse menu with plenty of options to satisfy various cravings.

I have celiacs and they were amazing for my gluten allergy. They were able to make me a gluten free lobster roll/sandwich on a gluten free bun and then made me very fresh French fries in a clean fryer. It was such a treat! This location is excellent so many options for me to eat and amazing ambiance.
We attempted to make a reservation and were told that they don't take reservations by phone, and that we should use Yelp. This was accessible from their website.
When attempting to make a reservation for 5, Yelp told us that there were no tables available for 5 people for another 4 hours, so we decided to just try and walk in.
When we got there, the desk was up a decent sized flight of stairs (a working elevator was available). There was an expected 50 minute wait time, so we decided to walk around the mall, which turned out to be completely closed (permanently). There were a couple of benches to sit on, though.
We received a text message that a table was available after 30 minutes. Our table turned out to be a booth that fit all 5 of us with room to spare, but they would be tight table to seatback for a large person.
Two of our children ate off the kids menu, which had sliders, quesadillas, mac and cheese, and chicken tenders (and more). My wife had a turkey burger and I had the cauliflower tacos (corn tortillas with cauliflower, avocado, rice, tomato, pepitas). For medical reasons, I requested mine without the pepitas and beans.
The food took about 10 - 15 minutes, and all good was correct except my cauliflower had the pepitas that I asked to be removed. The waitress and manager were very nice about it and took the food back to correct it. They also offered soup or salad while I wait, which I declined. The corrected meal arrived in about 5 minutes, and was correct the second time. (I recommend trying the cauliflower tacos).
All food was very good, and everyone was very nice. The restaurant was very clean, but the bathrooms were downstairs in the back, while our booth was upstairs. The waitress was pretty attentive and very nice and helpful. While we did not have any, the menu had a large list of appetizers, pasta, soup, salad, burgers. There were no items specifically identified as vegetarian or vegan or gluten free, but there were several that could be modified to make them so. There was broccoli, spinach, fries, etc on the sides menu.
Ultimately, the bill came to about $100 for 5 people, with tip, which was not included in the price.
This was during reopening in the summer of 2021, following Covid restrictions. As far as I could tell, every employee was wearing a mask, and wearing them correctly. Despite the fact that NY restaurants no longer had any restrictions, every other booth was closed for social distancing, though tables were pretty full, and the restaurant was packed.
Despite the few problems we encountered (long wait, incorrect meal, far bathroom), I would definitely recommend eating here. The menu has a lot of options, everyone was very friendly, things moved at an expected pace, portions were not small, and they tried to make good on their mistake without excuses.
This is such a great option for people who are gluten/dairy free like me. All the bowl options were delicious. The portions are huge, and the sauces are so tasty!
The perfect private party spot with great ambiance and accommodating vibes, plus easy street parking for a hassle-free visit!
