I was told that a bread was gluten free that they used on a burger, that it was from a bakery in town. I looked up the bakery and found that they are not really gluten free. Then when I asked further, found out it's sourdough with gluten free starter (I had already had the sandwich with what I thought was gluten free bread). I was told by the manager that if I have celiac I shouldn't eat it but if I'm sensitive to gluten it's ok. That doesn't make sense if indeed there is white flour in the bread. I am sensitive to gluten and have to go to the emergency room if I eat gluten. If the item is not gluten free, please don't tell people it's gluten free. By definition gluten free is wheat (including all purpose), rye and barley. They could not tell me what the ingredients are in the bread. Please see the following I got off the internet about "gluten starter":
"While the natural bacteria may make it easier to digest, it doesn't render it gluten-free. If you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, be sure that you use gluten-free flour for the starter and gluten-free ingredients for all of the baked goods you plan to use your gluten-free sourdough starter in."
I took an gluten free enzyme pill when I got home. Hope it works.
It didn't work. I am sensitive to gluten and got very sick. Had to be in the emergency room.
BEWARE GLUTEN SENSITIVE OR CELIAC, THEY ARE CLAIMING A BREAD IS GLUTEN FREE AND IT IS NOT. THE MANAGER WOULDN"T EVEN LISTEN TO ME
A stylish eatery with an inviting ambiance, fantastic atmosphere, and attentive service, it's a must-visit for a memorable dining experience.

Enjoyed our first meal at Ever Andalo last night. They have a very accommodating approach to those of us with a gluten allergy and were able to adapt most of the menu to my diet. Waitstaff were attentive and kind. Room was bustling and energy was warm.

Food is always great, awesome gluten free options. But man, do not come here if you’re on any sort of schedule. Been trying to leave for the last 30 minutes…. No dice.
Explore a stunning garden and vibrant local art gallery while enjoying a lovely atmosphere that's definitely worth the slightly higher prices.

Service was excellent and fast. One of us is gluten free and the server took the time to go through the menu of everything that can be made gf. Food was hot and fresh!
Expect a lively atmosphere with quick service, generous portions, and flavorful dishes, though it can get a bit dark and noisy inside.

This was not my first time eating here. And I can honestly say that the experience is consistent every... single...time. We arrived early on a Friday evening and were promptly seated. In fact, it took way longer for us to find parking than it did to get a table. Our waitress was patient and attentive throughout our visit. She was also knowledgeable about the menu as well as dietary restrictions (gluten-free). We took her suggestion about mixing and matching to try different tacos.
Our food came out very quickly. All of our orders were prepared exactly as requested. The portions are generous and the food was flavorful. Just a few warnings: the complimentary salsa is a bit on the spicy side. The Honey Wasabi Sauce on the Tavarua tacos was a little heavy but I survived.
If I had to take off for anything, it would be the ambiance. It's pretty dark which made it difficult to take good photos. And it was also very loud.

I’ve been here before for drinks, but hadn’t really eaten much besides picking up someone’s french fries or something. So I was delighted when my colleagues decided to host an intimate business dinner here.
We sat out back in the open space underneath the magnificent tree. I absolutely love the decor, both inside and outside and I love the use of the spaces. It just feels very open and airy. It’s such a great place for gatherings and celebrations of any kind. I could also see it being quite romantic for a date night underneath the twinkly lights.
Everyone in my group has a typical diet. I was the only one with dietary restrictions. I am plant-based (vegan) and gluten light.
I’m grateful that they were thoughtful to put a couple of very user-friendly items on their menu, as well as a full on vegan mac & cheese.
Our group ordered a good number of small plates to share that we really didn’t end up eating any entrées. We had two different shaken fry bags, the Togashi and the garlic herb Parmesan. Both were delicious. We also enjoyed the golden beets so much that we got two of those as well as two marinated shrimp cause they wanted to drink the butter. We also got a couple of variations of the good salad, one with shrimp and one without shrimp or cheese. A couple orders of wings. We had no complaints about anything!!
The food was absolutely delicious and my colleagues who were visiting from out of town were so grateful to have spent their evening at such a delicious and delightful restaurant.
A must-visit in Charlotte for its daily sandwich specials, tasty sides, and solid choices for vegetarians and vegans alike.

Usually love the food here especially the breakfast. But was extremely disappointed when I opened my 30$ in breakfast food to see both meals were served with veryyy burnt bacon. I mean i like it crispy but jeez yall..... also asked for no toast due to gluten allergies. Normally they sub extra tots to replace it. This time I got maybe 6 tots with my meal... staff should of caught how poorly done this Togo order was. By the time I opened My food I was already 20 mins away or I would of honestly gone back for a refund. 15$ each for 2 plates eggs basicly.... way to over priced for the quantity & lack of care.
Enjoy great brews just steps from NoDa and the Lynx, with a fun vibe and a rotating lineup of food trucks to elevate your hangout.

I've been coming here since they opened and I've always loved it. Obviously, the beer is great and virtually all gluten reduced, but they're also right on the Lynx and a stone's throw from most of NoDa. Always a food truck too.
Such a cool place! Coffee is great, snacks are great (they have gluten free options- thanks Kayla!)- and of course, the cats are great. We had such a good time. Best date night ever ❤️
