Crepes and Coffee is phenomenal! We took the family and everyone found something that sounded good and everybody loved what they got!
I am a very sensitive celiac and am always afraid to try new places. Based on some of the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! The employees went WAY above and beyond to accommodate me. They cleaned everything, they washed their hands and changed gloves, and used new utensils. The buckwheat crepes were thick, filling, and insanely good!
We will be going back next time we're in town!
Outdoor seating with live music creates a vibrant vibe, and the pizza is a must-try for all pizza lovers!

We are a family of celiacs, which can be super difficult when trying to find food on vacation. The gluten free/ cauliflower crust pizza is super yummy and so is the chicken protein bowl! We enjoyed the outdoor seating with live band. We will be back!
A fun boating atmosphere with yard games, old boat tables, and massive shakes that are enough for three!

We absolutely love Zipz! They are always busy because it is so delicious but that does not stop them from having quick and friendly service! The line moves very fast and the food is always great quality! I love all of their fun shake flavors and I especially love that they have gluten free options and even a dedicated gluten free fryer! Zipz is the best restaurant in Bear Lake!
Chill spot with a cozy vibe and solid food; just watch out for the smoke wafting in when near the door.

Came up to bear lake for a little post Christmas trip and this was a great place to stop. Everyone got their own personal pizza and they even have a great gluten free crust.
A vibrant spot with a diverse menu, delicious flavors, and standout salsa that'll keep you coming back for more!

We started out with some spinach artichoke dip and they can make it gluten free! This was already a win because it's not a regular year my wife can have since she has celiac disease. It was awesome! The menu was easy to navigate on what was gluten free and there's quite a big selection of food.
I got the carne asada and I don't have anything bad to say about it. The meat was tender, hot, and delicious! I only put some salt on it and otherwise the flavor was amazing! The refried beans were phenomenal and paired with the guac it was 🤌🏻.
My wife had some tacos which she also stated were so delicious and she loved their corn tortillas.
Overall, a great place to eat! Kids menu was a little pricier than I would have liked, but I think the adult menu price is good and we'll be frequenting this restaurant whenever we're visiting Bear Lake!
A cozy year-round gem, praised for its delightful atmosphere, delicious shakes, and a unique gift shop vibe perfect for family fun!

Great little place that stays open year round! Glad to have this restaurant stay open off season, as almost all other eateries are closed outside of high season in Garden City. The service started out slow, but it appeared due to few staff. Once we got seated, service improved. Hannah was very knowledgeable of the menu.
We all enjoyed our food. The complimentary rolls with homemade raspberry jam were excellent (as my family tells me, as I’m gluten free). You only get one tho - no free bread refill! I personally like that they offer gluten free bread for sandwiches (and for toast if you come during breakfast). My fam loved the raspberry milkshake! We would definitely recommend this place! Very cozy, country feel.
It was a busy weekend, but not a holiday or celebration weekend. I realize this impacts their ability to offer timely service. The first night I tried to take my 16 yo pizza loving granddaughter for pizza during her first visit to Bear Lake. We went about 7pm. After waiting in line for a half hour, we were told they were not taking anymore orders for the night. The next day, we called around 6pm. I was asked how many am I feeding? Two. We can do an order for two. It was about an hour and 15 minutes for a pick up time and I had no problem with that. It was a to go order and I'm just in fish haven and was not in a hurry. We ordered a medium pepperoni for my granddaughter, thinking she would enjoy the leftovers for lunch the next day and a gluten free chicken bacon ranch pizza. The staff were pleasant after the wait in line to check in with all the other guests who had a variety of needs. The lady behind me in line placed her order the day before! It would be far more efficient to have an order line and a check in line or have people just sign in when they arrive for their pick up. I was a little taken aback being asked for a tip to add when paying for my pizza. I said I would leave cash and she put held out the cup to me. I would rather they put maybe a locked box attached to the counter if they have trouble with tips being stolen. I'm from CA and a good tipper, seriously I reward great service, my "your mediocre tip" is 15%. I have to say, I kind of resented it, I never expected that conversation. It's something I really have not encountered and if its a problem, they should get a credit card system that has a line to add a tip. So much more respectful of guests and employees. My total without tip was $38.11. My granddaughter ate about half because she was hungry, but tossed the rest because she said it was not worth putting the box in the fridge for lunch, she would rather have another turkey sandwich. She actually does love pizza, as do I and waited patiently all week for her pizza. My gluten free was the typical Udi's crust, which I don't have a problem with. I did not care for their method of putting it in a disposable foil pie tin. The crust does not crisp, which is really important to a quality outcome with a Udi's crust. Additionally the melted/caramelized cheese, glued the crust to the edges of the foil pan. Great edges were lost as they could not be removed. Due to this cooking method, the pizza was cut in the tin, all the pieces were still stuck together as most cutting did not go through the crust (avoiding the foil pan damaging I'm sure), they were not close to being fairly regular in size and were not cut even attempted to the edge, about and inch or so intact. I had to peel up the edges I could and use kitchen shears. Especially for the price, I was disappointed with what I received and the challenge of getting a pizza ordered. I think I would have done better to get quality frozen pizzas. I base my stars on my overall experience. I cannot compare to the other local venues for pizza as this was the first time I have gone out for pizza at the lake.
A bit pricey but worth it for the perfectly cooked steak, while the unique atmosphere lets you chill by a campfire or play corn hole post-meal.

We loved the food, the ambience, and our server Kasey! Dinner was great and we'll be back next summer. The food is amazing (lots of gluten-free options!) Delicious and local.
Enjoy a spot where attention to detail shines, ensuring a separate grill area and thoughtful preparation for a delightful dining experience.

This was delicious BBQ. Their meat and most of the sides were gluten free and they were very careful about cross contamination. They have a separate place on the grill and did glove changes for our celiac daughter. Very good food and we appreciated their efforts to keep things gluten free for us.
A top spot at Bear Lake with delicious burgers served on lettuce, crispy fries, and unique shakes, but expect long lines and a bit of table cleaning.

This is my first choice for a burger and fries place at Bear Lake. As a gluten free person, I love that I can order my burger "bun-less" and that there is not question of how to to that. On my most recent visit I had the bacon cheeseburger, it is served on a bed of shredded lettuce in a burger box. I loved the quality produce served on my bun-less burger. I look forward to ordering the Merlin burger next time, a mushroom burger with grilled onions. The fries are deliciously crisp and are perfect with the fry sauce they offer. They have the ever popular raspberry shake, but if you are in the mood for something new, try the peach shake. My only reason for 4 stars, it the very long lines I see on most visits. I don't know if the extra conversations occurring with the customers upon ordering are to slow down the number of orders in the kitchen or a lack of awareness for customer service. It is difficult to stand in line for 30 minutes or more. That said, the staff are pleasant, the food is delicious, the dining room and bathrooms are clean, but the tables are not wiped regularly, customers are great at removing trays and garbage from their tables, but be prepared to wipe up. Maybe having some self serve cleaning products in the dining room would help those of use who don't mind taking care of this chore as we wait for our order. I will continue to be a fan.
