After nearly 17 years of being gluten-free, these are the best gluten-free pancakes I have ever found. if they decided to take these to market the pancake chef would become an international brand. But until then you have to stop in here to have some for yourself.

We had a great early lunch at Sharps RoastHouse! Sam was a wonderful server! I greatly appreciate that she confirmed that their kitchen could accommodate my several dietary intolerances. She actually checked the ingredients on the gluten-free bun to confirm that it is oat and white rice free! I had the bacon and avocado burger, and my spouse had the ribs. I devoured the burger! So phenomenal! My spouse loved the ribs! We’ll definitely be back.

Food items are clearly marked for dietary restrictions. As a gluten free person, it is rare to have a full complete meal available - it was fabulous. Had the hot honey chicken on our way out on vacation, and the baked salmon on our way back. Parsnip purée, kale salad, roasted beets.

The wife and I were staying at a hotel down the road and thought we'd give it a try since it was within walking distance. My wife has a gluten allergy so we got the gluten free crust. She says it was delicious. I thought it wasn't bad for being gluten free.
I also ordered some regular bread sticks and they were amazing, drenched in butter and garlic, crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside.
I'd be open to going there again if I was in the area.
We stopped here after our flight into Seattle and it was a 5 star experience in every way. Great atmosphere, super clean, friendly service...but the food was the star of the show! Fresh and perfectly seasoned, they accomodated my gluten free diet too. We will be back!

Faustine took my order and Yahir was the cashier. Both were very pleasant, especially Yahir, as he asked the typical check out questions and directed me to the silverware. I try to avoid gluten, and while I didn’t confirm the Quinoa Breakfast Bowl was completely gluten-free, it fit the bill and was tasty. Jucelyn, the manager, was also quite pleasant as she explained that when they can, they open at 5:30am instead of 6am.

The positive - the team was so friendly and helpful from check in to buffet, to bar. I visited on 2/23 at 1p and wanted to give a particular shout out to Joe (bartender on duty) and the floor manager near buffet line. Gluten free options were very well noted. Seating is comfortable and upstairs section is very quiet.
The big negative - the wine! Look, this is an issue for HQ, not a negative statement about any particular location, nor a reflection on the diligent and courteous team working in the lounge. Many other reviews complain about the wine options, and while you can of course pay for an upgrade, the entry level should reflect the delta brand. The PNW has a robust selection of affordable wines from local wineries. Delta is top notch for everything when it comes to flying, why not upgrade your complimentary wine offerings with local selections? Cupcake Pinot Grigio just won’t fly with me… and I know I’m not alone.
