Ordered a cake for my friend’s birthday. It was ok. The cake was gluten free cake. There was nothing exceptional about it. I asked to have Happy Birthday written on the cake and nothing was written on the cake. The website wasn’t the easiest to navigate in terms of options to pick up the cake. It was very hard to get in contact with them. I ended up constantly calling all the locations until someone picked up to change my pick up location which was automatically picked for me. I was very annoyed when I went to two locations and both were completely empty but no one was answering the phone or responding to emails. It’s a nice option if you need a gluten free cake for a special occasion, but if I wasn’t coming from out of town, I have to say that I could have made better using gluten free boxed cake mix and making a vegan icing.
The ladies at the counter were nice enough but one was new and wasn’t able to answer any questions the next location was not fully gluten free but they only held the NuFlour products in a glass case and the person working was unable to answer any questions about serving the cake.

2 stars only because what we were given was tasty, but not what we ordered. We paid extra for a whole wheat crust and got a very obviously ordinary white crust. Additionally, they messed up which ingredients were over the whole of the pizza vs which were over half. Not sure if they have a problem with their order system or they just didn't read it.
They offer specialty ingredients like dairy free and gluten free, but with such simple mistakes I'd be terrified to order from there if I had any allergies.
