They have an amazing gluten free pizza here and awesome topping options! I have to eat dairy free and they also offer dairy free cheese. It’s places like here that make someone feel not as isolated from their friends if they want to all go out and eat pizza. And for that I thank them!!
With unique mini artisan donuts and a fresh-to-order approach, this place offers creative flavors and a fun atmosphere for a sweet treat.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have been slowly growing more and more frustrated with Hello Sugar, and have visited for the last time. They advertise gluten free donuts on the weekends, but I have returned about 4 times on the weekend and they are “out of” the gluten free donuts before noon. Then most recently I tried to visit at 6:30pm as their hours on maps, google, and on their website, show they close at 7pm. They were closed when I visited at 6:30pm. I gave them one final shot the next day. We waited at least 10 minutes to ask if they had gluten free donuts. They were sold out of course. They had also done away with the option to do 6 donuts, leaving the minimum option as 12. And finally, the straw that broke the camels back. They added a 3% processing fee for all card transactions. This is something restaurants can right off in their taxes. So when they do this, it’s just another fee they are pocketing. Okay end of rant, I will not be returning.
Delicious tamales that hit every note, with a variety of flavors that keep people craving more and make every visit worthwhile.

I live on the north side, but my best buddy that does movie night with me, discovered this place, as it’s by his work. SO, he now brings Tamale Box when he comes North. I have celiacs, and so my options to enjoy food are limited… Tamale Box? HITS EVERY CATEGORY OUT OF THE PARK! 😍 DELICIOUS, FILLING, COMFORTING, AMAZINGGGGG TAMALES! 🤯🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 like… THE BEST. Truly! 🙌🏻 I find myself craving them all week! 😏 How lucky I am, to have a friend that brings me such tremendous food! 🙏🏻. You guys are AWESOME!! Keep serving all these smiles! 😁And if you haven’t checked this place out yet? YOU are missing out! ❤️🌽😮💨👌🏻

Absolute gem. The food was holy hell amazing. The Cuban was enough to make you weep. 🥹 AND a dedicated gluten free fryer! I think I've died and gone to heaven. I will definitely be back. 12/10 recommend

Our favorite sushi in Spokane! We’re both symptomatic celiacs (gluten free) and our server was knowledgeable about what was safe and what could lead to cross contamination. The food was fantastic, we’re excited to come back next time we’re in Spokane. Both upstairs and downstairs are great vibes, highly recommend!

This is a super cute modern breakfast place. The breakfast bowl was the best I’ve had in a long long time. The biscuits and gravy have mushrooms which was a nice surprise. Our server was super friendly and our food came out quick. They have gluten free toast available with the BEST homemade jam.

We visited for the first time today around 3pm and it was the absolute best food. Our party of 6 ordered so many different appetizers and not one was mediocre. My husband and I especially enjoyed the Deviled Eggs, Whipped Feta with Honey, and African Peanut Stew. His Old Fashioned and my Anagog were also delicious.
This restaurant is fantastic if you have food allergens - there were multiple options for my vegetarian, dairy and gluten allergy-self and my meat-eating husband with no allergies.
- Only allergen note is to let your server know if you have a nut allergy as they are hidden in many of the dishes but can be made without.
10/10 would recommend!

Not a fan. A good amount of options especially for gluten free but the Carne Asada plate I had was very bland in flavor and the set up looked like they were trying very hard to make something basic look expensive. Even with the beans and rice there was no seasoning, had to drown everything in salsa to be able to mildy enjoy it. Cute location and friendly staff but food was mediocre.
Experience a cozy and unique vibe with delicious offerings and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a must-visit spot in Spokane!

Excellent experience! We made reservations on a Saturday night. Hostess were very friendly and were ready to seat us as soon as we arrived. Our server was very sweet, welcoming and helpful! We ordered several appetizers, sides, and main dishes and they were all delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. They do offer several vegetarian and gluten free options. The gluten free pasta was really good. Highly recommend!
The best breakfastery I’ve been to! Amazing staff that are exceptionally kind and helpful. Great food and delicious options for celiacs. Anyone in or around Joplin MUST stop here!
My friend and I tried this today as it had good ratings. Unfortunately they must have been off their game. We ordered three items and two beverages. I let the server know that we didn't want all the food together. And as it was ready to please bring it out, as we ordered the cold dip with veggies, nachos and a prime rib sandwich. All of it was brought out at the same time even thought he repeated. The nachos were way off. The cheese had split and was oily and gritty. The server let us know they switched to a gluten free cheese and it was supposed to be like that. The nachos were missing the bell peppers and there were a few bits of tomato. Tons of onions cooked well well done. Just overall was bad. The sandwich was decent. Nothing mind blowing, but the fries unfortunately were soaked in grease, almost like the fryer was not hot enough. We left all the fries and the nachos.
The atmosphere was cute, indoor/outdoor available. You are unable to bring family as the sign says kids are not welcome, just a heads up if your looking for a place for that. Plenty of parking. Our mules were delicious, just small. Overall, a miss for us. I will say the homemade cool creamy dip tasted like a ranch with chives and it was a knockout! So if you go, for sure try it out.

This was our first time at Chowderhead, the hit at our table was the Banh Mi and clam chowder, the runner up was the turkey pesto club with tots. Both were great options. However, I wish they had gluten free bread options. Our service was 5/5. Highly recommend!

This place is ahhhhmazing! The clothes are thoughtfully curated and suuuuch a vibe. The vintage knick knacks are cute as can be.
But the grilled cheese had havarti and freshly then sliced apples nestled among turkey and (optional) gluten free bread, AND it was panini steamed! Delicious is an understatement.
