The food tastes great and my colleagues loved their meals however if you are Celiac they do not accommodate they say they do but there is serious cross contamination, as I was extremely ill after eating there.
This is simply a review about their Celiac options, if you can eat like normal people then definitely a place to visit.

I’ve been a long time customer of DD! Their staff are outstanding people, very friendly and welcoming. Their donuts are lovely, very soft AND the creativity in terms of donut flavouring is off the charts. My favourite item on the DD menu HAS TO BE [AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN] their apple fritters. They’re literally the size of your hand - the chopped apples, the cinnamon and the “perfect pull-apartness” has made me into a total apple fritter addict. They do serve other baked goods, including gluten-free items and has lunchtime treats made to order like wraps, sandwiches and soups. Make sure to hit them up earlier than not - they often run out of donuts (especially on Saturdays or weekdays when conferences, etc are being put on). We’re lucky to have such a gem on George Street.

Our experience here was amazing!
The pre-booking for the teppanyaki chef was easy, I also received a confirmation email the day before.
We were seated immediately when we arrived. We had a rather small party, so we were sat with another small party, also having a Birthday! The servers were wonderful, our chef was Sang, he was very engaging and highly entertaining. It was a first for both my daughter and I, we absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and fresh, we had the scallops and steak, both were cooked to perfection. The chef even was accommodating to my daughters gluten intolerance, bravo Sang!
The cherry on top was the Birthday person's bill being cut in half.
We absolutely love Shogun, and look forward to returning soon. I highly recommend the restaurant if your looking for an entertaining and healthy meal, served with flaire!
