My family and I had a great experience. With the exception of root beer, there was something on the menu for all of us. A lot of gluten free options as well as Vegan and plant based. Good healthy and delicious options as well. And then there was the burgers that were very satisfying. Really nice restaurant. Had an amazing experience at Earls Grandview on Thursday night! Our server, Hayley, was fantastic—attentive and friendly. Austin, the guest experience manager on duty, went above and beyond by comping two desserts when they found out we were celebrating something. The food was incredible—steak frites were better than The Keg, and the sushi tacos and pizzas were delicious. The new plant based burger (perfect for my vegan husband) was much better than the processed impossible burger they used to have. (Good job on the switch Earls!!!). They also had great gluten-aware options, which was perfect for my daughter who was recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance, and myself who has a GF prefercence. The mocktails were refreshing and creative and the prosecco was delicious. Outstanding service and food—we’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been going thru some major digestive/health issues and was on the hunt for gluten free bread that had appropriate ingredients such as no vinegar, etc. Felt defeated as most places have so many ingredients that just were not on my tolerance list… until Michaels, they have a gluten free bread with only 3 ingredients which has been amazing and a life saver while being so restrictive with diet, appreciate how they take care to ensure quality.

I booked Hugo’s catering for an event and got a lot of positive feedback from my guests. The taco buffet had a good selection of fillings and toppings, the portions were good and the food tasted fresh. I ordered few times from here now and me and my boys love their food we just go crazy, we just melt when it comes to rassmalai!! Today for the first time I ordered the golgape damn!!! I can’t tell you it hit the spot!! Soo perfect! Exactly exactly the way I like it not too spicy, not too sweet and not sour just perfect! I’m definitely ordering from them again. We went here 2 weeks ago and it was great! The gluten free chicken burger and fries are top tier and our waitress was very helpful accommodating our needs. My girlfriend’s chicken pasta came out without chicken and they were very quick to make a whole new pasta for her free or charge (they even threw in an extra chicken breast cooked to perfection) and also since they felt bad they gave us free dessert! It was pretty awesome! Even if they made a mistake, they were quick to make things better.

As a Celiac, I won't be eating here again.
The food was delicious, but after a few bites, I had painful hives appear on my hands (my body's immediate response to gluten before all the other symptoms set in).
Our waitress was absolutely phenomenal and did everything she could have to make sure what I ordered was the safest option on the menu to avoid cross contamination, but it happens and of course no kitchen that handles gluten can guarantee no cross contamination in dishes or that it isn't hiding in one of the ingredients if it hasn't been thoroughly checked by kitchen staff.
Other than getting glutened, our waitress was so wonderful, and the vibe was great!
