I was surprised that I couldn't get the service in Finnish.
It was possible to eat outside. The order had to be placed inside at the counter. There was a wide variety of pizzas. Found for vegans and gluten-free. The drink selection was also reasonable. Alcoholic beverages were found.
We got the order done. We took our drinks and cutlery and went out.
We got the pizzas surprisingly quickly. It was good and filled my stomach.

I have always received great customer service when visiting this location. The food has also been really tasty and well made for pub food :) especially the beyond meat hamburger. When ordering gluten-free, it's also not a dry bun, just good. In many places you can get it dry. I like it a lot and I always come to this point. This used to be my go-to pizza place in Helsinki, as you always knew it would be great. This place is going down and cannot recommend it anymore. What a disappointment! The interior is beautiful but the customer service and the pizza is bad. Mind you it was not busy at all (only a couple tables of guests) so they would have had time for proper customer service like it used to be before…
The chef was Asian and the waiter was Indian… I’m still not sure if he even spoke Finnish as I had to speak English just in case. The waiter did not ask if I wanted ice with my vichy, he did not ask how the pizza was as I ate (he was just awkwardly peeping behind the shelf several times🫣) and he did not ask whether I wanted dessert or not.
I had my all time favorite Phangan lover pizza with glutenfree base, and the crust was burnt and all ingredients were lose. Safe to say I will not come again🙃
