Every time I’ve been here, this server has been pleasant.. the most recent time I ate here they said all the meat is gluten-free! Along with basically anything that’s not fried. It is important to clarify gluten-free soy sauce on anything that you’re getting stir fried and make it clear that you have a gluten allergy.

I enjoyed my gluten free pizza with the cauliflower crust. I asked if the crust had cheese, as most do, and was told that this one does not. The toppings were fresh and had a tremendous amount of flavor. I took digest extra before eating, and didn’t have a reaction after eating. So, I’m unsure if there’s potential for cross contamination. Overall, this is one of my new favorite spots for gluten free pizza in Charlotte.

Alan was quick, attentive, and thorough with communications and what was needed with the vendor site/our desires. We had gluten free food that they helped facilitate, as well as a dessert. We opted to bring our own plates/cutlery/cups and the thought and care taken to make what we brought look OUTSTANDING was more than I thought possible - they EXCEEDED expectations.
