Im visiting my family from out of town, had an amazing experience at this location! Both my mom and I are extremely symptomatic celiac. Our server, Anita took such care to ensure that all our concerns were very clearly addressed and the manger even came over to check in on us and gave us extra treats. Heard they had gluten free crepes and was intrigued as someone with Celiac. I struggled to decide which option I wanted, and ultimately got the crème brûlée crepes. It was so good. Chock full of custard and sliced fresh strawberries, with crunchy caramelized sugar on the top to complete the crème brûlée vibes. Absolutely delicious, and I wish there was a location closer to where I live, though it’s probably good for my waist line that it’s too far of a drive to eat here regularly

Had a fantastic experience at Cava this evening! I must eat strictly gluten free as I have celiac disease. When I mentioned this prior to ordering, Luke immediately went to the hand sink and thoroughly washed his hands and forearms to prevent cross contact of gluten while he prepared my meal. This impressed me beyond measure, as this is an important precaution many restaurant staff don’t take. I enjoyed chatting with Luke as he prepared my bowl for me — which was delicious!Thank you, Luke! I’ll be back!

SUCH A HIDDEN GEM! Favorite coffee shop in The Woodlands area. It's tucked away in a cute shopping center behind some giant trees. Everything is good here. Coffee is the best in The Woodlands imo. Matcha are also so good. They also have some gluten free options. I got the gluten free chocolate chip cookie, and it was sooo good. The staff is so welcoming and extremely nice. Anyways, just go try it. You won't be disappointed!

We stopped by here one afternoon to simply check this place out and grab some tea. I left with a lot more than just tea. This place is superb! The atmosphere, the staff, the quality of the coffees & teas are unlike anything I’ve found in and around this area. For example: we got 2 different pour-over teas (they take 6 minutes to properly brew and it was worth every moment of the wait), one was a rose lavender honey green tea that was mind blowing it was so good. I can’t recall my husbands but it was amazing too! But I also rounded the corner and ran face-first into a display full of amazing desserts, pastries, kolaches…I left with a slice of vanilla bean lavender double layer cake that was so unique and exquisite that I can still taste it. I also got a lemon blueberry crumble (gluten free) bar, and a jalapeño sausage and cheese kolache that was wrapped in a buttery, croissant-style dough that was soooooooo good. It was allllllll sooooo good. But the ambience in this place is like very few “coffee-tea shops”. This is somewhere you can take someone that you wanna impress - it’s just so special and beautiful. I can’t wait to take some of my favorite people here.

Beautifully crisp, caramelized pastry. The baked goods are HUGE. Levure offers a delightful selection of viennese pastries and western classics. The sugar free gluten-free churro muffin was surprisingly delicious and the kouign amann was to die for!! I also recommend the almond croissant.

There are hardly words for my giddiness and joyfulness after first trying these tacos. I didn’t know vegan, gluten free tacos could be this good, and fun. Shout out to Velvet Taco for thinking outside of the usual suspects - which are gross. I wish the employees knew the sauces better so there was a more uniform response about what a safe substitute for default sauces might be, but overall - 🫰 🫰 ⭕️

I had the most delightful experience at The Hummingbird where they truly understand the importance of accommodating gluten allergies. We got to enjoy an array of beautifully presented gluten-free treats. The selection of delicately crafted finger sandwiches, scrumptious scones with clotted cream and jam, and an assortment of pastries—all safe for gluten-sensitive guests—exceeded my expectations, both in taste and presentation. I had the occasion to try Terra Vino today. I was very impressed. This is hidden off Research Forest in the Woodlands. The ambience is upscale contemporary. Nice! My daughter and I went early, arriving about 5PM. I ordered the Short Rib Pappardelle Ragu, and my daughter had the Chicken Parmesan with Fettucine Alfredo. We had a started of warm Focaccia bread with Olive oil. It was fresh and very good. Our orders arrived quickly. We both tried a bit of the other entre. First, the Chicken Parmesan. The chicken was moist and flavorful with a nice Mozzarella topping. It was perfectly seasoned. It had a nice side of Fettucine Alfredo. The sauce was delicate and tasty, and the pasta was perfectly cooked. I will probably try that as my entre next trip. I ordered the Short Rib Pappardelle Ragu since it looked appealing, and it was something I had never tried. It was outstanding! The pasta was made home made fresh, as are all of their pastas with the exception of the Gluten Free options. The sauce was amazing. Tomato based, with plenty of tender short rib, along with some carrot and basil. Again, excellent flavor. It also had some mushroom pieces, which I easily set aside. (Not a problem per se, just not my preference) I asked if it was possible to hold the mushroom the next time I ordered it, and the waiter said yes, that was no problem. It's nice to know that they can handle a small mod like that! All in all, this is the best Italian I've had in a while. The portions were generous, without being overbearing. I will definitely be back!

Ordered a custom gluten free coconut cake for a special occasion. The cake was delicious, but they got the writing wrong (and no one available to correct it). Asked for Fall colors on the piping and got plain white on white. Had been very happy with a couple of cakes we ordered previously. Very disappointing for the price.

When we arrived they told us any sushi roll could be made gluten free. We love spicy sushi, so that's all we ordered... a while after placing our order our waitress came back to say all spicy salmon and tuna had gluten, so they'd have to change that out AND they would upcharge us for using the non spicy fish. The only option given to us was that they could put chili powder on top for some spice. Then they didn’t even do that for us. It was so incredibly disappointing, especially the fact that they were upcharging us for switching out the fish because we had a food allergy.

I went to this restaurant based on the available reviews. I explained I couldn’t eat gluten (I’m Celiac) and they provided information on their dishes. They explained which dishes were safe, provided details about their fryers and informed that my meal would be prepared on a separate grill. I felt confident that I was going to have a great experience and I sure did!

Edited to respond to the business: I have eaten blueberry muffins and scones and am fully aware how they looked baked. The spots I saw were not blueberry specks! They were MOLD specks! The response has shirked responsibility and implies that it was my error! Shame! I WAS GIVEN 2 MOLD INFESTED scones! Here’s what happened: I ordered 2 gluten free scones yesterday 3/12. I ate one last night and realized it tasted funny but didn’t think anything more of it. After a while I began to feel nauseous but I eventually recovered. I wasn’t sure if it was the scone or something else I ate. Today I bit into the second scone and it had a weird taste. I cut into it and I see BLACk MOLD SPOTS INSIDE the scone!!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED!! VILE! It is obvious the baked goods are not being stored properly or they are allowing expired food to be sold! Shameful! What else is being served that is not up to code? Trust completely broken! I will never order from here again and I will discourage my friends from visiting this establishment! Shame!
