Had an amazing meal here!! They serve Southern Indian food for lunch and Northern Indian food for dinner. The platter came with the perfect sample of several vegetarian dishes and roti. Can be served vegan or gluten free as needed. Would highly recommend!

If you need to eat gluten free… this is the place to be. The texture of the gluten free cupcakes is so moist and they’re so flavorful, drastically different than any other gluten free baked good I’ve tried post-gluten intolerance! 12/10 since I walked in with company assuming I couldn’t get anything, and didn’t even have to pay an extra fee per usual.

I cannot say enough great things about Kei Sushi. I’m so grateful to have a place to go eat sushi with celiac disease. The staff at Kei are friendly and welcoming. They do a great job handling gluten free allergies and celiacs. I love the inclusivity. The sushi is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

I’ve had the pleasure of eating here 2 times now. The 2nd time was largely due to my friend’s gluten allergy and a lot of their menu is Gluten Free. The food is amazing, I particularly love the Spicy Pork Bulgogi. Don’t skip on trying the Soju. Christine has been our server both times and she’s really fun and knowledgeable. Highly recommend giving this place a shot.

Their bowls are amazing! The food is usually consistent in quality and portions and the pricing is fair. I prefer to get food to-go as it is a cafeteria vibe with bright lighting, but overall if you do eat there, it's clean and typically quiet. The Patagonia bowl plus chicken is my favorite! I am gluten free and the kitchen is 100% gluten free so no worries.

Food & drinks were excellent! There were enough gluten-free options. Service could have been more attentive. Your water glass may be empty for a while. The way the tables are set up, it's very difficult to walk in between tables to get to your table or use the restroom without bumping into someone.

I absolutely love this restaurant and try to go here or order from here every time I’m in Reno. They have an extensive gluten free menu and work with my food allergies. The ingredients are so fresh and the service is always wonderful. They have awesome lunch specials too!

Most comfortable restaurant chair ever! The fries were gluten free and amazing. Not a fan of the chicken tacos. creme brulee is the best I have found in Reno. Also, creme brulee is big enough for 2 people

Yummy Sandwiches The vegan sandwiches are delicious, the meatball being the best. My only qualm is that the bread (no matter which I choose) is dry/crumbly. The fixings inside are so good though I usually just pick off the bread. We recently moved into a home near Batch Cupcakery. As cake lovers, we decided to check it out right away! We went with the kids and grandparents, and selected cupcakes for after dinner. They were beautiful, but so disappointing… for such expensive and attractive cupcakes, they were extremely dry, and just not very good. Fast forward a few months, and I am having a great deal of trouble finding a bakery in Reno that will make a lemon flavored cake for my son's 8th birthday. This is my son’s favorite flavor. I decided to give Batch Cupcakery a second chance. I like to support local businesses, it’s a convenient pickup on party day, and they do a lemon flavored cake. I went in to order a cake for 20ish people, I chose the 10” round, and gave the details… It's $200! Whoa, I’ve bought full sheet cakes for less, so I go with the 8” instead. The cake looked nice when I went to get it. They won’t write a message on it for you, but it was frosted with a beautiful blue color. At the party, however, I had an incredibly difficult time slicing it, as there was a very tough crust on the outer cake beneath the frosting. Even my sharp knife couldn’t pierce it without squashing the cake below. Then it was served to the guests, and my daughter shouted out, “Mom this isn’t cake, it’s cornbread!” The cake didn’t taste like lemon at all, and it did taste exactly like dense cornbread. What’s worse, the fruit filling wasn’t present within the slices, as it had gathered in the center at the bottom and didn’t cling to the dense slices at all. Nobody liked the cake. Clearing the party table, I just threw away piece after piece of cake with only a polite bite or two eaten. It was really embarrassing, and I was so sad to have disappointed my little son. To be clear, I ordered a normal birthday cake, nothing vegan or gluten free. I used to manage a business, and I know how important it is to receive feedback about your products, so that you can do better next time. I called Batch Cupcakery the next day, and left a polite message asking for the manager to call me. The girl asked what about, and I said briefly that we had a cake the previous day that wasn’t great. An hour later, the same girl called me back to say that the manager would not be calling me, that she only does personal calls for orders or questions, and that I’d need to submit my feedback via their online inquiry form. I was pretty offended by this, and explained that I had wanted to deliver private feedback, but that if I was going to take the time to write about my experience that I would post it publicly, and that I would appreciate a call back instead. Needless to say, they didn’t call me. Not only have I had an expensive disappointment here two times, but it’s pretty clear that this business doesn’t value its customers very highly if they can’t take two minutes to hear about my bad experience. I will never be back.
