A place for folks with a sweet tooth.
I found the lava cakes to be like starbucks/dunkin/cheesecake factory level sweet. The creme brulee was my favorite and I would get again. It was really creamy. The $5 hard cider was good value.
A casual spot where you order up front, take a number and bus your own tables.
I am a fan of the inclusive menu ( gluten free and local) and also they make sure customers don't misgender their staff. There is also coffee, tea and wine.
Parking is difficult since it is caphill but it is less than 10 minutes from the caphill station and directly on a bus line.
Experience a burst of flavor with dishes that pack a spicy punch and keep you coming back for more!

Absolutely delicious. I got the Pad Kee Meo (spelling??) and my partner got the Roasted Duck Curry. I got level 2 spice, and it was pretty spicy! I couldn't do a level 3 like he did. Even their water was good. I really appreciate denoting what is gluten free. Can't wait to come back and try more!

I asked for gluten free bread to REPLACE my english muffin and they charged me $4 extra… That’s INSANE. It’s not an extra item it’s a replacement… People with allergies and disorders are just treated like garbage and I’m so over it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE GLUTEN FREE.

Amazing place, why don't all bookstores have coffee shops, or rather why aren't all coffee shops also bookstores? Because this place is the perfect vibe for a coffee and some Sunday morning reading. The food caters to vegan and gluten free. Super cute place, good for remote work if you want to get out of the office or home.
Indulge in some of the best cinnamon rolls around, where even non-vegan fans are raving about the deliciousness and unique flavors!

Amazing cinnamon roles. I’m going to cut straight to the point - I typically steer clear of vegan and gluten free desserts, so I didn’t know going in the cinnamon roles were vegan. Wow, they tasted incredible. To be honest, I didn’t know until my wife told me. Probably the best cinnamon role I’ve ever had. I had the original and my wife had the apple pie. For those that don’t have a sweet tooth, you might not like it. I will admit that it’s a bit heavy and probably needs to be eaten over a few sessions lol. My advice is to go for the original frosting - it is a classic and keeps things simple. Highly recommend if you like cinnamon rolls.
