We got the pesto chicken, the turkey and spinach special with the chicken and rice soup. Goodness wasn't good! You can get anything you want gluten-free! There were only two people in here and we got our food surprisingly fast! 6 out of 5. Definitely come back!

I wanted to try the pastries
from Eden Bakery at Theory
and walked from my motel.
The menu includes donuts,
gluten-free pastries muffins, and breakfast sandwiches along with a wide variety of drinks.
I selected a croissant, a
gluten-free cinnamon roll,
and an almond croissant.
The cinnamon roll had a
nice taste to it and a small
amount of frosting.
The croissant was light and
flakey with a butter taste to
it.
The drink menu includes
expresso, latte, kombucca,
and pressed juice in the
cooler.
Located in downtown
Redding on California Street.
A nice place to stop for a
drink, a pastry, and a bite to
eat with plenty of space to
work.

Very inviting atmosphere. Really fast service. They have a great cherry cider on tap. We ordered the California chicken burger.
The chicken was very done. We also ordered the Mac and cheese, which seemed to taste like horse Radish was in it, and also the chicken alfredo, which was very dry. They have very large portions. Their fries are really yummy. I asked for a gluten-free bun, which they charged me two dollars extra for. For the chicken burger and cider, it was $30 without tip.
Enjoy an entertaining vibe with a mini arcade and some surprisingly delicious pizza options, though the salad bar could use some love.

We had a great family party event here last night. The service was amicable and friendly. The salad bar featured fresh greens, spinach, and all of the toppings typically seen with a nice selection of dressings to choose from. The pizza was delicious and truly worth it! It was my first time here, and I'd definitely recommend the pizza to even the most scrutinizing pizza lovers. We had several different pizzas, including a gluten-free crust, and sampling a slice of each was not disappointing.
Enjoy a lovely outdoor atmosphere with a mix of great service and a solid vibe, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Mosaic has a great ambience and fantastic servers. I gave a 4 star for the food because I would prefer more gluten free options and some organic options would be a bonus. But overall Mosaic will not disappoint.
Expect a unique blend of vegan options and a buffet on weekends, but be mindful of the menu's confusing ingredient listings.

Helpful at specifying what is vegan and gluten free. The menu is a little confusing because the breads are listed as chickpea flour, lentil flour, rice flour, but still contain wheat so gf people may be disappointed they are labeled that way. Good options, good buffet available on Fridays and Saturdays only.
A cozy spot to celebrate special occasions, featuring unique options like cauliflower crust and a must-try chocolate cake.

I went there for the first time for my birthday dinner. Mariah was our waitress, she was amazing. She went through all of the gluten free options and substituted the crustini with their cauliflower pizza crust so i could have the baked brie cheese board. The no flour chocolate cake and ice cream were delicious.
