We ate brunch here and it was amazing. The food was delicious and unlike any Japanese food I've had before. There is amazing attention to detail in the taste. They are also incredibly Gluten-free friendly. Only one item on the brunch menu had wheat and the fryer was wheat free.
Expect a lively vibe with a diverse menu featuring unique vegan options, though service can be hit or miss on busy days.

Lots of interesting food but I wouldn't go here if you are coeliac because they can't promise there's been no cross contamination (due to the chicken alternative Seitan).
The strawberry milkshake was the best I've had in a while.
This lively spot has a great vibe for gatherings, offering a diverse menu with accommodating options and quick takeout service.

Excellent experience. As someone with Celiac Disease, dining out is a challenge but this place was exceptional. Great selection of gluten free battered fish, baked goods, and complimentary GF warm bread rolls which were delicious.

Negligent with allergies!!! I explained I have gluten and dairy allergies which was written on the ticket and the person preparing the food was handling bread and immediately touched my food without changing gloves. If I hadnt looked up as it happened I would have gotten severely ill. I pointed it out and explained again that it's a severe allergy and would need them to change gloves and they still tried to give me the same bowl. Definitely not safe for people with actual allergies!!!
Expect vibrant flavors and ample portions, plus unique smoothie options that pack a punch despite their small size.

Really friendly staff and quick service. The food is a good-sized portion and has many flavors (I loved the Forbidden Rice Bowl!). We appreciated that it is 100% gluten free since my husband has celiac disease. The smoothies are small given their price ($10+ each) but very tasty.
This spot is a hidden gem, perfect for discovering unique sweet treats like lemon ginger squares and more!

Love this shop. My favorite are the lemon ginger squares, but I haven't had everything yet. I wish they had some lunch things. This place really was the gluten free dairy free spot I needed to find today though. Thank you!
Good selection of pastries. My partner really enjoyed their sandwich.
Gluten free bread is dry and crumbly. If you are gluten free, don’t bother coming

I absolutely love the Vitality Bowls Pina Colada smoothie! It is so refreshing and is the perfect afternoon treat. They also have several gluten free options for food that I am eager to try! Their Cambridge location is so convenient, located right off Mass Ave by Market Central! Highly recommend.
