Amazing experience! We had the best dinner at Pizzeria Cittadella in Parma. The Location is beautiful - in the garden sitting between banana plants and fairy lights. The food was amazing. I am cealiac and had the gluten free pizza which tasted great and came out on a black plate while the normal pizza which was also really really good and came on a white plate to differentiate the pizze. I felt super safe eating here and the service of Marta was like dining with a friend. So polite but such a uplifting spirit at the same time. She really made our night special. Thanks for the great dinner!
This place is a paradise for celiacs, offering an excellent and wide choice of certified gluten-free products. The attentive staff ensures a welcoming experience, while the setting invites you to enjoy fresh and frozen gluten-free options with honest pricing.

One of the best food experience of my entire life ❤️❤️❤️ as Hygienist and vegan my standards are really high but the quality, research and preparation of the food here it's absolutely top notch 🪄 all without gluten, butter and even no sugar in the desserts and they are out of this world. All framed in a beautiful relaxing environment, it made my day. Such a beautiful pearl and surprise in the capital city of ham and meat 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Great experience! I reserved a table via WhatsApp with Giorgio and he let me know that they could do Tortelli and Anolini gluten free but that they can make almost everything on the menu gluten free. when we arrived he knew it was me the gluten free :-) and we had an amazing dinner. The location of the restaurant is in the immediate old town and offers beautiful views of the cathedral of Parma and the inside of the restaurant ist beautifully decorated.
I had the Tortelli - 4 of pumpkin and 4 of ricotta and spinach and they were to die for. Super delicious and followed up with the duchessa di parma which also was amazing. I felt very safe eating here and they had great knowledge. The normal pasta my partner ordered was also delicious and he also went with the duchessa di parma. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for the perfect dinner in Parma!

In addition to the very helpful and always smiling staff, the pizzas are delicious, I truly think among the best in Parma if not the best overall. I in particular, being celiac, must say that in Parma it is definitely the only pizzeria to offer a nice thick and soft pizza, a real rarity for gluten-free pizzas. There are so many doughs, as well as pizzas to choose from and the slices are real pizzas, for those who may have the doubt of not being full I assure you it will be difficult! I highly recommend

I always happily return to Humus because it is one of the very few restaurants/bistros in Parma where I can find excellent gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options. They deserve much more visibility!
This intimate gelateria offers a wide range of gluten-free flavors, all crafted with high-quality natural ingredients. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff create a safe and inclusive environment for those with gluten intolerance to enjoy refined, sophisticated ice cream.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the flavors offered in this ice cream shop: refined, original, perfectly balanced. You can feel the passion and expertise in the choice of raw materials and in the processing. The staff was very kind: they offered me a taste of a flavor that I would have taken anyway, demonstrating attention and availability, but also great preparation in describing the various flavors.
However, I cannot ignore an aspect that is very negative for me: all the ice creams are gluten-free, a praiseworthy choice that allows those who are celiac to enjoy every flavor without worries. But precisely for this reason, I find it deeply unfair that a surcharge of 1 euro is applied for those who want a gluten-free cone.
We are talking about an ice cream that for 2 flavors costs 3.50 euros: one euro more represents a very high markup simply for a different cone, which certainly does not have such an excessive cost. I understand that there may be small differences in price between a standard cone and one certified gluten-free, but here we end up penalizing those who already live with a dietary restriction. And above all: if all ice cream is already gluten-free, why further burden those who choose a different format out of necessity, not whim?
A fairer solution? Reduce this surcharge to a symbolic figure (maximum 50 cents), or – ideally – absorb it in the price, given the already excellent 100% gluten-free offer. It would be a gesture of real inclusion, not just a facade.
I hope this reflection will be taken into consideration: the product is excellent, the experience almost perfect, but inclusiveness should not turn into an additional cost for those who simply have different needs.

Stopped for lunch because of the reviews and it didn't disappoint! We got the meat and cheese board and a couple different sandwiches. They were all fantastic! My wife loved that they had a gluten free bun that was nice and soft and fresh. Hopefully we can come back for another meal some day!
