In response to J + B, Just because you don’t remember my name doesn’t mean I don’t have concerns. Don’t try to minimize my concerns. Your uneducated and borderline hostile staff need a new training course in food handling for what goals you are striving for. Your reply is a word salad of hopes and wishes that don’t play out in real life. Bottom line: your restaurant isn’t safe for celiacs or gluten sensitive customers. If you are celiac or gluten sensitive beware of this establishment. They are not safe. When asked about practices the staff becomes hostile and irritated even though it’s in plain sight a cross contamination issue. They should have kept sandwiches off the menu because it’s not handled properly.

We came in for dinner and were warmly greeted by Erich T. When I mentioned that I brought my daughter her own food due to her Celiac disease, I was blown away by how polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating Erich was. He explained that Pizza Ranch offers gluten-friendly options and took the time to reassure me about the precautions he personally takes to minimize cross-contamination — including using fresh containers for ingredients. Because of Erich’s care and attention, my daughter was able to safely enjoy a meal with her family instead of feeling left out with separate food. She was so happy, and as a parent, that meant the world to me. Erich went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. He is truly an asset to your company, and this kind of service deserves recognition. Management here can't seem to stock gluten free bread. Always out forcing me to go to the St Charles location because they always have it. This is a manager issue that ruins the experience. Management needs to do their job and properly stock the store. Ask St Charles how they do it.
