Just because you don’t remember my name doesn’t mean I don’t have concerns. Don’t try to minimize my concerns. Your uneducated and borderline hostile staff need a new training course in food handling for what goals you are striving for. Your reply is a word salad of hopes and wishes that don’t play out in real life.
Bottom line: your restaurant isn’t safe for celiacs or gluten sensitive customers.
If you are celiac or gluten sensitive beware of this establishment. They are not safe. When asked about practices the staff becomes hostile and irritated even though it’s in plain sight a cross contamination issue. They should have kept sandwiches off the menu because it’s not handled properly.
