I am overwhelmed with happiness from my experience at this barBURRITO today. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac, and have not been out to a fast food restaurant in months since being diagnosed. The gentleman who helped me, was AMAZING. I asked him about his Gluten Free option and asked if he could change his gloves and wipe everything down. He did, and not only that, he made sure that my items did not touch anything that was used with wheat, he made sure to offer me options that were Gluten Free Certified, he changed his gloves multiple times, and even put parchment paper between my items on the heat pad. He was SOOOO diligent and made me feel super safe and happy. I am VERY happy, and would recommend this location to other people whom are Gluten Intolerant as me. I wish I would have got his name, the guy deserves a raise! :D

I would give this place a million stars if I could. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Food was excellent AND so gluten free friendly. Being celiac usually means I have to skip home fries and toast but not here! We had egg, bacon, toast, home fries and the breakfast BLT made gluten free. Highly recommend. If I’m ever back in Hamilton I will be going here!

Also, one time AG kicked out a couple bigots for harassing my friend, even after we accidentally spilled salsa on her hello kitty shirt (we love you AG, sorry again). Ordered tonight a burrito! Right when you walk in, there is a QR code for allergens on the glass where all the toppings are. It was a little hard to explain what celiac was but once I said gluten-free they completely understood. I am symptomatic celiac and they were very careful. I found it more comfortable for me just saying “Hi, I’m celiac and can’t eat gluten. Is it possible for you to put parchment paper down on the grills to avoid cross contamination?” I found this was great to make sure I felt safe with food prep and we were all on the same page. The allergen list you can find online and using the QR code and it is very in depth on all toppings that are and are not safe! 🍄

Went during the Soft Open and went today for the Grand Opening. The Staff and service were fast, friendly and wonderful, the portions were very generous and amazingly delicious. I had a Lime Jarrito to drink, the pulled pork burrito bowl with a side of tortilla chips and salsa, which are all gluten free. I was extremely satisfied and full afterwards.
