So delicious. In Michigan it is super hard to find Chinese restaurants that have GF food. I had the sesame chicken and it was amazing. The pork fried rice was good as well. Highly recommend and will most likely be back for another meal before we go home.
We ordered the Crispy Spinach Chaat appetizer with Pork Vindaloo, side of basmati and papadam (an off menu item). We were surprised by pork on the menu but we were told the chef's wife is Italian so there is some influence there. The Spinach Chaat and Pork Vindaloo were delicious! The whole meal was among the best Indian food we've had - and we've had a lot. This was great for gluten sensitivity and the menu was well marked for GF items although there is potential for cross contact in the kitchen as stated on their menu. I didn't feel sick at all and I'm very sensitive. I should've taken pictures but I didn't realize it was going to be THIS good!
"Our kitchen prepares menu items that include dairy, gluten, nuts, shellfish and soy. We cannot guarantee menu items to be completely allergen free."

Dim Sum II is #1 in my heart ❤️ they are my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in NJ and I live an hour away but every once in a while I'm in the area and it's always SO good. To be fair I always get gluten free food because it's the only Chinese restaurant I've been too with so many options but I've never had a bad experience eating in or taking out. If you're gluten free and want classic Chinese food, dim sum II will fulfill your gf Chinese food dreams.
the food is delicious and i have celiac (gluten free) and they were able to accommodate super easily as there are many options labelled on the menu. will definitely come here again
Had a wonderful dinner this weekend at PF Changs. Bella was our bartender. She was so sweet and made a great drink! Chris was our server he was very nice and accommodating to our daughter’s gluten sensitivity. Thanks for making our night even better!!😎

Absolutely delicious food with a lot of gluten free options! The beef and broccoli was positively scrumptious and my fiance feasted on the honey chicken and was left craving more. It is definitely our new Christmas eve tradition
Steph was our server and made our visit phenomenal! Not only was the food amazing but her service made our experience that much more enjoyable. Having celiac disease it’s always scary eating out but she was so accommodating and knowledgeable and made eating gluten free so easy which is such a relief you don’t always get to experience.
This is long overdue, but I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The guys who work there are great and super knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever had here, especially the chicken cucumber salad, pork fried rice, and chicken sautéed in oil and garlic with vegetables. My husband is a big fan of their dry pot chicken but has also enjoyed everything else he has had there. Keep up the wonderful work!
12/10 ...
Service was above and beyond! Staff was extremely friendly!
Food was amazing.
So many vegan and gluten free options, that can accommodate.
It was a great dinner for our anniversary dinner.
Food was delicious! I appreciate that they can accommodate gluten free needs... I was able to try things I hadn't before because of my gluten sensitivity. Reasonably priced as well. This is our new go-to!
Staff was very attentive and kind and the food was delicious and came out in a timely fashion. I had the black pepper surprise and substituted the beef with veggie chicken it was amazing. Would highly recommend. Not to mention they have gluten free options and all white rice I’m pretty sure can be substituted for brown rice!
Place is small good for small group. Food was good in taste. The only thing was the server insisting lot in getting gluten-free but didn't tell us it would be an extra dollar for that.
We came because of the reviews on Find Me Gluten Free, and it lived up to the hype. The Prig Khing, amazing. The Pad See Ew, amazing. The Thai Iced Tea is the best I've ever had. Every dish made my wife and I smile, so the name makes sense! It was our anniversary too, so it was extra fulfilling and satisfying. We will be back.
I recently ordered takeout from Osaka and was so impressed with how well they handled my gluten-free dietary needs. I added “gluten/wheat free” in the special instructions when ordering online, and shortly after, they called to confirm they’d be using gluten-free soy sauce. The food quality was excellent, and everything was carefully packaged and clearly labeled, which was incredibly helpful since I was dining with others who don’t have dietary restrictions.
It’s not easy to find places that are both accommodating and delicious when you have dietary needs, but Osaka truly nailed it! Thank you, thank you!
This review is regarding an online order. We ordered a meal that was labeled as gluten free optional online. Their uber eats menu didn’t have a “gf” option so we assumed it was just gluten free as that’s what their website states. Had a gut feeling to call the restaurant after delivery.
We asked the girl on the phone if this order was gluten free as standard. She responded with “it shoulddddd be..” we asked her to double check with the kitchen. Then quickly she replied “oh actually it never comes gluten free” I told her it was strange because their website states it can be made gluten free. She replied with “no it’s not. The only gluten free main we have is lemongrass” I explained that that’s odd when so many mains are labeled as having a gluten free option available (see screenshot). She said “well idk why that’s there but this is definitely not gluten free.”
She wasn’t very friendly, there was no acknowledgment of how dangerous this could be for people with allergies/celiac. No “I’m sorry about the mix up” or any attempt at remedying the situation.
Really disappointing. Staff should definitely be better trained in knowing what food contains common allergens, and the website should have accurate information provided.
Eat at your own risk if you have concerns about allergens/accurate ingredients.
Incredible sushi every time! I visit from California every few months, and this is the only sushi restaurant I order from when I’m in town. Coming from a state known for amazing sushi, I can confidently say I’m picky—and this place delivers. My sister has celiac disease, and they always handle her order with exceptional care. If you’re thinking about trying this place, don’t hesitate—do it!
Great Atmosphere and delicious food here and the option for Gluten Free noodles. It’s a neat cozy place with great staff and authentic flavor! Was about to order the egg add-on and my knowledgeable waiter informed me that the egg was made with soy sauce and would therefore contain gluten. A literal life saver!
I got takeout for the family from here tonight and it was phenomenal! We have a Celiac person and they were responsive to the need of gluten free (for the Pad Thai). Everything was piping hot when we unpacked it and sat down with it. I would definitely return for dine in and recommend to everyone!
I think I can say this is my favorite sushi spot in Hoboken now, and I have tried most of them. It’s been a year or two since I was last here, and I’m not sure why it took me so long to come back. The quality of fish is on par with many of the others, but the creativity of the menu is superior and the ambiance of the restaurant is great. Everything was great, but the rock shrimp roll was my favorite. They were also very accommodating for a gluten allergy in my group.
This place quickly cemented itself as a staple restaurant to go to for something delicious and familiar. My personal favorite which I get every time I come here without fail are the duck spring rolls. They come with a coconut ranch sauce a fish sauce. And all of their sauces are homemade and can be purchased by the bottle (my favorite is the coconut ranch, it’s heavenly). They have options for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free dishes. Their gluten free fried chicken tenders are particularly good as an appetizer. I loved their crab rangoons as well. They have a good drink selection, of note being their topos iced tea(tangy and sweet perfect for summer), their Vietnamese coffee, and their homemade lemonade. Their soups are all delicious, I got the Laksa soup. They come in large portions and all taste delicious. Definitely come here for a scrumptious and lowkey place to eat.
I was in Stone Harbor this weekend with some friends and we came here twice. Both times the service was good, our server tonight was Debbie and she was very nice. The host was also charismatic, chatting and joking with us while we waited for the table to be ready. After getting both, I can confidently say that the hot dishes here are actually better than the hibachi experience. The hibachi was fine, but the hot dishes were flavorful, spicy, and overall more enjoyable. Our favorites were the red curry, the vegetable tom yum soup, and pad see yo. The kitchen did a good job of catering to my friends gluten allergy as well, which was appreciated! Would recommend coming here.
Delicious ramen and super sweet staff. Both times Ive been, the woman taking orders was extremely knowledgeable on food content and how to accommodate for allergies. Will definitely be going back!
The gluten free ramen is actually fully gluten free, which is so rare but so appreciated.
Really enjoyed our dinner. The food was very authentic. Just the right amount of spice and flavor. Would highly recommend the scallion pancakes some of the best I’ve had. The fried vegetable dumplings were also very good. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options to choose from.
We love ramen in our family and Ramen Azuma is inarguably one of our top two favorites!
The establishment has style. They have great outdoor sitting. The staff is very young and always warm and friendly! A lovely young man wished me Happy International Women’s Day when I dined there on the occasion.
The food is always great when dining in. I’ve done multiple take out orders and sometimes the bao buns have had almost no sauce but I’ve called the restaurant, since we can never resist and we eat them on our way home, and they’ve had our sauce ready to grab. They got my vegan ramen wrong once out of about 10 take out orders.
I’m vegan and deeply appreciate that they have not only one but three ramen selections! I’ve never eaten at a ramen restaurant that has more than one! And they have gluten-free noodles!!!! The broth is so flavorful and the vegetable selection is both diverse and generous! The tofu is one of the best preparations I’ve tasted in a ramen.
There are 3 or 4 vegan options for appetizers and the vegan tofu bao bun never fails!
There is no alcohol served. My daughter who is not vegan has enjoyed some of the desserts.
There have been small hiccups and the staff has risen to the occasion every time. I’d say that dining in is much more likely to offer a great experience and that take out can be hit or miss especially if they’re busy.
Definitely recommend Ramen Azuma for its friendly staff and delicious, extensive ramen offerings.
I’ve only ordered take out so I can’t speak for dine in but the food has always been consistently delicious! They have gluten free General Tso’s chicken which, for a celiac, is so hard to find! Always get this when I’m in the area.
Been coming here consistently for years and have always had a great experience, but just wanted to shout out how amazing this place is at accommodating for gluten allergies. I was diagnosed celiac almost a year ago, and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to eat here anymore (soy sauce is one of those sneaky gluten things that makes a lot of Chinese and Japanese restaurants difficult for gluten-free diets). But every time I’ve come here in person or called over the phone, Xina has been so patient, reassuring and professional about properly handling food allergies. Anyone with celiac knows that eating out can be stressful and anxiety-inducing if the establishment isn’t 100% GF, but I’ve always been okay at Xina. Learning that the XO Noodles and other menu favs could be prepared GF was literally a miracle for me when I first got diagnosed and thought I’d never be able to eat all of my favorite foods again. Thank you Xina!!!
