My friend and I loved this place. I got a cookie and she got the cinnamon roll! You would never know it is gluten free strictly with a taste test. Staff are so nice and accommodating as well!
I am recently gluten free and it is so nice to be able to be able to go somewhere where I could eat everything! I was feeling so discouraged being gluten free.
I bought this bread for my bonus grandma who has been complaining about the gluten free bread at the stores. I surprised her with this homemade loaf and she said its the best bread she has ever had.
Tried the German chocolate and coconut lime cakes and both were really good. The cost is a little extreme. 2 slices of cake and 1 cookie was $16. I am sure this is due to the use of almond flour for keto but I only care about gluten free, so may go back, may not.
I love when I move to a new area, and I find GREAT gluten free food. But to find the best gluten free doughnuts I’ve ever had?? Wow!
I came into Parlor Doughnuts to try their gluten free vegan flavors, but they also have amazing coffee, breakfast items, and staff!
I first tried their avocado toast (as I can still eat sourdough as gluten free sensitive gal), and I really appreciated the hint of lime and touch of tajin. The egg was a perfect addition. I also got a cortado with almond milk, and it was the best coffee I’ve had in Branson so far!
Onto the doughnuts… I tried the summer special blueberry lemon, French toast (crowd fav), and chocolate chocolate. The texture was so good! It tasted like real cake and they melted in my mouth.
If you’re gluten free…try Parlor. If you’re not…try Parlo. You can’t go wrong!

Inspiration For The Modern Age
This is our absolute favorite donut shop. We had a lot of fun trying to choose our favorites amongst the wide selection of pastries. (They even have gluten-free options)
The staff here at this Branson location were wonderful, light-hearted, and entertaining.
We look forward to our next visit to Branson's Hurts Donut Company!

By far the best lemon blueberry scone I have ever had. I groaned internally when I realized after I ordered that it was gluten free...but seriously the best. You would never know. Their macaroons are creative and fun (lucky charm, shamrock shake etc). And the brown sugar latte was fantastic. I saw someone picking up their birthday cake and it was adorable. The whole team was friendly and warm. A must stop.
I've gotten almost every cupcake they have including the gluten free ones, VERY tasty and consistently good. I have trusted the desserts to this place for many special occasions and have never been disappointed. Whenever you get that cupcake craving I highly recommend this cute little bakery 💙🌻
Hands down the BEST gluten free bakery I've ever had. The Almond Heart Cake is unbelievable, so delicious. The pistachio cheesecake and turtle cheesecake are equally incredible. Do yourself a favor and visit this gem!
10/10 will always recommend this Black owned bakeshop. I always go here for gluten free cupcakes and healthy, tasty food options. They have a little something for everyone, they are so kind, and the vibes are immaculate. The waffle fries, cup cakes, Cajun home style breakfast potatoes, tacos, and vegan burgers are some of our go tos
Good amount of gluten-free options, including actually-good GF toast (still rare!), and a selection of desserts. The service and atmosphere were lovely. The prices were a bit steep for the type of food and drink offered, but ultimately, it was understandable given the location and likely overhead costs.
My favorite food item was the mushroom-beet toast. Haven't had anything like it before, and I was pleasantly surprised!
Yum! Best Italian food in Springfield! The Ziti is my favorite. The meat is so tender and it's a delicious dish. They have a gluten-free bread option, gluten-free pizza, and gluten-free pasta. It's a safe environment for those of us with gluten issues. It's also vegetarian friendly.
Every dessert I have purchased from here has been amazingly good! My husband is gluten free. It is great to both be able to indugle in homemade delcious sweets! I am excited to try more dinner/food options!
We've been buying Grandma's Cookies for years. Their chocolate chip cookies are a family favorite and I was happily surprised to see they started making a gluten free option!! The family is so nice and they give a cash discount!
Such a wonderful place. Everyone was so warm and inviting. All of the food and treats are gluten free, so whatever you buy you will know it's safe. We sampled the carrot cake cupcakes and they are fantastic!
Got two cakes for my birthday, one regular and one gluten free cake for a party I hosted. Delicious cake and one of the staff members helped me carry my cake to my car. Excellent service, taste, and got it right!
Everything else at McClain's is also amazing.
We were a party of nine today. Brittany was our server and did an amazing job!! She kept our waters full and checked on our needs often, bringing extra this and that as desired. I'd give her a perfect 10!!
My hubby and I are sensitive to gluten. Cheesecake Factory has several delicious options for entrées and cheesecakes. Godiva chocolate cheesecake is our favorite!
So happy I found this place! We went there today to see what gluten free goodies they had and wow I was not disappointed! The cinnamon roll was so good!! We also bought the gluten free oatmeal pie cookies and a lemon cake to take home. I ate half the oatmeal pie cookie tonight and is was amazing! My hubby had the regular cinnamon roll and a chocolate chip cookie and he said they were really really good!! Will definitely be back!!
What a gem! The Cup is an amazing little shop that delivers big on flavor. Their cupcakes are absolutely delicious--there's truly something for every palate. As someone who appreciates gluten-free options, I was thrilled to find treats that didn't compromise on taste at all. The staff was quick, courteous, and genuinely kind, making the whole experience even sweeter. Can't wait to come back and try more. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth (gluten-free or not)!
Fresh Thyme Market in St. Louis, Missouri, has carved out a niche in the local grocery scene by combining the charm of a farmers market with the convenience of a modern supermarket. Located in several neighborhoods across the city—including popular locations like the Brentwood area and South County—Fresh Thyme stands out for its commitment to fresh produce, natural products, and community values.
The store's design feels open and welcoming, with rustic wood elements and signage that give it a down-to-earth, Midwestern feel. As soon as customers enter, they're greeted by colorful displays of fresh fruits and vegetables—many of which are organic or locally sourced. This emphasis on freshness is not just for show; it’s the core of the Fresh Thyme philosophy. In a city like St. Louis, where diverse neighborhoods crave both health-conscious options and affordability, Fresh Thyme strikes a careful balance.
One of the most popular features of the market is its bulk section. Shoppers can scoop grains, nuts, spices, and snacks in the exact amounts they need—reducing packaging waste and saving money. The store also features a wide selection of gluten-free, vegan, and allergen-friendly products, making it a valuable resource for families with dietary needs. Local meats and sustainable seafood fill the coolers, and the store’s deli offers freshly prepared meals, smoothies, and sandwiches ideal for busy city life.
Fresh Thyme’s role in the St. Louis community goes beyond just groceries. Many locations host seasonal events, cooking demonstrations, and partner with local farms and artisans. Their emphasis on local connections fits the character of St. Louis—a city that values its neighborhoods, small businesses, and cultural diversity.
However, some shoppers note that prices can be higher than at larger chain stores like Schnucks or Walmart, particularly for specialty items. Still, many feel the quality and freshness justify the cost, especially when it comes to produce and natural health products.
In conclusion, Fresh Thyme Market offers St. Louis residents more than a place to shop—it offers a lifestyle centered on wellness, sustainability, and community connection. In a city where food is deeply tied to culture and identity, Fresh Thyme provides a fresh and modern alternative that continues to grow .
I could not say enough good stuff about this place!
The vibe is great, the service is amazing, BUT THE FOOD!!!!! It is amazing, and something fun and a little different.
Everything I have had is amazing. They make their own variety of niche flavors of cream cheese that are delicious!!!!
They also have great gluten free options!
The best grocery store in Branson with the widest selection. Lots of gluten and dairy free options. Some vegan options. Clean. Only downside is there's no self check outs so you're at the justice of slow cashiers/long lines.
Sensitively sweet is a little hole in the wall bakery that has amazing sweets, great customer service, and did I say amazing sweets? I myself am not allergic to anything but my best friend is, and Sensitively Sweet covers ALL of her allergies. I mean this girl can’t get gluten, soy, or lactose without being horribly sick, and Sensitively Sweet gives me the reassurance that she can still eat yummy things while staying healthy.
I purchased x2 strawberry cheesecake cupcakes and a brownie and oh lord it was GOOD! I had no idea that it was allergen friendly with how good it was.
Definitely recommend this place.
Stopped here for my lunch break. Not only is this location super cute but also has fast and friendly service. Drive thru was busy but the inside was cozy, bright and pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Perfect spot to read and enjoy some lunch! Plenty of healthy options to choose from including gluten free. The Mint Chip Energizer tastes EXACTLY like mint chip ice cream, but without the guilt!!! Delicious!! Sesame chicken salad was very fresh and tasty. H2O #5 was wonderfully refreshing during a long work day. This location will definitely be my go to place.
This place is in like an outdoor box yard. It looks pretty neat but definitely keep the weather in mind. The burger itself was fantastic, exactly what I was looking for! The gluten free “bun” is two slices of gluten free bread and it costs an extra $3 which isn’t great but I get it. Even though they offer gluten free options they couldn’t tell us whether or not the fries were gluten free which was pretty disappointing. The “cheese” sauce for the cheese fries is pretty good but it tastes more like gravy than cheese IMO. The seasoning on the fries was unexpectedly spicy, but the worker acted like maybe they weren’t their usual fries? All in all if you’re looking for a traditional burger taste this is a good place to come but if you have a gluten allergy maybe call ahead and see about the fries if you care to try them
Donut shop off of Sunshine with inside seating and a drive through. There are a variety of flavors several dairy free and gluten free options. The inside of the shop has a cool, colorful decoration. A fun place to stop for dessert.
I came in to Celebrating Life Cake Boutique clueless about what type of wedding cake we needed. They were super helpful showing us all the options and design ideas.
Most importantly, the cake was delicious!
We received so many compliments at the wedding about our cake. They have gluten free and vegan options as well.
I have been gluten free for about 10 years and this is by far one of the best gluten free cake I have ever had.
Absolutely go in and try some of their delicious desserts.
Very good creative menu with great choices of sandwiches and burgers. The food is well prepared and generous! In addition the baked goods and coffees are to not be missed. Cakes, brownies, bars and muffins with gluten free options as well! Dinners are available as well
The selection is not as much as I expected, but what they have is good. They also have gluten free options, which makes my wife happy, so I'll probably be going back.
Coffee was great. Best thing they offer here. Folks working were nice. It’s seat yourself, so keep that in mind. I ordered the smoked salmon on a gluten free bagel. The bagel was alright but didn’t taste like it was made in-house. My boyfriend got the “ribeye” steak breakfast burrito. We were expecting actual steak cut up but it came out as just ground beef. It should be marketed as a beef burrito rather than steak - also didn’t have much flavor going on there. For sides, we snagged an order of grits and a hashbrown. The grits were the most flavorful thing we ordered food wise. Slightly cheesy, and maybe cooked with broth instead of water to impart flavor? Hashbrown was giving Trader Joe’s hashbrown and given that one order is $3 you’re better off buying the pack of 10 at TJs for the same price. Atmosphere was cute and trendy, but there are definitely other brunch/lunch spots in the area with better options. Too expensive for the quality of food.
They have great food here, they also have a gluten free menu if you ask. :)
I have Celiac and didn't get glutened from my experience.
Just wish they had a gluten free option for one of their pies or cakes!

Having gluten free, dairy free empanadas was nice. The chicken was tasty, but the beef was too salty and tasted like cheap taco beef. I only had 2 and I think 4 would make a decent meal, but a bit expensive for what it was.
Dierbergs is a great grocery store and I shop there since they have a lot of Gluten Free and meatless substitute options that my wife enjoys. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I think proces are fairly high and they don't have a frequent shopper program.
